I went to 1 hour to Escape with a couple friends, and I was blown away by the experience! The puzzles in the room we did were just complex enough to be both fun and challenging, and I was impressed by the creativity of the room overall! The escape room had puzzles with multiple layers which encouraged all of us to work together to solve them! Natalie at 1 hr to escape was also great at giving us the perfect hints to guide us, if we needed them. We ended up escaping the room in the last minute! It was a great unique challenge and fun teamworking experience for my friends and I! I would highly recommend! 10/10!!

We did a group of 14 in the Ruins. We had a super fun time, and it was one of the few escape rooms in the area who could comfortably accommodate a pretty large group in one room. Cant wait to try the others!

We have done two so far and they were both great! We live escape rooms and 1 hour escape is one of the best I’ve been to. Always fun surprises with every room. Can’t wait to come back and do another one.

Very fun, great place for a party. Very friendly funny staff, they do their best to accommodate your request. (Like having your own personal notes in the final lock box to reveal.) They have different rooms of difficulty for all ages, and most important you can BYOB. We had a great time!

A friend and myself were wandering the mall when we saw this place. After entering the associate at the front was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He showed us the puzzle to get a discount and helped us book a game. We played Patient 0 and had an amazing experience and were immersed into the theme of the game. Won around 10 minutes left and were greeted by the staff in a great mood.Would come back again!

Fun place to enjoy with family and friends. They have very good games to engage you guys with. We played The Ruins and it dealt with decoding puzzles to get out of the ruins in time.

This is our favorite escape room in Dallas. We have been to six of their rooms, and have an awesome experience every time we go. The clues are so creative, and they maintain a great balance between challenging but not stupid hard. Great for people who are just trying out escape rooms, or for veterans. I also like their new location at the mall, the high ceilings make the rooms feel less claustrophobic than your typical escape room.

The entire experience from booking to the end was just horrible. We have played at your previous location and loved every room! The booking system was very complicated when the previous system was very easy. When we were greeted the lady seemed bored. During our game experience it was very lacking. There was no direction of what to work on next and you are forced to ask for a hint because there no direction. The room felt like it was just a wall thrown up. THe lack was detail was very lacking. In the previous location it was amazing! and to go to this location it was just a very poor experience. At the end the lady took our picture but didnt seem to be happy that we did escape and did not offer a suggestion of any other rooms to try at the location. She seemed very eager for us to just leave.

My sister and I came her for our bday with some friends and family. We had so much fun. I love playing games like this on my phone or computer, so to be able to do it in real life was very exciting. Reasonably priced the staff was nice and helpful. We went in November so we chose the xmas theme. any different Rooms w/ different themes to choose from. Definitely doing this again.

It was a great time! We did the study and finished with 21 minutes to spare missing the room record by 3 minutes. The staff was super friendly and even took a picture for us. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because had we gone without the 50% discount I found, it wouldnt been quite worth it. But we had it in this instance and it was wonderful!

Played a room here, and it was good. It made since by the end and there wasnt a lot of random stuff thrown around that would make it too difficult to solve. It almost took us the full hour so it wasnt simple either.

We love this escape room company! All of their puzzles are challenging, but still solvable and their rooms are so creative and fun. Definitely have and will recommend this place to others.

Very decent escape room experience for the (discounted) price. There were definitely unique puzzles to get through, but a majority of the stages are the typical locks (key, code, directional). While the puzzles were fun, the room itself was sparingly decorated; I think the room could have slightly more personality to it. Overall great experience!

The room was very creative. My group and I had a lot of fun! We did the bunker one and just about made it. The owners very passionate and you can tell he loves what he does.

Super fun. Love the room. A little under staffed though! Felt bad for the poor girl running the whole place alone on a saturday night. She was trying to get us booked but kept having to stop and run over and talke to others playing, then run over and greet others coming out and then run over and take photos of other people...it was exhausting to watch.

