I brought my kids to this playroom yesterday morning, and I never regretted it. The place was clean, big, and comfortable. Besides, the toys that were displayed were clean, safe to play, and adorable. Even the staff that guides my kids while playing was very friendly, nice, and helpful. I could say that my kids truly enjoyed playing in your playroom because of the smile on their faces. We will surely come back!

Playhouse Hollywood has an awesome Friday happy hour called battle of the decades. Come early for super cheap drinks. 4 stars because the bar is cash only. We left at 10pm because a silent disco was starting..not really my thing. Great service though!

Wed never been here just for drinks before -- the place is often used for events so thats why Ive gone in the past. They have a list of mules that seem to be a house specialty -- I went for the one with bourbon this time. Bartender was friendly, fast, and talented. Well be back.

Great new lounge. The interior design is awesome, the Jessie James cocktail is delicious, and its pretty close to some other cool spots like 15 Romolo and Com-stock.

Really had no idea what we were walking into when we visited. Initially bummed about the cover charge, but the bartenders customer service definitely made up for it...she was awesome and made our night! Danced the night away and could see everyone else was having a great time.

This place is literally a 21+ La Mirage. They are in the same area, they have 2 rooms which look eerily similar and have a disco ball plus most their crowd were Mirage customers a few years prior lol. Overall great place just wish it wasnt cash only cover charge.

Bootie is nice but it is a little small and crowded in there. the entrance price is fair which is why i think so many people like it ($10-$15). The atmosphere is great and it gets pretty wild let me tell ya.

When I want to dance, I come to Bootie. I usually spend the majority of my night upstairs in the house/electro area.Love the music, people, and yes, FREE honey roasted peanuts!In the Yelp survey questions, they need to add a hell yea under the Good for dancing question.

A friend & I visited this place with some locals, & it was actually incredibly different than what I had originally expected. A seemingly classic San Fran drag club, with different vibes on each of its floors.

Ive been hearing Renee talk about the insanity which is smash up derby. We showed up, got some pizza at bowsers while one of the singers rocked out to herself ina booth. Fast forward 25 mins - sure enough smash up derby rocked it - live mash ups - its one of those things that you just need to see for yourself - everyone should see them live :) Written or even spoken form is not sufficient to describe the effect of Nirvana and Micheal Jackson songs being played live at the same time.

They charge $60 cover charge for men and $40 for women. I went out with a group with both and we decided not to go due to the high cover charge. Thankfully across the street there was an array of fun bars to attend so the night ended rather splendid.

Now to me, the point of going to After Dark is the liquor! Ive been to the Cal Academy of Sciences for their version of this and I remember there were bars everywhere! I never had to wait long for a drink. This was the only thing I found lacking at After Dark. Wed have to search for a bar and then there was always a line. It took a good 15 mins to grab a drink. They provided a good array of spirits: Hanger 1 vodka, Rhum barbancourt rum, Pueblo viejo tequila, Great king street blended scotch whisky and Blade gin. I stuck with the Four roses bourbon. They also offered beer and wine.

Best dance club Ive been too! You meet interesting people, and the shows and music are fantastic!!! This place also serves great drinks which are a plus. Just please travel in a group if you are attending. Like any club, there may be creepers. Party safe and have fun!

Good atmosphere and music, terrible bar service from the ladies working the counter. Was charged $20 dollars for a mediocre vodka/redbull drink, and was originally told $17 dollars until I paid to find a different amount. Teach these women better social communication skills as well, lady was very rude just to ask for a drink.

Every time I go i always enjoy myself.Whether we have a table or not, we enjoy ourselves cause the music is always great. Lots of house!You do have to dress up and look good to go in which isnt bad in my opinion. Who wants to go into a club when people look sloppy.Just get there early and you should be fine but overall it really is a fun place to go to. Just look good and be early, people complain about having to dress up well the club wants attractive people to show up so that it gets more attention. Dont bs yourself you know youd want to go in.

I was so ready to be lit nonstop. But the DJ patrick had way to many breaks. And not well mixed until some dude jumped on stage and grabbed a mic.Me and my girlfriend dnt like jumping in place bumping people. Had a great time. The venue is safe and the atmosphere is a delicate mix of chill/live. VIP area offers a lot of sitting areas. Crowd: If they weren’t flexing they were on their phones... I guess that’s the club scene these days.

I took my cousin and her friends here for her bday Saturday night and overall we had a great time. Amazing music selection & DJ, the lights, & the whole club setting was amazing. The guest list is bogus though!!! I put our group on two different guest list and was in line early at 10pm and did not get in free or discounted. Also, they overcharged me for my drinks. I bought two long islands that were 16$ on the receipt but when I checked my bank statement, I was charged 20$!!!!! Smh. The dance floor was extremely crowded it was difficult to really dance but we still made the best out of it. I will be open to come back, but I wouldnt suggest throwing your party here unless you purchase a table. Also the bouncers can be pretty rude. One bouncer guy literally grabbed me from behind forcefully to get me out his way which was unnecessary.

