This is by far the nicest splash park Ive ever taken my children to. There are three distinct sections, each with its own theme. Each section also has small slides, fountains, and lots of FUN!!! I saw children from toddlers to young adolescent, and all of them were having a great time. There are also shaded pavilions and picnic tables. Great place to take your children!!!!

A beautiful day to hang out at Lear Park Athletic Complex! So thankful for the foresight of civic leaders and community volunteers in creating an excellent natural facility for future generations to enjoy.A society grows great when old men plant trees in whose shade they know they shall never sit.

It is really beautiful and fun. The grass is so comfortable its like carpet. The reason why a 4 instead of a 5 is because the left over water bottles.(I guess they thought i was at the water park, but Im actually talking about the soccer field)

Free! Does not cost admission. We took our niece and nephew here - they loved it. Our only con - there were so many other unsupervised children - we often found kids knocking each other down from running through the fountains. Other than that, this was a great place to cool off on a hot summer day in Texas!

The parents have as much fun as the children. What a nice, free water pad park.

Love this place. My daughter freaks out every time we come. Its nice and clean, and the new additions are a godsend. The snacks are very well priced, and not too bad! If youre looking for a fun, cheap place to bring the kids, this is it. Will definitely come back here.

Great place to take the kids in the summer to cool off and run around. If you have younger small children just make sure to stay with them or keep a good eye on them because the older kids can be rough when playing. As an adult I also have fun running around with my nephew! It’s fun for the whole family and great if you want to go get a tan. Make sure to pack some snacks and drinks! We had a birthday party here last summer and it was cheap, fun, and a great experience overall, we look forward to having it again this coming up summer.

Very nice. Clean facility! Newly upgraded this year with new implements. My kids love it! I appreciate the fenced in area, and self-closing gate. As long as you dont go during peak times, parking is not bad, and it doesnt get terribly crowded. The bathrooms arent super great, but not terrible either.

Really neat place! Great place to beat the heat with the kids. Such a large splash pad, but it does get crowded fast. It has a nice, big pavilions that are great for parties. Definitely recommend taking little kids earlier in the day and maybe not weekends. It made us a little nervous with all the bigger kids running around so just keep an eye out for the little ones. The one complaint I have is that the pads at the end of the slides aren’t much of a landing at the end of the slides. I saw so many kids hit concrete.

My grandsons 3rd birthday party was there and it was fantastic. The kids had a blast. And everyone else that I saw there was having lots of fun!

Loved this place, we all had some fun. The best part is that it was free, and easy to keep up with my kids.

Is one of the best parks in Longview.

Great place to let the kids burn energy and stay cool at the same time. Lots of new water play elementa recently installed.

They have added more water features and slides to make it truly better! The whole area is concrete (not paded to soften the blow of a fall except at the bottom of the slides) Good pavillion, although bringing your own chair may be a good idea (can get VERY busy, and crowded) they have a small concession stand. Great water play!

Good fun, but there should be filled about toys being brought into the splash pad. Someone could get hurt. And what is the water filtration here?

Great splash pad for kids. Bathrooms are the most vile thing on the planet. I know they close once a week for sanitation but this needs to be done more than 1x a week. Once a day is needed. When we went one stall was broken which made for a line since its only a 2 stall bathroom.

Boys had a blast.

Park is really nice and my 2 and 4 year old granddaughters enjoyed it. Clean and has plenty of shaded seating areas for adults.

My family loves coming here. Baseball is life! This baseball field is much nicer than mcwhorter and timpson and they do pretty well keepingthe restroomsas cleanas possible. The only thing i dont like is that the concession stand is not as good as the others.

We had a good time here. My daughter is 5, and thuroughly enjoyed all of the space that had an assortment of water fountains, jets, and the 2 small slides. Some parents allow their children to run amock and dont even look up from their phones to see where their child is, but Ive found this more and more common. Regardless, it wasnt overly crowded, and most of the kids were very well behaved. Its gated so that kids cant run into the parking lot or road, and has 3 pavilions with tables that are available. It was clean, and wonderful fun for the small kiddos.

Nothing bad to say at all! Family fun, they allow food and drinks, provide trash cans and bathrooms as well as concession stand items.

Its a great place for our community to be able to bring our families for fun.

My kids love this place. The splash pad is a great place to cool off and have the kiddos outside and its clean. They have clean restrooms as well and a snack bar if you like or you can bring your own which is nice.

Great free spot for the kids! My 15 yr old has out grown it and just runs the cc course but everybody has fun.

If u have children and not a lot of money, its free to go. And the kids love it. I like it too and Im 47

Id like to see some more features, like fish squirt guns, a water wall, and some shade provided in select spots. More slides would help too, because the line for only one slide is not fair at times. And the snack bar is full of unhealthy food. Children playing hard in the sun need hydrating and healthy snacks, like frozen fruit - not pretzels.

It wld have gotten a 5, but the bathrooms are horrible and unsanitary. Bleach is needed.

Concession stand closed. Rough kids knocking over the little ones. People not respectful. Food smashed all over concrete wet and smashed. No control.smells nightmare. Ill stick to Spring Hill splash pad
