I am so glad this place is back open. I wasnt thrilled to pay $9 for my daughter to get in however I quickly got over that realizing that being there brought her so much happiness. Also the calzone and pizza are very tasty. I would suggest that you put any loose belongings in your car, bring a pair of non-slip socks, and have pockets to put your car keys away since they have gotten rid of the lockers.
Great place for toddler! Our little one had a great time at this place. Clean and safe!100% Recommend!
Im torn. It is a great place for kids to play and have birthday parties, but COVID19 is rampant, and most of the customers (kids and parents) were not wearing protective masks, and I saw no effort to get them to. Sadly, they had a sign saying they were closing permanently Nov 2nd, 2020.
Real fun place! I played with both my kids in the playground and forgot Im much older than them! Its hurts today but my oh my was I had such a blast!
Excellent customer service ! Very kind and friendly. We had a great time.
There were a few good (better arcade games than were available) machines out of order and some of the ones that were available only looked like they worked but really would just charge you when you would slide your card.. Now I didnt report it to the staff because I was only there for my nephews birthday party and I got a $20 game card so it wasnt my money being wasted. But if it was I mightve seen if they would have done something about it. The little climbing jungle gym set was pretty cool though. I was impressed with it, adults are allowed so I was able to follow the kids and get cool footage for memories. All the kids thought it was cool.
My kids had a blast here! It was very clean and well kept which I know is hard when theres tons of kids running around. The staff was friendly. Food was good. My kids really enjoyed getting to run around and play on all of the jungle gyms or whatever you call them! We loved the arcade, too! Overall, great place to take your children to release some of their energy! Its great for birthday parties as well!
First time going to a place like this and it was amazing. Our 2 year old had an absolute blast. There is a small section for 3 & below if they just arent ready for the big area. However, if your little is like ours and wants to explore the bigger areas there is plenty of space for an adult to follow. The staff was friendly and the pricing was good. Will definitely go again!
This place changed from Going Bonkers to Kids Mania. Great place for kids of different ages to have fun indoor. Separate maze for kids under 3. Arcade games are upstairs. Friendly staff and good customer service. Socks are must for kids as well as for adults accompanying them. They do sell them for a $1, in case if you want it. They serve food as well, but we didn’t try any. Party hall is available it seems, as a birthday party was on, when we visited.Good place to spend couple of hours with your kids.
The kids had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good; The kids meals were a good value. The other food was a little pricey.
Kid Mania in Lewisville is a great place to let the kiddos burn off some energy. We used our Pogo Passes for admission which got us in for free. The facility itself is slightly smaller than the one in Plano but there is still plenty of room lots of kids. The parent room which is enclosed to reduce the noise of the madness could use a little help. Maybe a few more like chairs and a better TV, but it is quiet. I would give it 5 stars however the food is kind of pricy. That said the food is good. We got pizza and it is pretty tasty.
This is the renamed Going Bonkers. Besides the name change, the service has improved and so has the cleaning. The concession prices are still higher than I like, but the children had a good time. Thats what matters.
Very greatly designed indoor play area. The kids can simply enjoy the amazing maze. Our 3 year old kid enjoyed the play area. Parents can enter if required. The entry fee is not time limited which is great.
Overall good place to go and take kids. There is plenty to do. I would assume about 1-2 hours is a good amount of time to spend. Cost is about $7/kid and $1/adult. A family of 4 can spend all day here for under $20. There is also food, drinks, and games available. We came for a birthday party and had a great time. The child security system allows calmness to have to be on your toes all the time about ‘where is my kid’. Just sit back and let kids be kids here.
THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT, FROM THE STAFF TO THE GAMES️ MY KIDS REALLY ENJOYED THEMSELVES. THEY HAVE A SMALL SELECTION FOR THE SMALL KIDS LIKE 4 & UNDER BUT A WIDE RANGE OF ARCADE GAMES FOR 4 & OLDER. I EVEN PLAYED WITH THEM ON SOME OF THE GAMES SO IT WAS AWESOME... ITS VERY SPACIOUS & BOTH OF MY KIDS 2 & 4 ENJOYED THE JUNGLE JIM/MAZE
Its a crazy at this place. My son (5) loves it. Socks required for kids to play. Plenty of obstacles to climb, slide and jump on. Parents have a decent amount of sitting options, benches, chairs... Not outside food or drinks allowed. Bring a bottle of water for your kids. They do have food options, but I didnt try them. Looks like pizza and nachos, among other stuff little ones like.