I love this venue Ive seen tons of Remington Bernots art work on the mezannine, including Vishnu and Ganesh. Love to see hand done art in clubs, the DJs and sound systems are always perect! cant wait to go back!

This place was horrible, every member of the staff was rude. My bartender decided to give herself a tip from my credit card so definitely only bring cash, you can not trust the staff. The bouncer and the person at the door is the worst! I had a squad of girls and they was ready to get a table but of course they want to hold people up at the door so they could make it look popular, only good thing is theyre open until 4 AM

I hooked up with a nice lady at this club & went over to a private corner with her. When she went to the toilet, 2 staunch bouncers came over to me & demanded I pay them $500 on the spot or Id get a beating. They escorted me to the A.T.M & then kicked me out the back door. Be careful people.

My friends and I came here as part of the Hollywood club crawl so Im not sure if there was a hefty cover but I wouldnt doubt it. There is quite a bit of security before they will even let you in. When we got in around 10:30-11 it wasnt busy at all, we were the first ones there. We decided to order a drink- just a vodka mixer which they charged a price of $15! The set up of the club was actually really neat- there are booths that line the walls and dance floor and paintings of celebs on the walls. I found those really awesome but overall I just wasnt all that impressed with this club. If i could have afforded to get wasted so I could forget about how expensive the drinks were then maybe I would have had more fun but I really dont care to come back here.

Bouncer out front pretended we didn’t exist, then said the club was “closed” but then let a group of girls go in seconds after. I guess we weren’t pretty enough.... like he was anything to look at . What happened to the golden rule sir!

Great location and great staff. My only complaint is that the DJ is whack! He will have the people hype and then turn around and play something slow. Ugh!

So we had got there before 10:00pm they had us lineup even though we were on the guest list till they started to let people in, and still had us waiting finally like about a hour of waiting then they tell us that he had to pay $40 if we wanted to get it with an attitude and before we said anything they told us to get out of the way. really bad service really bad attitudes not professional at all.

Decent venue, things seemed to be a bit worn down. Dance floor is ridiculously small, but it was packed none the less. Drinks were decent, could be a little stiffer. Respectful bouncers.

Horrible club no matter how much you spend you not getting treated right they also kept my Id without warning me and never gave it back then I told them on Instagram I need my ID they blocked me instead of trying to help me get my ID back like a normal business would they blocking people now I would never be back very unprofessional!

DO NOT pay with a debit or credit card for cover/admission.I paid with card, signed the slip and confirmed in writing to pay the amount agreed upon. Today however, I see on my bank account I was overcharged $5. I had elected to put no tip on the receipt slip. I dont know if someone after the fact elected to put down a tip for me...I wondered if anyone else has had this issue and what the source of this problem really was. If anyone has any information or has had this happened to them please let me know what you did to resolve the issue. Thanks!

OUR PARTYS VIP WAS MOVED TO A COMBINING TABLE WITH ANOTHER PARTY AND THEY WAS GIVING SHOTS OF OUR BOTTLE TO ANOTHER PARTY THATS HOW CLOSE WE WERE. WASTE MY MONEY HERE IM SO DISAPPOINTED.

I went with my friends visiting from Maryland, we were 2 guys and 2 girls, (blacks) and we were at Play House early to make sure we get in, so we were on the front of the line. We waited for 45 minutes on the line and we were never attended to. I went to speak to one of the guys, and all they said is pay me $$ (a pretty high amount) and well let you and your friends in, but then you would have to pay cover too. This is really stupid and Im definitely not recommending this place to people because i felt it was a racial reason why we were left waiting.

For the price you pay theres no reason for anyone to walking around in hoodies and baggy pants on top of that the dance floor is Ashley small security was not very responsive to issues at hand where people are smoking in the mosh pit and not in the designated area and customer service was rude when I complained about the smoking and people slinging their drinks around

They discriminate the General public first by admitting VIP Guest for the first 2 hours of opening. So if you got bottled service youll be admitted quickly and hassle free. Bad service, security acts like rent-a-cops, if you got time to waste this spot is for you.

Overall the club was decent but the atmosphere was kind of dry people didnt really dance and all the people in VIP were rude.The bartender gave me a drink and it tasted like bleach I told him it tasted like bleach and he handed me another drink 10 minutes later and didnt even apologize and my first drink was late by the way. Bartender is super rude.

Worst customer service and club experience.

