It was such a great night, indeed! My friends and I really had a blast last night in this club, and it was nice because the drinks are really good and the crowd was amazing too. Nice joint to go to. I went on a Monday night and it was great. Fun atmosphere and cool lighting inside and out. I love the outside patio in the back, it had its own bar there too.

Honestly, this bar was a very good place to hang out. The staffs were very accommodating, nice, and easygoing. Also, the drinks and the foods out there were good and affordable. The place was big, very comfortable to dance and drink, and nice. Eventually, I had a very good experience with their bar. It was memorable!

Good small spot where happy hour means chill out and enjoy non-tourist hollywood! The food is good and on the drinks are good. However, the special drinks are fitted with a bit of poor mans liquor. Sooo, if you wanna make us and the hour happier, dont give us the CVS brand stuff! At any rate, the bartenders are very helpful though, so dont be ashamed to ask questions!

Awesome bar to go on a Friday night. Really nice outdoor back patio with two different bars. We were there for reggae night. I love reggae so it was easy to have a few beers and jam out to some old classics. Cool spot in the downtown area. Drink specials as well.

Went here for the first time NYE and was amazed at the ambiance and quality of people who attended. The staff from the bouncers to the bartenders were all amazing. I had forgotten to get a stamp prior to going outside for a bit and the staff was nice enough to let me in and to kindly explain to get one prior to exiting again. The people here were dressed to impress and the owner who I remembered from years past was very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend if youre into classy fun with huge two story lounge with plenty of room to walk around and mingle. Finally somewhere classy to go to in the Bay Area.

I went to The Mandrake because it was a good halfway point for meeting a friend on the west side. The bar was perfect for mid-week drinks, reasonably priced well drinks, ample seating, and not too loud. Perfect dive bar feel. The bartender was friendly and attentive and parking was easy.

Great atmosphere, the owner is a sweetheart and definitely makes you feel very welcome. A great place to hang out, enjoy a good glass of wine and chit chat. Everyone is very friendly. New ownership and a new feel. Great prices, great service, clean bathrooms and a neon welcome to the jungle sign! Nothing else like it in the Montrose/La Canada area. Great for an early business drink or a night out with friends. Service was great and the new owners were personally greeting the customers. If you are in the area, its a great place to check out.

Cool place! Shared a bowl with two other people though it tasted more sugary than alcoholic-y. We sat upstairs to play some games and had a good view of the entire bar. Love the decor and lights hanging up. It wasnt too busy here so it was a good place to hang out, and Id definitely come back to check out their happy hour deals.

The Reserve Cocktail Club - I had the chance to attend the grand opening of this venue. I enjoyed it even though Im not the typical avid club goer. The place seems alright enough and good use of the subterranean space. I like the vaults and general old banky theme.

Be prepared to wait for parking and a table on weekends. Generous portions of food for the price. Definitely too salty for my taste. Not very attentive table service or cleanliness.

Should be a historical landmark... one of the oldest Tiki joints in LA and definitely the coolest. The bartenders are masters of the craft and make any drink on the extensive menu from memory. No weak pours and always friendly. The decor is campy and kitschy, as it should be, and it makes you feel like youre on a movie set or stepped out of a time machine. The only drawback is it is TINY so if youre going with a big group its not ideal and even if youre with a date youll be waiting for a spot at the bar or a table so youd better like drinking standing up. Definitely one the best LA bars and it never gets old and has outlived all the trends.

Best food for ur buck! Bombest creamy chicken enchiladas Ive ever had. Drinks are strong and cheap. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the parking. The parking sucks and you always have to wait for a spot. Other than parking the food is delicious and the servings are huge.

Great food. Cramped space. Unless youre sitting on the patio in the back of the restaurant, youll be feeling someone breathing down your neck as you scarf down the delicacies they serve you.

I been coming to Salsa and Beer for years and I have never been disappointed. The wait can be long, but if its only two people you can try to get a place at the bar. The food is amazing and the portions are large. The one thing that keeps me coming back above all is the costumer service.

Oh no, I saw the worst thing I could have seen. There were cockroaches in the second part of the restaurant meaning Im sure its in the kitchen too. And then when I passed by there were pest control spraying all over the the restaurant. Gross. I have retired from this place. Yuck.