The mobile game came to our house for a birthday. It was well created, tons of fun, and the owner was very accommodating and so friendly. Would recommend for large or small party. Great experience!

For our group of 7 we were almost all newbies. We were super impressed with 1 Hour 2 Escape. They were very professional and opened up for us outside normal hours. We did the bank heist room and got an average score. They even let us look at some other rooms, and we were really impressed with what they had to offer. I dont give 5 stars away these guys earned it.

The room was challenging but so much fun. The employees there are super cool and helpful. They seem to really enjoy their job and have fun along with you.

We had a great time in the room. We were a group of 8. Made it out with only 3 minutes to spare! Definitely a great place for a group activity.

I would highly recommend this for anyone, especially in a group setting! I have been 2 times now with my work team and really enjoyed it both times. The first time we did the Mayan themed room which was pretty difficult but we had a lot of fun working as a team and finished before the time was up The second time we did the spy vs spy and broke into 2 teams which was fun to be able to compete. Both rooms were challenging but do-able! Give it a shot, I think you will be surprised at how much fun you have. Even if this isnt your thing, you may be surprised how much you like it!!!

Great fun! Highly recommend this location for an Escape room. We have completed the Ruins (excellent puzzles -- but did require exact alignment, even a small amount off did not work), and the Bank Heist (really hard clues and small rooms, which added to the intensity of it). The employees are wonderful. BTW, for the Ruins, we had ages 10-75 and everyone participated and contributed.

Update 5/26/19New location in Music City Mall, still loving their ideas and dedication to great rooms. Tried and failed the Arthur Mason room as a duo.‐------------------I have taken a group in to do 4 rooms, starting from when they first opened and the most recent one this past week. It is refreshing to see an escape room business that is truly focused on the quality of experience rather than the money grabbing places.I feel the decorations and themes they have set up are great and really make the experience worth it.I definitely look forward to going again and would highly recommend this place to any escape room enthusiasts.

I accidentally scheduled for the wrong date. We showed up without a reservation but they were kind and helpful. They got us in immediately and helped us understand things since it was our first time. I would love to come back and do another one!

My family and I did this for my moms birthday and it was a blast. They had a room where you had to defuse a bomb and the clues were so random and over all exciting I can honestly say best hour game of my life.

Visited this place because of an successful advertisement through Groupon.Great small business vibe, I sense they are on the right track. Incorporating technology into trying to make everything work well. The Study was our room of choice. Great atmosphere, mood was definitely set right. Only reason for minus one star is its clear they could use a bigger budget for their rooms.Very satisfied for what we paid and the experience. Thank you

Great fun for the entire family! Some say not to go with time kids, but the kids even found things they could do in this room. They do a great job of mixing easy and hard puzzles so that everyone feels included. My family ranged in age from 4 to 40, and we tried out the radiation room. It was a blast from start to finish. Attentive staff, fun puzzles, and a great adrenaline rush as you try to beat the clock. They did a great job in setting up the room. Hope to be back soon.

We did our third escape room there.... This time we did Absolute Zero escape. This is the best one yet. Very good... My kids and their friends were entertained as well as the adults. Highly recommended for a great night out with friends.Great staff makes the package awesome!

Had a great time with my significant other. It made a great date night experience. It was really fun and interesting. The only thing I would recommend is going with a group of people that way you don’t risk getting stuck in a room with not so friendly people who are getting in the way instead of helping. Unfortunately we got stuck in a room with a guy who didn’t seem to happy to have to work with people of color but other than that we had a great time and we will be returning soon. (With a group of course)

This place blew chunks! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO TO A RED DOOR ESCAPE ROOM! They are WAY better. We did the bank heist room and it was awful. Literally just a bunch of random puzzles to get money and then whoopee you escape the room regardless of the puzzles you solve. Decorations suck and we didnt even feel like it was a bank. Just a room with a random counter and door that said Bank Vault Really...? At least put some effort in to it. Hated every minute of this and very upset that i wasted my time and money here.

