Nice atmosphere. Good wine list. Happy hour - kept us happy. Definitely will be back again. Cheers!
Went for the Sunday jazz brunch and I was definitely not disappointed! There was an issue with our reservation of over 10 people. I sent and email but called to confirm since I didnt get a response within the day. Also their website hasnt been updated but they arent officially opened till 12pm. I set the reservation for 11am. So when my party arrived the opening manager Dani was not only kind about the situation she made sure to accommodate us as best as possible. Also The server Jessi was beyond sweet, made sure that we were well taken care of and also accommodating being that they were just setting up and opening. He still managed to get out orders and kept our drinks filled! Beside the service we received the food, mimosas and the jazz was also perfect!! Everyone from my party loved the plate they ordered. There were no complaints out of 13 people! 10 out of 10 Id recommend
The place is pretty cool inside. Definitely read on the history before you go to make the experience even more cool! They have two different rooms that play music so youre never bored. My friends and I just went back and forth between rooms.
Anna was amazing server! She was really friendly and eventhough it was sat night and really busy, she was constantly checking with us to see if we needed anything!! Thank u Anna.
Is a cute little place to hangout and chill. I like decor. Drinks are more on the pricey side, but pretty good.
Good drinks, awesome music with ok food. Theyre in Chinatown not DTLA
Found this place on google maps and we loved it! Great service, good drinks, and fun music!
This was the first stop of the night. I came here later than the rest of the crew, and they had folks waiting in line because there were two large pub crawls inside. Twenty minutes went by, I was in.The bouncers and the staff were pretty friendly, which was a welcome surprise. I navigated through the large crowd and found my group of friends. From what I gathered, the food and drinks here were great. It was an alright experience here, and I may come back again to check it out more. Updates coming soon.
This place doesn’t let you in if you arrive in a limo or party bus, they consider it open drinking. Do you guys want me to drive my personal car to the club instead of getting a responsible transportation. 1/10 would not recommend.
Yesterday was my friends birthday and we got a mini party bus to take us to Treehouse Rooftop. Of course we drank a little in the bus, but we were far from drunk or even tipsy. Our driver tried to drop us off in front of the bar and security told him he cant drop us off there so he drove further down then let us get out. Once we got in line, a Hispanic security man came up and told us he wasnt going to let us in because we were drunk. My friend then said we werent drunk and he cant assume we were drunk because we came off a party bus. Then he tried to say they werent going to let us in because we came off of a party bus. So what was it? I would like to see the rules of this establishment where it says one will not be allowed in if they come off a party bus. He assumed we were drunk and we werent. Theyre embarrassing.
Trust the inconsistent reviews on here. Security is rude. They denied me due to my type of shoes (Jordan 11s) but then let someone with the exact same shoes into the party. Even one of the security guards was puzzled on why someone else was allowed in with them and not me, but the lead bouncer just replied he wasnt letting me in..... I left and ended up getting into a more upscale club the same night with the same shoes on.Just dont waste your time coming.
Do not come here. The people are horrible. I came here 3/17 (11:15 pm) because my friend got us on the guest list (9 girls 3 guys). However, one of my friends didnt know and had a electronic pod refill that wasnt allowed. She wasnt in the venue yet, she was still at the start of the line where the bouncer checks ID, and he said it wasnt allowed. She asked if she could put it away in the car but he said no re-entry. She was not even inside—but fine. She asked if she could give it to our other friend at the back of the line (ID wasnt checked yet) to put it in the car. He repeated no reentries. We were confused and told him that she wasnt technically in because he hasnt checked her ID yet and she was in the back of the line. He then proceeded to tell us to come inside and ushered us in. THEN he told us no reentry. He literally made us come inside just so the no reentry policy would apply. It was very deceitful and I think he was on a power trip. The other people working there were the same. They blamed it on their manager saying that its policy, but they were misusing the rule just because they could? Not sure why they would make us come inside just to kick us out... but I am NEVER coming back and no one should either. There are better clubs literally 5 minutes away that have better staff. If you ever see a larger dark haired man or a black guy with braces, turn the other way because they are grossly misusing treehouses policies for their own satisfaction.
Unfortunately, the staff at this venue are not only unprofessional but also incompetent. After commiting to bottle service the server apparently failed to let security know she took my order, credit card and ID, which was followed by security trying to throw myself and all of my party out of the venue. To clarify all details. I had 1 bottle with 6 people on the table. I also had an additional 16 friends who paid their own entrance fees and purchase drinks from the bar all night. I tried to inform the older African American security guard with a single tooth and lewd language that we had already paid for the table which his response was you shouldnt speak to authority around here like that boy. My curt and truthfully brash response was please clarify with your server that my order has been placed. Sadly, it didnt matter if I had called ahead to reserve bottle service for my birthday with promoter Joe (Joanne). The entire night was unnecessarily rough because of the staffing at the venue. I wont be surprised if this is just another club that as quickly as it appears it disappears in LA.