I attended a birthday party for a four year old here. All the kids had a great time. The employees were very helpful. However, I think they should have gift cards, as this would be a great gift for dinner of the kids I buy presents for.
A nice fun place for kids to play. It can get quite crowded but thats to be expected at a place like this. Its affordable so having multiple kids will not break you. The area for kids 3 and under only is pretty small. However they can still get in the larger areas. A parent may want to go with them though. They do have games that you can pay to play. Great place for a rainy day.
We brought our kids here for our sons 7th birthday, they enjoyed themselves. And made new friends within a blink of an eye, affordable prices and the games were fun.. not to mention the pizza is delicious
The play structure and facility is massive but there were some problems with some of the video games not working properly. Pretty typical food for this type of venue but not bad. And pricing was pretty fair. We will definitely come back at some point. Would give a higher star rating if the video games work properly and the prizes were a little better.
Great place for kids of all ages. Theres a section for under 3 so the littles have a less hectic play area. The larger section is huge and takes kids 5-10 minutes to get in then out if they dont stop to play in any one area. Theres a rope swing, trampoline type sections, lots of slides and obstacles. I have kids from ages 1-15 and ALL of them have a blast the entire time.
Great place for kids to play, toddler area and rides for little ones, big area and arcade for bigger kids, lots of tables to sit at, and there is a giant alarm if anyone tries to leave so your kid is completely safe to run around. They cant leave without you, or with another adult that has a different number than the kids number.
Great place to have your kids run wild while keeping a close eye on them. I love that even the patents can join in the fun. This place also has a private party room and a nice private and quiet place for the adults to enjoy. The arcade upstairs is great love the games. My kids love going here.
Great alternative to the place with the big rat mascot! Kids had a great time and the the staff were all great. There is plenty of parking and they have rooms to rent for birthday parties. If there is any downside, Id say that the big play jungle maze could use some work. There were a few repairs done here and there but they obviously werent done by professionals.Overall though, Id bring the kids back here either for a party or to burn off some energy on a weekend.
A lot of games did not work, the place hd a very bad smell and there were a lot of parents in the kids structures.I can understand that for young toddlers a parent wants to be with him, but I am talking of kids between 7-13 years old and their parents wanted to be with them all the time, no one from the business spoke with them even after other parents complained about this. The food was frozen and felt old.Definitely there are much better places.
It was simply outdated and way too expensive for what was available. The only reason they received two stars is because my 6 year old liked it. The decor was so old it was unreal and the ceiling was falling apart. My son had dust and other peoples hair in his head because of the lack of cleanliness. Worst kid play place Ive visited in a long time. It was so boring, and there were no kids playing any of the arcade games upstairs as a play card was required, why I dont know. It cost 8.99 per child and 1.00 for adults, even though I wasnt playing. The only thing free was my infants admission. The food was overly priced, especially the drinks. 2.00 for a small styrofoam cup of soda with .50 refills. The food charge and admission is the only thing keeping this place open.
As a parent who has always thrown their own parties, this place was absolutely amazing. All we had to do was pay and they handled EVERYTHING. All of the kids had an amazing time and even the adults too. Definitely worth more than 5 stars.
Super cheap for me and my family! Daughter had a blast and the toddler area was easily set aside! Place could have been a bit better taken care of but you get what you pay for
Crazy, loud, fun and exciting. All in all I would take my boy here any time and recommend to all. Hugh fun play ground like McDonalds and lots of games.
We recently had a birthday party for my grandson the place was nice and clean and the staff was very attentive they were reasonably priced there were plenty of games for the kids to play closest giant playground inside and I have to say the pizza was very good also the only bad thing I could say about the place is that the individual party rooms score on the small side there was 11 adults and 7 kids and we barely can move around inside of the room besides that I give it a thumbs up
I think I may like Kids Mania more then a trampoline park. Kids can run around and play and be entertained for hours. Alarms go off if you try to leave. They check your number with the kids number. They have ride games that are a little annoying to explain to your littles we are not paying for them but they never got onto my kids for pretending. We had a good first experience and will definitely be back.
My kids love this place. Its neatly maintained n staff if very friendly.
