I went with a group of 3 of my friends, Today on November 27th 2020. We did Interrogation room. The game Masters were Sam, and Brianna, one in training. Both were absolutely sweet and amazing. The room was very fun and amazing atmosphere in the building in general! I would recommend this place to any other fanatics like us! There was even a moment where I got shocked and had to calm down because of something in the room, and the game masters were kind enough to pause our time for me to recover. That was beyond kind and I appreciated those workers very much for that.

The entire game experience didn’t feel smooth. At the end of the game all I remember was trying codes to open locks. Wish the strategies were more well defined. Not the best escape room I’ve been too. Good staff!

We visited the Lewisville location today at 6pm for a date night with friends. We were about 10 mins late due to traffic picking up (which i called ahead to let them know). Our group did the Nuclear Shuttle room. The girl didnt explain things suuuper well, but we figured eh weve done Escape Rooms before, no big deal boy was that wrong. Wed asked for hints throughout the game, and she didnt explain the hints very well either, and it kinda confused us even more at times. We ended up not making it out, but since she was training a new employee, she walked us through the rest of the room and at least showed us how to finish, which was cool...without giving too much info away, when my friend pointed out where hed gotten one of the clues from, she very condescendingly goes well um ACTUALLY that clue wouldve been from the ____ bc thats kinda not how clocks work? if it was (time) then it wouldve been pointing here and here she had explained some things pretty condescendingly before, but that was one of the MOST condescending ones. in my friends defense, where the hands were pointing at the time, did, in fact, say the time that he mentioned. regardless, thats how we got the clue and were able to move on. when she was leading us back out into the lobby and motioning for where she needed us to stand so that that other group could go in, she waved us over like a line of kindergarteners and kinda had that look on her face that youd give kids who werent listening, when we hadnt even had a chance to start walking over yet. i feel so bad for the trainee and hopefully shell do a better job on her own!! overall, it wasnt the WORST experience, but it definitely wasnt the BEST...next time, well just spend the extra to go back to Red Door in Grapevine so we dont have to be talked down to like children, plus theyre closer anyway

Went in for a triple date night with our great friends. Brianna was our game master and was amazing! We escaped and solved the extra puzzle. It was a greatly needed break from our kids! :) She deserves a RAISE!We look forward to coming back.

Really enjoyed my experience at this location. My team and I tried out the Nuclear Shuttle puzzle and had a lot of fun with it. Great variety of puzzles and Brianna was very helpful setting us up and getting us to the end when we needed it. Definitely want to return.

We had a group of 6 adults. Half of us were not very experienced with escape rooms. Hannah was amazing at walking us through it. We had such a great time. The room was difficult, but we did it! I would definitely come back.

My family & I had an awesome time. Although we shared our 1st time experience with an experienced family, the game was so well put together that nothing was taken away from the great experience we had. We are definitely looking forward to going back & trying another room soon. And our game master Andrea was awesome in helping us make it to the 3rd room. Although we didnt win we found all the clues. We just left this location very disappointed. I have been to multiple escape rooms and this one was by far the worst i’ve ever seen. My last escape room was way better with way more direction and the room was much nicer. We had to find all of the clues in one room in order to get to the next room. This one was WAY too difficult and we had so many codes and no direction whatsoever. Our Game Master was also very bad. We spent 20 minutes looking for a piece that was never even in the room. She came in to give it to us after we had spent so much time searching for it. I love escape rooms but this one was just very poorly done. I think we deserve a refund. We payed a lot of money for this and it was completely impossible.

This place was great! The game was very well put together and thought provoking. Definitely a challenge. Our game master, Nick, was awesome throughout the whole experience and added to the fun.

A group of co-workers and I had gone to this location for the first time and everything ran smoothly as our host, Cat, was quite helpful! We had loads of fun and I will definitely be coming back here again.

My family of 4 had a bit of fun time at this location, BUT there were issues that not only wasted valuable time, but game items were poorly constructed. Upon entering the room, our game master noticed a clue was already exposed. She asked us to leave the room so she could reset it. At one point during the game, we spent nearly 10 minutes on a particular activity only to be told (via walkie talkie) that it was already tripped by falling open when we reentered the room and shut the door. At the conclusion, the game master stated that particular room has a 23% success rate. With that kind of success rate and condition of the room, we were set up to fail from the beginning. I would suggest that room be maintenanced before wasting another customers money. Had I realized the difficulty level of the room, I would have chosen something different. This was our first and last time at this location.

