This a small haven for families. Great playground for kids of all ages. It features story walk trail, which kids will absolutely have fun. The trail is mostly shady and paved. It is great for cycling for kids. It can however get pretty crowded at times, so try to come early if you want it more free.

Its a great walking trail. So many little trails you can follow to find new places. Love the river that runs along the side of the park. There is also a soccer field, a gym set and tree house playground, I think there is only 1 bathroom on the park grounds though. I do wish there were a few trail lights, like solar powered ones or street lamps, it can get really dark and can be dangerous. I went with my boyfriend as we wanted to take a few pictures of the greenery!

This park so awesome good environments cool trails fraindly people around the park I every day go there and run but who works around the park those people may be careless cause of restrooms are not clean and they don’t open on time and there is no time table to operation hour sorry for four star .Again they didn’t open the restroom

This is the park right next to my house on water oak drive that I grew up on. I used to pass it every day when I would walk to and from creekside elementary school each weekday. I have a lot of fond memories of being there playing hookie from school one day with my best friend at the time hunter, playing soccer, running in the field and having a great time. This would have been around 1993-1998.

For a person like me that likes quiet and peaceful places, this is the right spot.

Great place to walk, run, bike, exercise.Has lots of walking trails. Great playground for families. Picnic or have family events has a few grills. Soccer area and great for outdoor sports with children. I see people walking with dogs on weekends. My favorite place to visit all year. Unwind from busy day and take a long walk when weather is pleasant.No glass allowed. Lots of trash can located all around.

The parks and rec department definitely needs to remove a grill or two from the picnic areas, as they pose a safety hazard to the public.

Nothing too crazy out of the ordinary both on the positive and negative side. Park has picnic tables, play area for kids and descent enough parking spots. It gets busy in summer which is normal. It also has a biking/walking trail and you can see the river along the trail which is very beautiful.The only thing I hate is people who walk with their dogs and fail to pick up after their dogs piss in the middle of the trail. Thats just disgusting and if youre not constantly looking on the ground, you might step on it. I wish there was a way to enforce on people to pick up after their dogs. Its just common sense, I dont understand why have a dog when you cant pick up after it.

They have restrooms and good place to jog and play soccer.

This is a well kept, mostly quiet, beautiful park that my family loves visiting on a nearly daily basis

So, the playground areas and the grounds themselves are pretty great, and we love the walking trail that winds throughout the grounds...however, good luck if you ever need to use the public restrooms provided. They are either locked or out of order every time my small children have had to use them, which is pretty frustrating to say the least. Sometimes a single port a potty will be provided...one. single. toilet. for the entire park to use. As a mother of small kids it is important that there be access to restrooms for my kiddos or else it makes for a less than enjoyable time

This park has been a part of my life since 1991. Now I get to take my kid to play at the playground and romp around in the woods there. They paved the trails a few years ago, which makes it safer but did remove the natural, hiking through the wilderness feel.

Great for the entire family. From hiking, walking, or kids just having fun on the playground. Them the ice cream truck was in the parking lot to cool us off with a nice treat at the end of our journey. My entire family enjoyed our time there and plan on making it a ever Sunday adventure for a while. I highly recommend Arbor Hills. It has something for everyone - bike trails, hiking trails, and concrete trails. A playground for the little ones, great pavilions for gatherings, and disability compliant. What I like best is the variation of land in the different sections. Enjoy the fun!

Storytime at pecan park. Very nice park with a story trail that changes monthly and along the trail are some good pecans from the trees that you can snack on. Had a great time with my daughter. Thanks Lewisville and the public library.

I always come to Central Park to look for fossils in the creek, and i never go home disappointed! As for the childrens playground, its good-sized and looks pretty entertaining for the kids, and there are usually a bunch of kids playing there. There are paved walking trails around the creek, with woods on both sides, yet plenty of open space to fly a kite or have a soccer game. I love this place, and its an enjoyable place to spend your afternoon, no matter what your age.

Love the park because the playground is shaded with plenty of trees. They have a section for smaller kids which was perfect for my 18month son. A large walking trail that looks very scenic. And a large field for playing ball and picnics. Nice pavilions and picnic tables.