Hi there! I am so glad that the dive McKenzies got replaced with this more upscale bar, but I was slightly disappointed in the cocktails. I only tried two but they were not quite as good as they could be. I just hope that this place can improve, I realize that they just opened. I will go back to check it out again soon to give it another try. Also, one more thing, the drinks are named after neighborhoods in SF, however they left out the Richmond (which is where the bar is). Not a deal breaker but hey whats up?

If youve lived in SF long enough, hopefully you know this is THE place for trivia within the citys limits. Its like the Michigan Stadium of Irish bars as they seem to pack 100,000 enthusiasts in there every Tuesday night without overwhelming you. Its quite remarkable.

Meeting friends for drinks on a Friday evening here was exactly was I was hoping for. A lively spot that wasnt too crowded where we could find seats and hear each other. The bartender who made our drinks was friendly and the cocktails were tasty and intriguing.

My husband and I ate here while vacationing in LA and we cant wait to go back! The octopus was exquisite and the cocktails were original and delicious!

So we came here for a bday party this past weekend and was pretty satisfied with the experience. Got there ahead of the group and it was a little empty for Friday night, but it was early. It did get packed as the night progressed. Our table was reserved form our group and we had about 15 people. I can say from the outside and location i thought I was in for a not good surprise. As this spot is located in a small strip mall, but it was a good surprise inside. The inside is cozy, but the way the lounge is arranged its bigger then it appears. Plenty of room dancing as the DJ spins all night long.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the new changes here. The stage is great, with good lighting (meaning musicians can get good action shots). The bar itself is limited, but the selection is good quality and affordable. The best part of this place are the bartenders. JD and Austin really know how to make a girl feel welcome -- a big plus in the LA area.While this may be a distance for anyone from LA Proper, or even some parts of the SFV, if you are within a 20 minute driving distance, I highly recommend making this one of your watering holes.

Came here with some friends. Its a good vibe! Looks totally dead when you arrive kinda early, and then all of a sudden its wall to wall! Good drinks... theres a few sections available for bottle service and larger groups. I love the decor... Its definitely not your typical bougie night club scene.

This place is wonderful! Gustavo and Scott were mindblowing. From the very beginning to the end I felt so welcomed. Since this was the first time I kept asking them to advise me what to order and I got a wonderful description of everything. The atmosphere is extremely calm and inviting. Great ambience, we went right when they opened opened for a quick drink. I told the bartender what kind of whiskey i liked and he said hed make me something. Turned out pretty damn good. Great place to hang with friends, grab a drink, play some games and have a good time.

I was expecting a lot more from this place. Nothing particularly Irish about it except the name. I was hoping for a good selection of Irish beer or whiskey, a beautifully crafted wood bar, some music that involved bagpipes, maybe even some Irish food, the things that one thinks of when Irish Pub is advertised.This bar isnt much different than the rest in the area. The remodel was well done. Everything was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and prices were reasonable, I just wish this place was a little more themed.

Cute bar, came on a Saturday at around 9-10pm. Its fairly small & gets really packed towards the end of the night. But i loved it! the Gin and Juice drink was pretty good & the music was like 2000s or something, definitely a lot of fun and dancing. Going back again soon!

Phenomenal! Chef Shoemaker amazed us with his savory, flavorful dishes. The presentation was lovely. The cocktails were heavenly especially the old fashioned. Rob C. treated us like family and the staff was extremely professional, courteous and generous with their time and efforts. We enjoyed the delectable duck, the tender octopus, scallops, mussels...everything was wonderful and cooked to perfection.

I cant believe I havent written a review for this place. It. Is. Righteous.A great staple for me of Silverlake. You almost have to end a night here for it to feel right. Later on in the night is when it usually starts to get hoppin and that is the time when it starts to get really poppin. Ugh. Lets forget I used that word and use fun instead.

Came here for a birthday party! Small, clean bar with great music and vibes. It got a bit crowded given the size of the venue, but all in all a great spot to grab a drink. Surprisingly enough its in a strip mall, but once youre inside you forget youre next to a Starbucks. Definitely recommend.

