I purchased candles from MJs house of glass. They have the best candles around and the Longview location is the best. It is always clean and Jodi the person that helped me was amazing. Her customer service was impressive. What a great store!

I like Mary Janes there very friendly, and quick to help, Ive bought a lot of glass from here depending on what you they do have crazy unique peices of all kinds.

Horrible service. Only had one employee at 5 p.m on a nice summer day, stood there for almost 15 minutes while the only employee serviced one customer who just couldnt make up their mind. What do I have to do to get service here? Bizarre way too run a business.

Well stocked store. Prices are more than fair. Purchased a vape pen. Used it for two weeks and it broke. Was aware they have no refund policy. Wasnt aware of 14 day no exchange policy. Its posted but either youll miss it or be too stoned. In spite of the fact that i was in violation of the policy the manager called the owner and got it ok.. ultimately satified with result. Didnt like that management had to call the owners. Competent management (which they have) should be trusted to make judgment calls. Thankfully the owners made it right. Didnt like being told by the employee (youngster) that the pen wasnt defective after i said so. Not necessary to tell me it wasnt defective it worked when you left, not only snarky but i felt like j was being called a liar. Also i define defective as anything that fails under normal use. Especially if the product is brand new. Ill be back because they did right by me though.

I received excellent service. A really nice girl named Des waited on me today and was very patient and helpful. The employees at this place are very kind and very helpful. But for the people who own this place are money hungry. I went in and I inquired about a couple of items and prices and it was ridiculous! For a detox drink they asked $100 for well I went around town and asked a asked other shops same brand same oz and the answers I got was $39, $50. On another hand they do sell strong glass

This location has a woman who works there who takes true ownership of her job. I come there herbs and CBD oil, and she is incredibly knowledgeable about her products. This kind of ownership of the position is something you dont find in any similar establishments. Considering the role a person like her plays at such an establishment is basically that of an apothecary, responsibility in your word should be considered a basic tenant of that industry but it is not...and is only found in a few people such as herself who actually takes her job seriously. Im glad she exists and is there to offer up such a service. I dont know what the owner pays her but its not enough.

I love Mary Janes! I go there regularly and the staff is very helpful and very nice... the only thing that I have a problem with is they need to stock more Type 12 PressHouse Kratom tabs...thats all I usually go in for and alot of the times they are out...

Bought a faulty G pen (grencoe science) unable to return/exchange it due to it having been used. The lady working talked to someone and got me 50% off any glass in the store and pointed me in the direction to claim a refund or exchange from the manufacturer through warranty. Was pleased with how it was handled, and will be back.

In my experience the customer service is hit and miss. There are some really good folks that work at the Longview location and then there are some who just... Arent. But they all seem geared to sell, sell, sell. Which is good for the business Im sure but can be annoying as a customer on a budget.For how high priced the glass pieces are they dont seem to be high quality. Which is disappointing when youre looking for something to be used and not just a display or show piece.Theyve a good rolling paper selection and the soy candles are always wonderful. So I guess on a whole in depends what youre going in for.

Mary Janes is the place to go if you want quality American glass. They have some amazing pieces on display that definetly brought a smile to my face. The layout is bright and well organized. Very welcoming and really looks amazing after the remodel. It definetly looks high end when you stop inside. Some may say they are pricey but everyone forgets about the quality of the glass they carry. This is not cheap China glass this is quality local American glass that is well worth the money. Remember people that it is art and it costs good money for good art. Also when you buy from this headshop you are supporting local glass blowers that do this to support their families. Just did the zombie apocalypse and its was freaking great, except the psycho blond at Mary Jane’s house of glass and her boyfriend. I mean iv shopped at the place long enough to have (to have had) a stamp card that is (was before destroyed) half full. But this chick hung out side and acted like a pre-school teacher, “don’t run, too ruff, just move aside and let them get to base!” Lady it’s a game of competition take your babysitting attitude and shove it!!!!! Mary Jane’s has always been overpriced but had good selection and good products. But I recommend you save some cash and deal with some none psycho and hit up fat jacks or smoking J’s……. The best part of the night was when this older (non pot head) bystander looked at her and said “don’t get your panties in a bunch…” If I could have recorded it…………

Absolute rip off! They charge more money than other smoke shops for the EXACT same product! EYCE silicone mold dab rigs are $49.99 at a shop just down the block, and they retail at the same price on EYCEs website. How much for THE EXACT same dab rig WITH NO warranty included at Mary Janes? $59.99! Exact same thing, bought it costs $10 more dollars. That pretty much sums up every product AT Mary Janes House of Glass. Apparently they can charge more because they paraded Snoop Dogg around inside the store at one point, lol! Avoid this business like the plague.