This park is beautiful. it didnt really have as much of a walking trail cuz its mostly a Park for kids but definitely a great quiet & safe spot for meditating and writing in the mornings.

Lots of shade and things to do to keep the kids busy. Good for walking trails and exercise, as well.

Awesome place to talk with your college young adult. My son and I had a nice time sharing new life focus plans. Great way to start my Fathers Day weekend. We threw the football a bit. We both were once Quarterbacks.

Great park lots of recreation space. Long clean trails and clean playgrounds and pavilions. Only thing is it seems the cops like to use this place to watch for speeding in the schools l zone near the park. Theres always police near.

This park is great because so much of it is shaded and we all know how hot Texas can get!The only con is that if your kids need to go to the restroom you better take your own soap and toilet paper because there likely isnt any. At least not when we have been there.

Central Park is a small Park in Lewisville. There is plenty of room to run around play catch play soccer do yoga etc. There are two small playgrounds as well. There are a few walking trails that take you around the park. There are two walking trails that take you to nearby neighborhoods. There are also a few covered areas where you could have a picnic or celebrate a birthday or throw a small to medium party. There are restrooms as well. Overall theres something for everyone. if it rains really heavily some of the trails can get covered in water.

Absolutely love this park and everything about it. I have come here for 30 years. Its been amazing to see how it has developed. theyre a very nice cement walking trails through a thick forest along side a creek called Timber Creek. There are very well maintained playgrounds for young children and older children. There are large open Fields for sports and running around or picnics. Very clean bathrooms, very many gazebos for group outings.

I love coming to this park as much as I live going to my parent home . Its great .. I like how clean it its. Alot of space for small party gathering . Great for expiring and great walks.

I love this park....its heavily shaded for children on the hotter days...they have these wonderful gazebos if you are wanting to throw a birthday party or cookout....the trails are beautiful and peaceful....this park wont let you down in any aspect if you are an outdoorsy person.

Will go to the PARK, not the pathway. Three creepy crackheaded looking people stepped out of the wooded area and scared the daylights out of us. I didnt deem that safe, while we were leaving, some old white male was looking at everyone, felt uneasy. Maybe have a few officers patrol the areas of the park, for the kids safety.

Great place to take kids. The play area is surrounded by trees. So its cooler in summer. Good place for party too.

Kinda dirty playground. The plastic slides and playhouses are very dirty and has green mold like stuff all over them.

Great park. I love that there are benches all around the park. I have a bad back and was ablw to walk and rest when needed. I do wish they had more of the individual benches instead of all the picnic ones.

I absolutely love this park! They have a playground geared towards younger children as well as a playground for children that are a little bit older in age. They have a few walking running trails that are very well shaded. Another big plus about this park is that they have a large grassy area which is good for playing soccer and other field activities. I want to give this park a 5-star rating but its missing one thing a splash pad! It has tables for picnicking and even grills but no splash pad.

This park has a long walking trail on both sides of the street. There is a path under the bridge to cross over from one side to the other which is safe. But its not well organized to say Wow!! . I guess I am spoiled by nicer parks in other places I been to.

Can never go wrong with this park. However, depending on weather it can be unpleasant due to mosquitoes and bugs. Overall its a nice park.

Great park, very peaceful but not too big. They have 2 gazebos, restrooms are clean for it being a public restroom, areas for all ages of kids to play and plenty of benches.

This park will forever be that childhood park you used to visit a long time ago. I remember even now coming here so long ago to walk the trails early morning and play on the playground...This park is tucked away beautifully in between a friendly neighborhood... if you love enjoying nature and easy going walks or runs... this park will not let you down.

Love this park! Great walking trails, shaded areas to play for kids but the neighborhood has taken a dive innthe last 10 years. Lewisville Isnt what it once was. The city is trying to make improvements but the standing water (it is always standing) is a major mosquito breeding area and your rleatten alive walking down the trails. Other than that the tree are incredible and all of the nature and wildlife there is awesome. Glad the city has kept that aspect of the park which in my opinion is the best part about it!
