This temple is a beautiful, peaceful place with well cared for grounds and flora. Its only open to a limited few during the pandemic, but its still a house of God and dedication to our covenants bless us and our families eternally. Im thankful for Jesus Christ who redeemed us through his atonement. Through Him and the gift of repentance, I have continued hope; and through the temple, Im reminded to keep my eyes on God.
While you must be an active member of the church to go inside, everyone is welcome to enjoy the beautiful water features and flowers, amazing views of Cache valley, and the peaceful feeling that comes with visiting the grounds of the house of the Lord. Its a wonderful place to come and study, ponder and pray. There is even a hidden pathway on the south side of the grounds.
Love the Logan temple! We always just walk around the grounds and take pictures. The inside is beautiful too and so peaceful
I am so deeply grateful for this beautiful temple and its serene grounds. Its an amazing place of prayer and hope.
What a beautiful place. The grounds flowers, trees, fountain and the views of the valley were capturing. Not just the visual appealed to my family, but the feelings were capturing as well.
I got to go to my sisters wedding. The outside is so beautiful. If you want to go to just see the view you can. Totally worth it.
Great place to get answers to big questions. Also a great place to get married:-)
This is such a gorgeous building! Even if you dont go inside, walking the beautiful, impeccable grounds and looking at the flowers and fountain is a great way to spend time. While the temple is beautiful at any time of year, I prefer it in the summer, when the flowers are in full bloom.
Beautiful scenery as one looks over the valley. Very historical.
We had a wonderful day with close family and friends. We were there before my oldest grandson leaves for his mission.
Going to the temple is always good. Even when I cant go inside, spending time amidst the beautiful, peaceful grounds always lifts my spirit and eases my burden.I know entrance into the temple is limited to members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in good standing, but all who are respectful and maintain the reverent atmosphere are welcome on the grounds.
Temples are always a breathtaking sight to see. Each one is unique and well maintained.
This is one of my new favorite temples! I love the older, castle style construction, and the surrounding area is stunning. The gardeners did some quality work with the landscaping as well.
I love going to the temple and performing sacred work in the temple. It is where I can leave the world behind and worship my Heavenly Father and his Son Jesus Christ. I can help with family and friends who have passed away before me with their work. Temple work is special to have families together FOREVER. And I want to be with my family FOREVER.
Beautiful temple in a wonderful hilltop location. It was closed due to Covid-19, but we could still walk around the outside of the fence and enjoy its beautiful grounds.
Beautiful grounds!!! Really enjoy URS guys great services to the world.
Beautiful building in a beautiful setting. My granddaughter loves to walk all the way around and look at all of the flowers.
would like to get in there but its also the best part
I texted a picture of the temple to.my wife and she said is that a castle? LOL I guess in a way. The grounds are immaculate the architecture is magnificent. Whether youre a member or not there is spirit about the temple grounds that permeates through to anyone honest enough to enjoy the solitude of the temple grounds.
My favorite place to feel at peace and close to my Savior, Jesus Christ!
Such a great place to visit and reflect on Gods gifts.
I love to see the temple, and come closer to Christ inside
You feel the spirit of the Lord very strongly. Great place to have an evening walk
Inspiring structure. Your eye is drawn to the sky. Looks particularly special at dusk in the snow.
A beautiful building with lovely grounds. The Spirit and peace you can feel there is incredible! I love all the Temples of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but this one is a unique one from the early days of the Church and is worth a visit!
Wonderful visit. Great people.
A wonderful and peaceful place to worship God.
Very cool historic building to your. Loved the scenery and were it was built.
A place full of peace, beautiful grounds.
Special place and a beautiful walk around
Its a beautiful and calming place to go. I will whole hearted recommend going there when you can. Even if you are not worthy to go in it is still a beautiful place to stroll around and feel at peace. If you are curious about what is inside I recommend finding some missionaries in your area, and leaning more about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
The temple grounds are beautiful, especially during the spring, summer and fall months when the grass and trees are green, the flowers are blooming and the fountain is on. *Note* you have to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in order to go inside. If you want a more interactive experience go to Temple Square in Salt Lake City or visit any LDS temple that has a visitor’s center.
This is a big, beautiful Temple! I found it very peaceful and inviting, and the people going their time to work there were also very nice and inviting! Of course, you have to be a member of the church and have a recommend to go inside, but if you do, it is totally worth it! After doing one of the ordinances, I asked if I could walk around and everyone was so willing to help me find my way throughout the temple. The spirit there is so very strong and the artwork is breathtaking! I felt nothing but joy while I was inside!
Its closed to the public right now but still a beautiful view.
Temples of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are holy to the Lord. On the temple grounds, I feel peace. Only members of the Church who are prepared may enter a dedicated temple. In temples, we can be sealed to our spouses and families for time and eternity. This New Testament doctrine is restored in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Families can be together FOREVER.
