This has got to be one of the best parks Ive ever been to!! Me and my children had a blast here!! They have bbq stands and bathrooms.

Very nice facilities and canopy tarps over the bleachers. I do wish they were enforcing the social distancing or face covers more. Polite workers in the concession stand and they have good prices. I always enjoy playing a tournament there.

This is a great park. My kids love it. It has plenty if space to run, jump, climb, etc. It is nice and shady, which is important on hot Texas days. The only downside is that it is large enough that it is easy to lose track of you child, but as long as you keep track of both entrances/exits, you should be fine.

Super nice place for the kids to play. My daughter plays softball there and my son loves the playground.

Very nice park with good facilities. Much, much better than Lindsey Park in Tyler.

Baseball park is nice and clean. Staff was very friendly in the concession stand and on the field. Very easy to access and not a lot of walking involved, which is also very nice.

Nice park, well maintained. Parking and finding the correct field is easy.

It was nice we took the grandchildren and had fun and there was nice people.

The actual playground is really safe and fun. All of the equipment was in good condition. The park is spacious and can accommodate multiple children at the same time, and still give them several options without having to wait on other children.However, the restrooms are nasty! They also do not have doors on the stalls for privacy...There are several nice covered picnic tables around the playground, but you have to walk around to get to an entrance to the play area...Overall, my children & I had a great experience!!!!!

The best park playground Ive ever been to. You can tell there was a lot of effort that went into the construction.

Beautiful park. My family and I went during a NCFCA debate tournament to relax and destress a little bit. Wonderful places for parents to sit and watch and talk, perfect place for kids to play the floor is lava because there are enough paths through the jungle that you can race your buddies. Loved it

This is a great park. It has a very large splash pad, also has the kids view playground which is amazing. The Miracle League of East Texas ball park is in Lear park along with many other softball, T-Ball, and baseball fields, concession stands, and a large section of soccer fields to accommodate all age groups! It is a large park its clean and very well kept up with mowing, etc.

I love parks. Lear Park is nice. Has play area for kids, picnic tables, & grills for bar b que. Water park as well. I had a Great Day there today w/my sista & 2 children. One of favorites now. ️

The part of the park where the kids play is awesome. That jungle gym is the best. Then if you bring your swim suits you can play at the splash pad is the cherry on the cake.

I had so MUCH fun

We were at the splash pad today and had a blast. Lots of thinks to do. It wasnt that hot. So the water was a little cold. Theres lots of places to sit and just watch the kids or get wet with them. would be a great place for a birthday part. We had a really good time.

Great place on a hot day. Longview has a few splash pads but this one by far is the best.

Its a great place to take the kids and know that you dont have much to worry about. Its nice,clean,good,location,lots to do and see. The Castle View Park has interesting facts posted on plaques from the donaters/supporters. The plash pad is the part my kids always enjoyed the most. Friendly people, school/sports and games and best part its free.

This park is the largest in the city. Soccor fields about 15, softball and baseball fields which are kept in outstanding condition and a wonder long walking trail. In addition there are many covered tables, and restrooms in the park. The park has a sessional water park ( closed for winter now) and a large kids play area with very nice play sets. This is a wonderful park for folks of all ages. Try it I think you will enjoy all it has to offer.

We play baseball there and have occasional baseball practice there as well. Beautiful park but I highly suggest you dont leave ANYTHING of value in your vehicle. 2 years ago we were there for practice and 5 of our teams vehicles got broken into... mine included.

Just somewhere to go & kool out

Not really a park. Just baseball and socer fields with a little jungle gym tucked away in the corner. Would be more accurately described as a sports complex, but that may just be semantics.

Good bit of fields. Large parking area and right across from the baseball side is the softball fields.

Its a fun place to take the kids on a hot day. Plenty of shaded seating or bring your own chairs and canopy. As of now, there is no charge but that is rumored to change soon. My kids love it.

Nice clean park but needs more trees for shade and it would be nice if theyd put water coolers in the dug outs for the girls for our fees and gate fees.