Amazing place to take your kids. Very cheap to get in, has restaurant, video games and some amazing play areas that span the whole location. Great fun for kids of all ages including toddlers. Make sure you bring socks or youll have to buy him when you get there and be prepared to have fun :-)
We has a blast! I dont know what people are talking about. The place seemed really clean. The food was good for the type of place it is. We spent half the day here.
My daugters loved this place. Took them and they had such a blast went home and slept. It was such a great experience the staff are friendly and just wonderful to talk to. Keep up the great work.
My daughter had a great time here! Spent 2 hours playing and climbing all over the place. Really enjoyed all the space and games. We went on a Saturday around noon and it wasnt crazy yet.
This place is super reasonable to get in & great arcade prizes and a huge climbing structure. My super active 2 year old is a mega fan. This is the best on a super hot Texas summer day.
This place is pretty fun for the parents and kids, depending on your objective. I enjoy getting in and crawling around with my son so it works good for me and him. If they get bored of the play area there is always the arcade section too. Here you can win tickets and trade in for prizes. We have been twice and reccomend for the kids.
Great place to let the kids use up all their energy!!!
Fun place for kids but VERY UNSAFE. Im not sure how often an employee actually crawls through the play area and inspect it but the entire playground floor is made from webbed nylon and there are many places where the stitches have came loose and the nylon can be separated, revealing some rather large holes where a kid could potentially fall through. One bridge in particular that goes over the entrance is 12-15ft high and is in TERRIBLE condition. If a kid was to fall through he/she would fall 12/15ft to the concrete floor beneath. I made staff aware several times and all the lady said was the manager would take care of it. The whole time I was there they NEVER closed it off or anything, kids just kept running across and I was waiting for the worst. I dont see how there is anyway they wouldnt have noticed that bridges condition if they actually inspected the playground everyday. I dont believe the staff ever inspects the play area and if they say they do then they simply just do not care. Im just glad no kid has fallen through yet or gotten hurt because of it. Anything involving kids needs to be held to a very high safety standard and I do not believe if a inspector went through the play area that they would continue to stay open. I do have pictures, if I can figure out how to post them I will attach them to this review.
I have a 21 month old and so as long as you are willing to climb crawl and have some fun with your kid this place is awesome. 3.49$ for her and 1$ for me, air conditioning. Whats not to like. We had a blast and she is now crashed out napping away.
Traveling with 3 kids was mentally exhausting. This place was full of kids, sweating and screaming while navigating through this huge obstacle course. Great for a play date or birthday party. The highlight....The Parent Zone ( no kids allowed).
Nice indoor play area for kids in various ages. Quite spacious place that has 2 separate play-gym setups based on the age. Rooms available for parties and food available for purchase (no outside food and drinks are allowed). The bathroom is okay and could be improved as the cleanliness was somewhat more questionable than other kids places and they dont have step stools for the kids to use to wash hands.According to the staff you can return to the place within an hour of your departure and you should have the valid stamp that they give you upon your initial entrance.
Awesome place for kids and parents can join them or sit back and watch tv eating pizza. Pictures say everything.
We took our kids here for our sons birthday party and I have to say, I like this place. From the food, to the games, and the play area the kids had fun at, I believe it is worth the $8.95 per child price. We will be coming back on the next birthday.
Pretty neat fun place to let the kids go wild....birthday parties for age 2-12Great chicken quesadillas.
Fun place for kids! We love it here always. It’s bit crowded most of the time if not everything else looks great
This place is a tremendous value for the price. They even have an isolated area for kids under 3. If your child isnt walking yet, they may not have as fun. There is one slide in the 3 and under area and 3+ in the area for older kids.Im 23 and Id be lying if I said I didnt scream doing the zipline.
We visited (Monday mid-day/early afternoon) with our 11 year old and her best friend (who is also 11 years old). Lots of kids but not crowded. When we lived in the area, we were here quite often, especially on those 100 plus degree days. Safety: the adult(s) and the kid(s) are stamped. Your stamps must all match for the adult to leave with kids, even for regulars. Fun: kids can climb and crawl to their hearts content. All who want to climb/crawl MUST Bring Socks to play. There is a snack bar with concession stand type food and drinks. There is also an upstairs area, with additional seating, that includes an arcade/game area (games to be used with a re-loadable card that can be purchased at the front counter). Upstairs there is also a window enclosed room for parents only (for those seeking a quieter environment). Its easy to see kids playing from almost every section of seating. Inexpensive, safe and fun.
Staff is friendly and the place is not as crowded on weekdays so your kids can have more room to play. The pizza and wings are not bad either.