Not a bad dive bar . I had some real fun in there. Reminded me of the spots we used to party at when I was younger. Liked the back patio view of the skyline. They DJ opened up with some Nu Disco funky vibes that was awesome, but later on they played some main stream junk thats my only beef with them. Small & cozy spot, it need a bit of updating thats it !.

Ah bootie. Something to experience at least once during the time you live in CA. Get to bootie before 10PM, then go across the street to butter for jello shots or your drink of choice, before getting back across the street an hour later.

Service is always great and attentive so Id like to return. Our first time we sat at bar and I was blown away so they were set at a high standard. I would definitely recommend for the experience as it is a well known spot.

Love this place! I feel that it is a great restaurant and whenever I want good Spanish food and the best Paella in town I will always come here. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because of some of the service of the people that serve the paella. Overall it is a great restaurant. If you have a chance to swing by you should, you will not be disappointed with the quality!

I enjoyed the vibe of this bar. I liked how it had semi quiet patio you can go sit down and have a conversation at. The music was a nice change from the usual hip hop and rap found at other bars. The only reason I give this bar 4 stars was because it took a while for the gentleman to serve us a drink. But other than that a pleasent first experience.

This place has a great interior design but the noise level is insane. I have been there twice and both times I left after 15 minutes. Its extremely loud and impossible to hear each other. However, if you are a fan of loud noises then you can check this place out. Have fun.

Great Tasting Room (not wine bar) located in the heart of downtown Burbank with a cool eclectic vibe and unique interior. The Pinot Noir is AMAZING and the rest of the wines are equally top tier. The Urban Press is a great oasis in the sea of sports bars that are drowning out the Burbank scene. Its also a bonus if the owner Giovanni is on site because he will enhance the experience with his great Italian charm. Also ask for Simon if you want to get the 411 on this great Burbank gem.

First of all long lines.. second they have the rudest unprofessional bartender ... This guy got aggravated because we were ordering we explained to him that we had a big orderthen he began shouting at us and started claiming that he shouldnt even be serving that he was trying to be nice to another bartender by helping then took our drinks from us.... Then proceeded by calling security and then started waving ... What kind of service is that ? ..

Antonio the bar tender only serves who he wants to and makes other people wait even if they got there first. It seems like he cant multitask. The line is so long to get in, drinks are overpriced. I do not recommend. Not worth the wait. Theres other places in the area that play better music and bartenders are more attentive.

This place is always a blast! One of the best tiki bars in Los Angeles. The atmosphere is spot on and the drinks are delicious. They do not have food, but you can order Grub Hub delivered here and theyre ok with it. Little Tonys pizza is a block down and their pizza is amazing! I usually order from there over the phone, have a few more sips, then go pick it up. As long as you have a table youre all set. ;)

What a great little bar with a multitude of awesome craft beers, including Epic Brewing and more. They have multiple things to do, including a karaoke night. Its got alot of tvs as well as great ambiance. The bar is right across the street from the Americana. Go check this place out next time your in Glendale

Little known fact about the Tiki-Ti is that Ray, the now-departed owner, was the inspiration for Yoda. George Lucas, when he was planning the original Star Wars, used to hang out in the bar and sketch concepts. Ray, a small, older Filipino was what Lucas based Yoda on.

La Cita is one of the best bars in the entirety of Los Angeles. I love going there, because all the bartenders make you feel like you are extremely welcome and right at home. The other great thing about La Cita is that they have the most amazing drinks. Try the michelada if you want to have one of the best drinks in the city. One of the other great things about La Cita is that they play the best music. If you love to dance to Latin music oh, you are in the right place. Almost every single night of the week will be a great time. 100% recommended.

Came to this plaza for some Creamistry ice cream and walked into this bar. Theres a Korean bar in the same plaza, but they only serve soju and beer. This place has a full bar with some great, unique elixirs mixed with ginseng, prunes, garlic and other healthy roots (hence the name Potions & Poisons ).

Very old school LA spot, good atmosphere, great music, drinks arent too expensive. Great for dancing without the douchey club vibe. Every night has a different theme. Cumbia nights on Thursdays, Punky Reggae on Fridays...