They blatantly discriminate. They told us after 30mins of waiting that women were heels only. We were the first four women in line. We got here before 11 because of what the website said. It falsely advertises free admission before 11pm. We ask why the dress code wasn’t enforced for men. They said women heels only. I asked how were other(that appeared with wristbands out of no where) women able to go in with flats but my friend couldn’t. He said they had a table. We step out of line to figure out another options and watch as they let three women in who have on flats, not getting a table. They just didn’t want us in there, which is crazy because we all are dressed up, more than most people in line. They singled us out. Super sketchy and the main bouncer is a liar.

Evil place full of criminal activities which are protected by the staff. Dont ever go there unless you want to be assaulted or worse. Lots of drug use and degenerates. Ive heard there are pedophiles lurking there and I know there are gang activity. They promote violence.

Security inside held me up against a wall in a quiet part of the club and stole my jewellery and cash before throwing me out of the club.

Had us wait in line for over 2 hrs and some change. Then moved us to the front of the line. Then the club closed about 15 min later. I spent my night in line. They had these people coming from the other side just waltzing in. Ive never been blacklisted at the club I usually walk to the front with my friends and were in. But I dont mind waiting abit. This was unacceptable

This was my first and LAST TIME EVER attending this place!!! I guess I should have read the reviews prior to using my debit card.... $42.00 with no tip on the card is what I agreed to. A cash tip of $10.00 is what I gave to the bartender and yet I was charged $50.40 on my card. Really Really???? Very sad. If they can give you a receipt for the correct amount then go back and charge you a different amount, anyone who uses their card should also be concerned about identity theft.

SEXUALLY HARASSED BY BOUNCER!!! I walked up and asked what was going on at the Playhouse that night just trying to get a feel of the scene not even asking to get in. A bouncer then proceeded to say to me Girl why dont you go home and get more sexy before coming here. my jaw dropped and I was speechless!!! I was wearing nice jeans with heals and a nice slightly cropped top. I understand there is a dress code at clubs and bars. If my outfit did not meet the dress code the bouncer could have easily just said hey sorry girl the Playhouse has dress code requirements we cant let you in tonight. Very disappointed with the poor training these bouncers receive.

Attended the Snoop Dog event on 9/11/15 and used my Credit Card to pay admission for 3 people which was $30/person. Youd think thats $90 but after checking the next day they charged 20% fee of some sort. I see after reading over reviews on here that this is a normal practice of theirs.

So, an act of vandalism and assault was enacted on a member of the public outside the club, who was behaving within the law and doing nothing aggressive or out of order.The Bouncers witnessed this act, witnessed the victim call the police, then proceeded to allow the perpertrator into the club, ( ahead of the que, as the perp was on the curb and not in line ).A police report was filed, but the cops couldnt continue as the Security had aided and abetted the criminal by allowing access to the club, with full knowledge of the crime and the impending arrival of the law.The victim asked for the manager, and as he was waiting the police were forced to leave.The head of security came out and proceeded to agressively mock the victim, making micro aggressions and accusing the victim of racism when trying to point out the doormen who assisted in the perps evasion of the law.The other doormen also mocked the victim.Then the GM came out.( Twitter/ somegirlnamedm. Aka Molly Hanson.)She was very abusive to the victim, mocked him also, and outright stated she didnt care that a crime had occured and would have, and would do the same in future if able.She then proceeded to assault the victim by making aggressive and unwarranted physical contact with the victim with aims to intimidate and embarrass him.So the crime went unpunished, 1000 dollars worth of vandalism to a persons property, and the victim intimidated, slandered, mocked and abused by security and management.Unfortunately for the club, the whole incident was caught on film, and will be posted online and hopefully used as evidence in a lawsuit against the club.As someone who manages nightclubs and security i find this behaviour and attitude unbelievable, that a manager and security would purposfully obstruct justice and then revel in the criminal behaviour.I would seriously consider terminating contracts with all employees participating in this abhorrent behaviour.The whole world is able to see these actions, and im sure the owners and shareholders are going to be very embarrassed by the flood of negativity about to hit them.I would highly recommend never giving your patronage to such a corrupt and abusive establishment.

They told us it will sit 12-15 people when he got there they put us in some small ass section big enough for 6 people max! They did not want to accommodate us the people were rude! The DJ finally start playing 2016 music around 12:30 AM most of it was old ass music that nobody listens to anymore! First and last time coming to this whack ass place!

I brought a huge group of gorgeous girls with me to the club, we were on the guestlist but apparently it was for NOTHING because we still waited an hour an half so OTHER people (Ugly and TRASHY) could get in. Set up vip to three times for my daughter for her 26th Birthday via email and never received confirmation. Drove all the way from AZ, to surprise her for 26th Birthday and they waited 2 hours in line...to get flagged at door by the bouncer that they couldnt come in the club because of the way her friend looked!!!Thank u mister bouncer for ruining my daughter birthday!!! I went thru hell to get here to make this trip special and both women left the club in tears...wow what a way to celebrate someone birthday!!!!