Great place! Price is amazing for admission ($9/2 adults and a 5 year old) and food is great at a great price! Definitely going again.
One of the best kid places in DFW for kids. The play structure is ginormous, and it is very clean and very safe. The food is all so delicious and the employees are friendly and helpful. We will come again
HUGE climbing structure for the kids to explore. So big that they could have a couple of adults posted in the structure just in case something happens. Lots of seating for adults to relax and eat a bite. Kids party went well. Looked like the host helpers were working hard.
A giant jungle gym place with an upstairs arcade, dining food area, and entrance fee is SUPER cheap! My kid has SO much fun here.
Its an amazing place to have fun with family and gets everything you need
We came on a rainy weekday night to blow some steam off. Price to get in wasnt to bad but kinda expected more than just the large playground. Its BIG and parents are encouraged to get in it but for 7 bucks a kid, and they were done in half an hour since there werent a lot of people. But, we still had the arcade and the allure of tickets and prizes! They had a special of put $20 on a card and get $10 more. The games are a little pricey with some games being a dollar a swipe but there are some very good payouts on tickets. Unless..... over 75% of the games didnt work, were missing balls, pucks, werent reading cards, or werent putting tickets on your card. The machines that took coins were all jammed up and after spending a good 15 to 20 minutes of time getting an employee to come refund our money or take care of tickets we finally gave up. After spending 45 minutes in the arcade we still have $25.25 left on our card. Their tech to work on the games had been off a few days and so they didnt have anyone to fix them. We only had a couple of hours and this isnt really how I wanted to spend them.... chasing employees down and upset kids. The staff was incredibly good and very apologetic but I still have to pay 16 bucks if I want to go back in there to use the money on my card.... ugh.
Im honestly not sure if I should give Kid Mania five stars because my kids had so much fun there. The only issue is how busy it gets on the weekend. It was so packed that I lost track of my kids several times. Admission prices are fair, and theres a lot of equipment for kids to climb on and in. I wish they capped entry when they got to a smaller capacity because it was literally elbow to elbow for the parents.
Fun place for the kids. But the prices go up every time I come here. Disappointing.
Great service, playgrounds are fun, awesome prices, and the bathrooms were spotless loved seeing the smile on my kids faces.
This place is excellent for kids and it is within a good price range especially big you have a large family. The net Castle is massive and is perfect for adventurous kids. Parents be warned: If you follow your kids in watch your head, knees, and fingers.
I love bringing my kids here and letting them run free they raised the prices but $20 for 2 kids and an adult with unlimited time is ok with me!
Kids loved it. You pay an entry fee, but otherwise the games are mostly only 25 cents (rides mostly 50 cents). The play structure kept my 6 year old son occupied for over an hour (my 2 year old daughter only lasted about 20 minutes in it, but she was well entertained the rest of the time with the games /rides). Food is not great, but not too bad if kids get hungry.
Place is amazing, they have lots of things for kids to do. They have a huge playground area, for kids of all ages, think there was a sign posted on the wall that said ages 1-100. So the adults could climb too.Took our 4yr old son, and he had a blast, Arcade is upstairs, and most of the games give out tickets that are put on a card electronically. You can add money to the card too so when you find a game you want to play all you do is swipe the card instead of trying to keep up with 100tokens.
Like the huge play area. The games can be better and the party rooms.
Great family fun and a little different than Chucky Cheese. They have a room for parents to relax, use Wifi, or have a chair massage. And they have great games, food and entertainment for kids of all ages. Very safe and secure facility too.
This place is really cool! Cant believe we have never been here before! Everything is reasonably priced. Hard to beat with a family of 4.
Great place to let the kids run wild. My problem was I was upstairs in the adult lounge, which has a wall of windows so you can watch your kids, and I fell right to sleep in the comfortable chair!!! Cant go wrong in going there!
Great prices
We visited last year and had a great time but unfortunately this time wasnt as pleasant. Half of the games did not work which I wish the staff informed me before purchasing a card. Oh and one game upstairs deducted $$ from my card but didnt work. The bathroom was not clean. On weekends it should be a sole person covering the bathrooms due to the heavy traffic. Other than that we experienced no other issues.
Good place. Helpful staff. Special kudoz to Miranda! Two stories.Upstairs, they have a quiet separate area for adults to sit down and relax and it overlooks pretty much the whole downstairs area as well as most of the upstairs area, so it is strategically located. So one can see his or her kiddo from there.
