Half mile track around big green, with shaded gazebo benches and play equipment about halfway. Good for kids and dogs.

Great place to walk and walk your dogs.Be sure to bring doggie bags to clean up after your pet!

The park has an excellent walking trail with fitness stations. The gazebo is nice and is situated near the play area, which is convenient for parents. Were looking forward to use the tennis court when the weather warms up.

The park is in a great safe neighborhood. Also in a great spot. Great track to run/walk as well. The only thing we were not satisfied with was there are no bathrooms.

This is a great, safe place to go for a run or walk. They have a nice playground for kids and dogs on leashes are welcome too.

They have a great walking track and plus they have a little park for kids to play in while adults can walk.

Was delightful. Sat at a picnic table and eat lunch. Lots of walkers on the track. Smelled like pine in a good way.

Very cute little park. Nice trail. Short. Weird thing is sign at parking lot said dogs must be on leash. Half way around trail sign says no dogs or bikes on trail.. Too late. Saw other dogs on trail. Not many walkable places for dogs here. Disappointing.

Great walking trail. Nice childrens play area. Tennis courts need work. Check out the new Tree Identification signs sponsored by the Lexington Appearance Commission. Easy parking.

Nice place to run.

Its ok to walk or jog or of you have smaller kids. My 7 and 8 year olds were bored. Not bad, just mot great for school aged kids

Grimes Park is a GREAT place to walk or jog,!

It has a nice track, friendly people and excersize spots sprinkled along the way.

Its always clean and very nice people walking the track. Its a really nice place to go walk and excerise.

Cute neighbor park with a crushed stone path, playground, tennis courts and large open field.

The sign when you go in says that gogs must be kept on a leash...ok. You walk 1/2 way around the loop and there is a sign that says no dogs allowed on the walking path. I walked my dog on the path. I would have cleaned up and excrement if needed. ???

This is a great place to take the kids to play and also exercise on the wonderful track that goes around the park. Also have enjoyed the tennis courts over the years.

Great place to walk.

Great place to let the kids run around without worrying about their safety. The playground sets are a little rusty/worn down, but that was the only negative.

Great 1/2 mile running trail. I have been running here many times, always friendly people and park is always clean and well kept. It is located in a nice neighborhood and there is a lovely playground. There is also a tennis court in the northwest part of the park.

Plenty of open areas along with a extended walking path, tennis court and kids playground. Safe atmosphere in a good neighborhood. Plus: water fountain!

Peaceful and out of the way. Never too many people and the ones there are friendly enough. A place to walk, sit or hang out by yourself or with someone else. One of my hideaways.

I like the long walking trail. Just don’t like the fact that I can’t have my dog on the trail. That defeats the purpose of going to jog with my dog and kids !!!Some of us like to jog with our furry animals !