I didnt go in, but I did walk around the grounds, it was amazingly beautiful! Everything was just so peaceful and serene, with an amazing view of the valley. I definitely recommend going for a walk with someone special here. We then went and sat in the car (because it was 15 degrees out) and had one of the best conversations Ive ever had with someone, brought us so much closer together.
Most impressive building in Cache Valley!
What a beautiful Temple just wish we could of enjoyed the grounds.
The temple grounds are pretty and the views of Logan are nice. I love to see the temple!
Very special day. Loved it.
My home temple! Born and raised in Logan and this place is just such a symbol of home.
There is a peace inside like nowhere else in the world.
Got sealed here--wish we lived closer as this would be our goto Temple. Love you Cat.Scott W
Beautiful! Everyone who visits Logan should stop and see this magnificent building. Its amazing to see what the early settlers were able to construct when this area was first settled.
The temple is a very special place where you can feel the Spirit, both inside and outside the building. Its a great place to worship God, to ponder questions you may have, and just to find respite from the hectic world.
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I am a member of this church, so I know all about the temples. I love coming to the temple because I feel so much relief and comfort. I love this church and I love this temple. ️
The temple is so beautiful! The grounds are immaculate and the building is beyond impressive! At night the temple seems to glow from within. The spirit of the temple is one of peace, joy, and incredible strength. I loved visiting and getting to walk around the grounds with my husband and young sons!
Always amazing. Beautiful in and out.
Beautiful place and spirit. Go meditate outside if you cannot go in! Very peaceful.
This is one of the gems in Logan standing on a hill with beautiful architecture and landscape. Every time I visit I am left with awe and peace.
Did the man who broke into the Temple have a Temple recommend? Why did free masons free masonic blood sacrifice Joseph Smith?
Even just being on the grounds will help you to feel peaceful. I love it here.
Bomb place. Gotta have a recommend to get in but it’s so peaceful and great once you can go. 10/10 would recommend!
The one true church
Love how reverent it is. Very historical and very spiritual. Going inside is worth it for the blessing that you receive. #bethere
Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints need to be living righteously and have a current Temple recommend to enter the building, but anyone else is welcome to walk around the Temple Grounds. This is a historical building and a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. Highly recommend
It was very peaceful there. I enjoyed the beauty of the temple and its surroundings.
Beautiful grounds in a beautiful city. The flowers were lovely and all was meticulously maintained. And if you are lucky enough to have a recommend to go in, the best part is inside.
Although I wasnt able to enter the temple, it was a very beautiful building and peaceful setting. Building was finished in 1884. One of the first (4th)temples completed by the pioneers. You can see the temple from all over Cache Valley. The grounds and building are all in pristine condition. As all of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints temples are.
Beautiful Temple in a wonderful location. Not only an amazing piece of history, but a wonderful place to feel peaceful and close to God. Id suggest a visit for sure!
So pretty when the tulips are out. Great view of the valley year around.
Such a beautiful place to go and worship the Lord
There is only peace here on these grounds
The view from the temple is simply stunning. A fantastic spot if you need some quiet time.
Another historic building in Utah that its hard to wrap my mind around how people build this without modern equipment and machinery. The night view is amazing as the building sits up on a hill.
A must visit if you are in town! Majestic structure with an old Utah Pioneer heritage. Beautifully lit at night, and stunning day or night standing on a hill above the valley.Only those with a temple recommend can enter the building, but people can visit the grounds and feel the special holy spirit of the place.
Beautiful historical temple!
Place of worship. Beautiful grounds and views of the valley. Workmanship by those with primitive tools and knowledge. It is a testament to those who built it, and to him whom it serves.
These peaceful grounds and the historic building that grace them bear the warmth and love of Jesus Christ to all who visit. I love this place! This is the house of the Lord, Jesus Christ.
I always enjoy the quiet, peaceful serenity of the temple. No rush. We took our time & enjoyed the sweet spirit.
A wonderful place to escape the world. Visit the grounds and see the beautiful view of Cache Valley. I love to see the temple!
The unique architecture is always fun to look at. I enjoy the peace and love I feel when I attend the activities with in.
I always love the temple!
A great place to go and meditate and give service if you go into it with the right preparation. There is a cafeteria downstairs that serves decent food. If youve got a few minutes to eat I find that its a lot easier to be at peace when my stomach is full. The Temple grounds are lovely too. During the warm part of the year theres lovely flowers everywhere and the fountain with the Temples castle like design makes for some nice pictures.
Very beautiful and peaceful. The architecture is breathtaking and historically amazing.
Wonderful day. Temple is so beautiful and the spirit of the Lord is there. I felt peace and comfort and didnt want to leave.
Great place to visit, even if you cant go inside. Its a beautiful structure and the grounds are well maintained. I was there for a family wedding and we enjoyed temple. Wonderful experience.