We took my brother for his 25th birthday, and we all had fun as a family. We ranged from 11 to 48 & we all had a great time. The staff was so friendly as well. We will defiantly be back!!

Overall it was a good experience. The rooms were well decorated and the props were good quality. Had no problem losing myself in the game.Puzzles were challenging, logical and made sense for the most part.My only issue with this venue is that they will put other people in the room with you so you play with strangers. That isn’t a bad thing in and of itself but there was a total of 7 people in the room and it was just too crowded in my opinion. At some points we were just in each other’s way and that dampened the fun and impeded our progress. If just the three in our group had played, I would have given 5 stars.

This is a great team building activity and we really had a fun in that one hour. Staff was also very friendly and nice. We chose the toughest room the Study to start with our very first escape room experience and we were real close in solving it. :)We will definitely try other type of room experiences whenever we get a chance.

This was so much fun. My wife and I did the bank heist. We were grouped up with a couple and their teenage/college aged kids (three of them). Aside from them being a little over zealous it was very entertaining. It would definitely be better to bring youre own group.

Staff was friendly and informative (this was our first time going to an escape room). The room we picked (Ruins) was a lot of fun. There were several different types of puzzles/clues/tasks so the group was able to break up and do different things vs 10 people crowding around 1-2 projects at a time. I also liked that the puzzles were challenging enough to make the 1 hour time limit seem doable but not guaranteed.

You start out in a Christmas themed room where solving a variety of puzzles lets you remove the locks from the door to Santas office. Once inside fun puzzles let you open his desk to find the elusive list! Lots to do in this non-linear challenge and its great for younger or new players in a really non-intimidating atmosphere.The Ruins - This Indiana Jones style adventure features a huge room with a vide variety of non-linear puzzles for a variety of styles. Theres something for everyone, but remember that all the puzzles yield pieces that have to be put together for a final challenge. Great for team building and larger groups. Completely 2nd gen room with almost no locks or keys.As a seasoned escaper, this location offered fun challenges, well-designed rooms, and a great staff. Well worth a visit!

My friends and I had a really exciting time breaking out of the bank room, befriending some strangers, & stealing a whole bunch of money! Definitely would recommend visiting - we plan to head back on another date night!

Weve done 3 rooms here and theyve all been great and so much fun! They are extremely creative and complex. Absolute Zero and the Egyptian Tomb were awesome! Great for groups of 4-6

I bought a Groupon for my 13 yr. old sons birthday party. He and his friends had a wonderful experience! It was their first time in an Escape room. The games were challenging yet fun. My son wants to go back and try the other escape rooms. My husband and I will tag along, as well ;)

This is really fun! This is a great activity for families, groups, or coworkers. You are put into a room where you have one hour to solve a series of puzzles to hit the red button and stop the timer. The door is actually unlocked the whole time, but thats not the point of the exercise. I think it is actually fun to be in a group that includes people who have never met. It really brings out your team building skills.

WE ROBBED A BANK!This was a very fun time with family members of different age groups. The interested ways of working together would make this a perfect team building activity as well as a fun way for family and friends of all different ages to get along.

This was my fourth escape room experience. We signed up to fill 2 slots of a 6 person team, and are always weary when getting paired with strangers - but we ended up with a great group who were really into the experience. Our hosts/handlers were both friendly and attentive from beginning to end, and explained a few aspects of the room that were fidgety, so that helped us keep moving along in case something happened during our hour.The Study itself is a well laid-our room, but a bit lacking when it comes to decorations - I would expect a study to be FILLED with books and shelves...but that said, but the small amount of props did help save some time when looking for clues - and considering the difficulty of the room, that was a very good thing!This is an old-school room full of pad locks and manipulation puzzles...and they all tie into the theme very well. They also provided a neat digital ditto pad for note taking which was a fun little gadget to use. The only reason for the 4-stars (instead of 5) is that some of the props are a little worn out and could stand to be replaced/repaired. Also, a few items just werent appropriate for the room - mainly the liquor bottles inside the Globe bar. They could easily be altered to fit with the rest of the space.Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we plan to return to attempt the other rooms!

