Mostly clean. Kids really like this park. Will play for at least an hour. Big kids swings and littles swings are too far apart to watch/help both.

I would be very careful here at night, last night as I was driving home I stopped to play pokemon go and there was a Coyote in the park.

Place is great for a nice afternoon barbecuing! Let the kids run free and cook up some burgers!

Live in the colony but they consider it Lewisville very nice small but lots of table and open cover look like a great spot for a birthday party

Nice little park with playground and several covered picnic areas and walking trails. I went to fly my quadcopter there and it turned out to be a good place for it. I will go back.

Nice park but city needed to add water fountain and outdoor cooking grill for picnic to enjoy more, and add bike trails for activity toward the lake. Water park, Gym would be great to have at this park.

Needs rest room. Maybe a splash pad.Needs some sort cover over play ground equipment due to hot sun.
