We had an amazing time. We they offer three experiences or better know as chapters. Each chapter has different destinations and the overall idea of the game is mostly based on problem solving. The quality of the graphics was amazing and it seemed unreal to be easily transported into an entirely different world.At one point we really forgot that we were just playing a game and not actually in danger. Just and amazing experience.The first is the easiest however I dont think Id recommend going straight into the second as the first one really prepares you for every aspect the experience.We managed to do two out of the three and we hope to do the third as soon as we possibly can.We did not have any food nor drinks during our visit.The employees were very helpful and patient.

This was an amazing experience with my family. Our 8 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend it for people interested in virtual gaming etc. The staff were super nice and made the experience memorable.

Wonderful experience!!! Staffs knew what they were doing and was always on time and very friendly! I recommend this place to a group of families or just friends! There’s this really cool guy that probably had glasses I don’t know what his name was but he knew I had a weird email and I was with my sister email was dogepaul35

This was so much fun! We had 3 groups of 3 people playing against each other. I dont want to ruin anything, just think escape rooms with changing settings. I will definitely do it again

My husband, friends and I were walking around on a night out together and couldnt figure out what to do after our plans didnt work out. We passed virtual room los angeles a couple times and decided to give it a go. OH MY GOSH...best decision ever! The customer service is great, the owner is great and the experience was amazing. I loved every minute of it. I often think about it and its been a few months since then. I cant wait to go back! I wish I could give more detail, but youll just have to experience it for yourself! :) Thanks VR LA!

First off, wow!! Such a good time, and such a beautifully designed VR experience. This story-oriented way of playing is much more fulfilling than the shooter or “hit-the-target” VR experiences. Also, the staff is super helpful/passionate about it, so it makes it even more enjoyable! My brother and I WILL be back... with more friends!

The best VR experience I have ever had!Not only were the visuals amazing, the teambuilding challenges were so much fun!I especially loved how all the players have their own designated room, so there is no worry of running into someone else (at leaat not in the physical space!).All of the staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. They definitely added to the experience while our 3 teams of 3 people were competing for the fastest times. :)I would highly recommend for any who like escape rooms, and/or people who are looking to build better communication as well as have an unforgettable time with friends/family/coworkers.

This place is awesome. By far the most fun VR experience Ive ever had. It lasted about 45 minutes, which is longer than any other VR experience I could find in LA. The story was fun and felt very immersive. The staff is really friendly. I cant wait to go back and play Chapter 2.

The most amazing time travel adventure, my friends and I truly believed that we were sent to the moon or inside an Egyptian pyramid to save the world. The power of Virtual Reality is amazing, a must see when visiting Hollywood.

Virtual Room was a perfect event for our team’s holiday party. Everything was nothing short of exceptional. The catered pasta bar was delicious and the bartender made great drinks. The virtual realty experience was unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. Virtual Room is a perfect venue for teams because there are many puzzles that are solved collaboratively. Definitely a must visit in LA!

So much fun, I want to start one of these in Santa Cruz.

We came across Virtual Room while walking down Hollywood Blvd. we stopped I since my husband is into VR. When we heard that it was an escape room style VR game we were solddddd.We had our 4 year old with us and the guy (I wish I remembered his name ) in the front was nice enough to let her sit at the desk and watch us while we played. She even gave us some pointers.There were 3 of us so we were all put in individual rooms,given 2 controllers and a headset when we went in the room. When you put the headset on there are a few things that you have to do such as make sure the controllers are on the right wrists, put in your name and email address while you have everything on. Yeah that was interesting.Once we entered our information the room in the game changed to a central base where you could see your other team members. From there we went through 3 or 4 different missions. We were given some clues when we couldn’t figure things out. Once we completed all of the missions we took virtual photos.Overall, it was a lot of fun and we would definitely do it again.

Wow I got to experience virtual room! And now I feel like I’m living the matrix!! This is a crazy experience that I recommend to EVERYONE!! Totally worth it, and really friendly Managment

First... the staff was really great with their time and detailed explanation of what to expect. The experience was fantastic! I’m probably easily impressed, as I’ve never experienced VR. But my two teenage boys, who have, were equally impressed. We had an absolute blast and would highly recommend it!