Ripoff when there was FREE (Rsvp) had to pay $20 per person (ladies had to pay too) and we were one of the first ones there. Music was all right, photographer is nice for their social media precense but not a $20 club. Wouldnt return.
Nice outdoor lounge/club with drinks, tacos and good music. But they won’t give you a cup of water and kicked out my friend for asking!
The open space concept is what draws you in. You can see from either side of the club where everythings located. They have a his and hers wash stations located outside the mens and womens restroom. Leaves it open for conversation with whoever is standing next to you either washing their hands or touching up their makeup (given they want to converse with you of course). Pretty cool concept. Music system sounds great.
Idk how this place is still in business.Staff sucks.Security be on some power trip. They put their hands on you and if you ask for the manager. They get more upset. The security there run the business not the managers.Dont come here. If security FEELS LIKE you shouldnt be there. Trust and believe youre not going in. Dont waste your time.
Went on a Sunday night there was an event for 90’s night. I had a great time as they played great music all night. And the times I went to the bar for another drink I never waited more than minute for a bartender to come and take my order. This was my first time here but I would for sure come back again
I went here for my brothers bday from the 90s to 2000 event on 11/8/2019. We standing in line and the security staff was horrible and rude do to you guys have an event and say its the 90s theme, and you cant dress like it. Almost half of the line had to leave. I would never recommend anybody to come to this location again in my whole entire life.
I almost never share my negative experiences with places because I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt (the exceptions are when an experience is particularly egregious).Given that, here is what happened when I tried to visit this venue. I bought a ticket for an event and came with my friend. I ignored the terrible reviews for the place and went. I was dressed in shorts (same as my friend). My friend was let in but the bouncer stopped me due to my shorts. My home base was close by, so I thought, no problem, Ill go back and change. I came back dressed as the bouncer recommended (my friend came out and changed as well), and again the bouncer let my friend in but not me, this time his reason was my shirt. At this point, it was clear that this was a race thing, seeing as how I was different from the other clientele and they, along with my friend, had no trouble getting in.I dont blame the bouncer himself. He was just following directives from management. Given that I have never had an experience anything like this before, it was not because of the way I was dressed. Dont be like me; dont ignore the bad reviews of this place. Businesses like this should not be supported.
I absolutely loved this place, its has a nice huge patio, nice decor and set up in the dancefloor as well, security is cool but on point, affordable drinks, some delicious food and a huge SHOT OUT TO THE DJS, AMAZING JOB!!! I LOVED IT!!!
Decided to come here for my friends birthday it was 22 people and they told us we couldn’t come in because we came in a party bus. We asked what was wrong with coming in a bus and they said because they allow drinks like if people don’t pregame before going anywhere. They were super rude even though we had called ahead. I guess this company doesn’t like money. Never coming here and not recommending this place to anyone.
Came here with a group of friends and had an horrible experience. We were asked to step out of line once we reached the front. When I asked what the problem was he said we were drinking alcohol in line so he could not let us enter. Because we only had a bottle of water with us that we previously disposed of, we were confused and asked for clarification. He said the water wasn’t the issue he saw us with red cups. At this point, I knew he was mistaking us for a different group of black women. I asked him was he sure it was us because we had no cups. His reply was “he’s really not sure if it was us, but we still can’t enter.” This clubs staff is discriminatory, and I will never patronize their business again.
I love this place always quality food & service. i will be back with my friends. this place has a great atmosphere.
According to California law says they have to offer water id they serve alcohol... they only offered water doe sell. I ordered several drinks and would not give a glass of water. Shameful. Human beings need to treat each other better.
Im sure this place could be fun, but I came by last night around 12. There was no line so I asked what the cover charge was. The bouncer said I think its like $20. Dude, you should know what the cover charge is if youve been working all night, so are you just trying to pocket some extra money, or what? Because of that little con artist act, I did not go in.
I would never attend this place in my life the manager is rude and treat the people that’s coming to your event to have fun like sh!$@. You spend money on expensive drinks and can’t even get a glass of water. They charge $6 dollars for a bottle of water. Only hit a star because you have to give one other wise it would have got a 0
I’m from Chicago visiting LA. After purchasing a $26 double shot of whiskey, I got put out for asking for a refund on a $12 slushy (nasty). The owner is arrogant and apparently feels superiority over black people, I wasn’t upset for being put out because it honestly wasn’t my type of environment. I’m just writing this review as a warning. Currently at the grand opening of Harold’s Chicken in Hollywood!