Great place for kids activities. The only thing I didnt like was seeing some kids climbing up back-ward on slides, etc... no one tried to stop them including their parents. I pulled my little brother out of there to avoid injury.
Its good for all the ages above 4, not for below 4.
Busy, but its a Saturday. The pizza and cheese sticks were good.Kids had a blast.
Lots of room in the tall structure for kids to climb and run around. Decent food and arcade area upstairs.
Very clean, in good shape, I live how easy everything is to see from the seats, great place to let kids run around while you enjoy a peaceful moment to yourself, or with Mom friends. Get to 2 free admissions to each location with the Pogo pass!
I wish there was a 4.5 stars that I could put. My daughter and I both love this place too much for 4 stars. We go probably 3 or 4 times a week (It helps her to burn all her leftover energy at the end of the day) and well spend a couple hours here. Theres always someone for her to play with. It started getting a little pricey since we were coming so often, so I decided to get her the 3 month unlimited pass, and that was the best decision I ever made. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Weve even decided to have her party here when it comes, and they have been a big help with getting that set up. I had accidentally booked online for the wrong time, but when I called, the lady I spoke to had no issue whatsoever with changing the time for me. Food is edible and pretty similar to concession stand food at a football game, but we dont come here for food. I like that Im able to sit down at the table and be able to find my daughter wherever she is, as long as she doesnt go upstairs to the arcade area. When I was going through the reviews for this place, I noticed that management was responding appropriately to the concerns that were mentioned, and I like that. Now for the reason I am having trouble with putting this at 5 stars. My daughter and I often come here after dark, especially this time of year, and when we go to leave, theres hardly anybody else outside. The parking lot is extremely dark, even though there are lights on the building and on the far end of the parking lot. I feel uncomfortable and unsafe when were walking to my car and Im putting her in her car seat. It would be really awesome if management/ownership could figure out a way to put more lights up. Thats the only problem I have with this place. Everything else is really awesome.
My kids love this place. Very entertaining for them. But it smells terrible. I dont think the carpet ever gets cleaned!! Makes me not want to eat....
Dirty. Packed. Expensive. Its fine if you have older kids, but not good for younger ones. The big kids go in and trample the babies in the little kid section. Staff doesnt care and wont say anything. Theyre too busy not having enough help. Place is a nightmare
Great fun. Food too expensive. But its delicious
Fun place for the kids. Food was a bit salty
Me and my toddler visited a few months ago and it was ok. Kind of a boring atmosphere. We did come later in the evening so that could be the reason for that. Alot of the games did not work which was disappointing. You have to pay to get in and then you also have to pay for points to play the games? Not cool. The prizes were also ok. I dont think id go back.
Kids seemed to have great time climbing and playing. One of the rides and some of the games didn’t work. I also don’t feel that it’s very hygienic for a member of staff to be sat on the food counter!
We really like bringing our kids here. HUGE play, climbing area that is fun for both our older son as well as our toddler. Seemed to be pretty clean. The rides come unplugged a lot and I had to find the cord and plug them back in before the kids could ride, a little annoying but not a big deal. We used our POGO pass to come twice and would recommend it for others to beat the heat during the hot summer days!
Kids like it. Very cheap.
The tokens to $ amount is kinda low for the types of games they have but other than that most machines were nice and working and the jungle gym was huge
My daughter loved the mechanical bull. Made a couple of new friends while playing.
My childs second home. So much fun!
Had a good time with my granddaughter. The adults can even climb around on some of the stuff.
We LOVE it here! My very active 2 year old will stay here for hours on end! One time we came there were a good 60 kids but it still didnt feel crowded. I will come back many times!
My kids love it here. Workers are very nice and helping here. You can tell some of the machines/games are older but they still work very well. There are age appropriate activities for all kids. Customer service is AMAZING here!
Decent spot. My 5 great old had a great time exploring and running through the playground. Low entry price makes it decent. Not all games were working on the second floor. Probably 10+ were down on my visit. The cool part is you can chase your littles through the playground but also can sit and watch them easy enough since most of it is elevated. Not a bad option when its cold and rainy and your kids need to lose some energy.
Soundproofed parents retreat with cozy wingback chairs and a birds eye view of every area of the play structure. FREAKING. GENIUS. Prices at the snack bar cost them a 1-star rating reduction, though.