Gilles and his staff promise to offer up an out of this world experience and boy did they deliver! If youre into escape rooms then you will love their Virtual Reality concept as you are transported in time and space to collaborate as a group to solve puzzles, all the while trying to beat the clock and/or the other group youre competing with. Soooo much fun!

Incredible out-of-this-planet experience !You must try this : a travel in time trip where we could see and hear each other. Im not even into video games, yet this was even better.A grandpa and his grandson did it just before us and they loved it too. Inter-generational must do !

Excellent experience. The staff was friendly and explained everything well. They currently have two adventures you can do. It is basically a puzzle solving experience that you can do with up to 4 people. The immersion and graphics are very good because you feel as though you are in the experience. We did the first adventure and then decided to do the second one as well. The second one is more fun, but you need to do the first one to get the hang of it. The only issue I had with it was the lack of choices they currently have for adventures you can do. They said they are adding more in the future, but once you solve the first two there really isnt much else to do. That doesnt mean you shouldnt do it. I strongly recommend you do it at least once.

Really fun first experience in VR. Its basically an escape room game in virtual reality. My only complaint is that the game could give one or two clues as the time ticks down.

This experience was incredible! I have done a lot of experiential entertainment from escape rooms to other VR/AR and this was definitely one of the top! Highly recommend for families, friend groups or corporate bonding. Definitely check this out!!

Super fun experience!!! If you havent tried virtual reality you should! The (game master) staff was very helpful, friendly and easy going. You can play with up to four people team members in the VR, I did mission one youll see when you get there what Im talking about. Most definitely going back for mission 2.

Ive been here twice now, once with my 13yr old son and then with his friends. Never gets old. The best VR experience in LA. Amazing quality, great environments, fun for kids and adults alike. Love the first time experience

We were a lil confused 1st but once you get the hang of it, its so much fun...

Was visiting LA and passed by the Virtual Room. I’ve been in many different Commercial virtual reality rooms, with activities ranging from stopping a Zombie apocalypse to walking a dog. This place was actually quite unique compared to the ones I’ve been to. They give each player their own individual space and an HTC vive. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it was an amazing experience. The max group size was 4 per game, but the group I was with was 5. So, we divided up and had a great competition for the best time. (I won of course). Everything in both the regular and virtual world was perfect, and I highly recommend this place to passerby’s and people looking for fun. Even the staff was friendly. After my half of the team had finished we got to spectate the other half. The staff was friendly and overall this place was amazing.

Wow... What an amazing experience! We are officially in the FUTURE! I have tried many other VR and there is nothing like this. To be in the same game with 3 other people is truly revolutionary. My family and I had a great time working together to get past the different interactive levels. Traveling through time and seeing each different environment was amazing. You have to see it to believe how realistic it is.So worth the price and I would HIGHLY recommend! Heard this is the first of its kind in the US

I did not know what to expect - I am not a gamer and had tried a few VR games from Samsung etc... but the technology that these guys developed is insane. I did it with my wife while we were in LA for the week end (we live in New York)This is a collaborative and epic series of 3D enigmas - clearly this is the future - we had a blast and can not wait to try the next movie that you will release! This thing will be in 5 years what the internet was 25 years ago.

Super fun and not too expensive. I just wish the puzzles were a harder because the one I did was too straitforward and the employees would give too many hints.

Its a huge adventure that is a blast in Hollywood. I have to say if I hadnt know what it was I would have kept going by the store since I try not to make eye contact with ANYONE when Im walking on Hollywood but my friend had set up a Fun Friend Adventure and im nothing if not adventurous! The first thing I recommend is COME ON TIME! You need to have enough time to put your stuff in the mini lockers, get an explanation and for every to be set up with the VR equipment. From the moment it turned on I felt like I was in a Star Trek playroom. The design of the game we played was a blast, so interactive and HILARIOUS how wrong we got clues from in the escape room. We all laughed and gave each other advice (wrong but thats half the fun). The hour goes by in lightening speed because we all wanted to touch and look at everything that made us feel as if wed been digitized and put in Yu-Gi-Oh or some other video game. I really recommend that you organize a date, friend crew or bring out of town guests to experience fully immersed VR. Its the future ... #VirtualRoomLA #Hollywood #FriendFun #DateIdea #LosAngeles