Had a good time. Good service
Just now, one of the Sunday afternoon security guards tried to shake me down for an extra $10 on top of the $20 cover charge. I was on the sidewalk around the corner with a friend, off Treehouse property, and the security guard saw me take a sip from a flask. The crowd I saw walking into Treehouse looked pretty rough so I decided not go in. The security guard that saw me take a sip from the flask asked me if I was going in. I said no. My friend soon after convinced me to to go inside, so I put the flask in my car and walked up to the entrance. The guard that saw me said I couldn’t go in because I lied to him. I explained that I didn’t lie to him, I had just changed my mind and I really don’t want to go in, but my friend is guilt tripping me into going in with him. The guard then said he would take care of me by letting me in, but I’m going to have to take care of him with an extra $10 on top of the $20 cover charge because I lied to him. I said no and I left. My friend offered to pay the guard for me, but it wasn’t about the money. What this establishment’s security guard did is a shady practice. I’m sure I’m not the first person Treehouse security has done this to, but hopefully with this review Treehouse management will step in and I’ll be the last.
Do not come here and waste your time, the security was super rude and didnt want us to speak with the manager for entry purposes after their Instagram page had clearly said it was fine!
Waited in line for an hour just for the security to tell us they at max capacity. People walking out at the same time. Walked away and saw they were just choosing who they were letting in
We got here like at 9:50 pm and they said they were closing early at 10 at the bosses decision but the music keeps going. Not only is this a dump but they act like theyre a prestigious club in vegas. The fat security was rude with his big self. I guess someone needs to get the bbb on them and an investigation going. Theyve come to the right place. Seems like discrimination is part of their charm. Going back to take a video of how open it still is. Horrible place.
Came for a friends birthday just to wait in line for an hour and get told that they were at Max capacity. As soon as our party gets out of line, they start letting people in. Seems like they were just choosing who to let in.
The place is so horrible the bar is so expensive I can understand if I was at the Mayan or any other hight end place this place is so low class and I was disappointed. I will not be returning to this place ever I waisted a sat night.
I went there Sat April 20th 2019. My friends and I stood in line to get in for over an hour. We had get-in-free tickets if we got in b4 10:30pm. We had to pay! Admission was $10 which wasnt bad!! The place itself wasnt bad but rather small. This place is located on a 2nd floor but views are not available!! Alcoholic drinks are good at $10 to $15 each. Sitting areas are scarce and strangely enough theres a VIP area where my friends and I tried to sit but were told not to!! Even though it was almost 1am and it was empty!!!The music is ok if youre into Latin American and lots of Afro Latin sounds as well as a good dose of Mexican Banda sounds mixed Latin American English sounds. The crowd is mainly 20s to early 30s!! Very informally dressed!!I dont think Im going back but thought my review would assist others decided if this is the best club for them!!
Very nice atmosphere, plenty of outside space to hang out and get some fresh air. Sound system sounds good and the you get a nice view from the rooftop lounge.
Great place good environment good drinks great DJ and Amazing Live Bands.
On 4-19 I tried to come and bring in 420 with yall but Im too much of a Rock Star for yall. The guards wouldnt let me in because I had to much weed (2 ounces ) weed is legal and it was 420!
I would never call this place stylish.
I’m here. Right now. And it’s lit. The problem is that few people take the time to review a club when they are having a good time. So, here I am being hella weird and doing just that. We are having soooo much fun. Come here on Friday for hip hop / trap / fun times.
This place is vey racist. Maybe not the staff but the manager is 100 percent. Our party got kicked out cause a white female complained about us for just dancing.
Ive never been in. But Ive walked past several times and noticed they never let anyone in. The line is short, but the make you stand outside for hours. Bad business model
Super rude security! I paid to go in this place tonight and wasn’t even in 30 mins before realizing I left my asthma inhaler in the car. The first guard told me to wait ten mins. As I stood there waiting he says it’s really up to his buddy. I go over to ask his “buddy” ( another guard) who was supposedly in charge I need to go out there’s no back and forth which they never mentioned upon entry. I ultimately ended up leaving as my health means more to me than partying . I’ll never go back here again. Complete waste of money and lack of customer service!
False advertising. Dirty restrooms, paper towel dispenser empty. If I could score a 0 I would Managers Suck. 1st Time was bad Second was worse that’s my point of view I had a party of 12
The roof top pool was nice
Dump