This was a lot of fun. Went there for my wifes birthday with 5 of our friends. We did the STUDY room, it was very challenging.The lighting in the rooms, however, was very dim. Maybe its intended to be somewhat dark, but it was very difficult seeing the numbers on the locks. We were all holding our phones with our mouths.We will definitely be back though, and I recommend this to anyone looking for a fun and different activity with your friends, just make sure your phones are charged up.

Had a great time and really wasnt expecting it. It was a family event so I didnt pick it but it turned out to be a lot of fun. The staff was quick and helpful and they really try to show the group a good experience.

Amazing experience! We had a group of 9. Everyone had a good time. We would do it again in a heartbeat! What a great memory! Our group ranged from age 10 to 60. Everyone was included and played an important role in our mission. Great team building exercise.

My partner and I have been to four different escape places, and this has to be one of the best. Love the employee enthusiasm and interaction. Our room (Fallout) had fantastic decor and props. Great puzzles, too. Cant recommend enough!

Only did one room here so far. Bought the Groupon for 2 people: $30. We picked the Ruins and loved the interactive portion. Not just finding keys to unlock the next box. When a puzzle was solved, boxes on the walls would open! Staff was helpful when things would get stuck in the room (which in my opinion shouldnt happen). Also, this is the only location Ive been too that didnt have lockers for keys/purses/phones. That was strange to me. All other rooms Ive done has been very strict about not taking anything in with you. Oh well, it was still a great experience and will be going back for the Bank Heist!

Had a great time. First time at this location. Puzzles a good challenge. Would prefer not to have young children taking each found item out of others hands in group though.

From the moment we entered the location, we were greeted in a friendly manner. We had to bring out youngest due to a lack of babysitter but they were so good to her too (we did have a private room which was great!!!) We had a lot of fun laughing and creating some fun memories!!!

Its an overall great experience. You get to use your brain in different ways and solve riddles and puzzles of a different nature. And you get to be active at the same time. So whether you escape a room or not, you still win, because youre investing in yourself. Escaping a room is a great feeling, but just the experience alone is amazing.

We had a blast. The kids cant stop talking about it. The room had a lot of clues an locks. Very exciting. Cant wait to go back and try a different room.

This is the 3rd escape room my friends and I did. Puzzles too linear and decoration was adequate at best. Do not recommend bank heist.

Great room! Weve done two of their three and loved them. The guys that work there are often super helpful and very personable. These rooms require more thought and are less straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

Weve been here twice. The staff is great and the challenges are fun. They even have a really big room for up to 16 people.

Worth the price of admission. The people running the place are great and like to have a good time. The challenges are rewarding once you figure them out. A hidden gem of entertainment that you should go to.

Definitely coming back. Had a group of 10, Spy Tech room, and good room for those beginning in escape room. Very clever puzzles. They have rooms that range from medium difficulty to hard. Looking forward to coming back. Easy and fun folks run the place. Winner! Also like the fact its in Lewisville.

Visited using a Groupon and our team took on The Study. It was absolutely challenging and a thrill to compete. The staff did an excellent job helping us to understand the game, without giving away the answers. Absolutely would recommend!

A friend had a Groupon for this place, so we tried it out. The facilities were pretty nice but the staff here was what made it really stand out. Helpful, fun and very nice! We had a fantastic time and will definitely recommend this place to others!

Ive done 3 rooms here. The price is good, around $25, but Groupon usually lets you get half off I think so check there. 2 of the rooms I did were excellent, both thematically and challenge-wise. One of the best escape room venues Ive been to. Id give it a 5 if it was a little cleaner. The place seems dingy and like it needs vacuumed every time Ive been there.That being said, the rooms themselves are great and no complaints there.