Have done several rooms here. They have so far all been well done and fun. GMs can make or break the experience here. Brittany did a fantastic job. Providing just the correct amount of help for my group (we are very experienced so we prefer vague help, if that makes sense). She also had a sense of humor about everything that was just the cherry on top of a great experience.

Awesome escape room location. Ive done several local escape rooms and this by far had the coolest twists and challenges. We had a group of 6 and almost made it out in time. Definitely would recommend if you want a fun interactive activity with friends/family.

Escape Room HQ Lewisville is definitely worth a visit. They did an amazing job hosting our group of thirty two people. They welcomed us with open arms and made the reservation process pain free. Ive been to many Escape Rooms over the past few years and this one has been the best so far. The employees were very friendly, active and informative. So this was my first time doing one of these escape rooms. The staff were very friendly and respectful. The only complaint I had (and it is not the staffs/companys fault which is why I am still giving then 5-stars) I wish my girlfriend and I had done a private game or brought some of our friends along. They family we were with, which were very nice people, had 2 little kids who were constantly asking for clues which kind of took the challenge away. Other than that I will definitely be coming back in the future and this time I will be better prepared as to what to expect

Andrea is the BEST hostess EVER! She is the gold standard by which all employees should be gauged. She makes every adventure the absolute best. You have to request her when you book your time slot. Hopefully the manager does what ever it takes to keep her at this location so we can keep having the best experience ever!

This escape room was fantastic. You really will enjoy trying this place out. We chose the integration room which was phenomenal in terms of using logic and observations to escape. The staff was really excited and super fun.

Alyssa was our escape room coordinator. Our adventure was code backslash. It was very challenging. I like that there are two different ways to play the game. You can either play with 3 Clues and compete with other teams for time, or you can have as many clues you want to solve the challenge. It was fun and challenging, which is the ultimate goal; isnt it?

It was a lot of fun. We tried the hardest room and we did pretty good up until the very end. I definitely recommend this to a small group of people looking to challenge themselves intellectually.

As a family, we love escape rooms and love introducing new people to escape rooms. We have been to this location a couple of times and both times, it was just okay.The last time we went, we had new people with us and they had the opportunity to experience broken locks, misplaced clues, a disorganized room, and a mocking attitude from the Puzzle Master. Thats unfortunate, as word-of-mouth is the best advertising for these business types.I expressed our frustrations with the employee, but they were uninterested in apologizing for or even acknowledging the obvious downfalls. Their only concern was getting us out so they could close the doors that evening.After looking over the past reviews for Escape Rooms HQ Lewisville, it seems they are more interested in excuses than properly set rooms with working equipment and ensuring their guests have a good experience.As avid escape room enthusiast, we will continue to enjoy this entertainment medium - just not with this company.

Our girls had a blast. We had a private event for our 13 year olds Birthday. They did the Observation one (supposedly the hardest one). They didnt make it out but they had a blast trying. Their host, Victoria, was great!

Bought a Groupon for $61.50 after a 25% discount code. When I went to use the Groupon they charged me TEN PERCENT TAX! First local deal Ive ever had to pay tax on, the tax rate is NOT 10%.Emailed the company, and they said their Groupon is $84 and thats what they tax on. I paid $61.50 because nobody ever pays full price for a Groupon.... they spew out coupon codes daily. I sent my receipt that shows I paid $61.50. Im sure there are some fines and penalties for overtaxation and was just trying to point out the math error in their reservation system. Next time Ill just let someone else turn them in instead of pointing out a glitch.1 star for bad math and them not caring. 8.25% sales tax on $61.50 is not $6.93. Go back to school.Buy a Groupon from a different escape company because this one has some shady practices.

So much fun! My family and I enjoyed the scenario. It was our first time in an escape room and we had a blast. Just the right level of challenging without being too frustrating.

More interactive than the other escape rooms Ive done. Instead of just opening locks theres a bunch of things you have to do with weighted sensors that opens hidden compartments. Very cool.

Best one I have been to so far. U get a choice with or without help. With a group of teenagers the help was great. We will be back!

This is about the fifth escape room our group has done. This was my favorite by far. We did the Back/Slash room. I wont give any spoilers, but the puzzles had more variety and quality. They also have a bonus puzzle that if you solve it, that person gets a free pass.They also have non-alcoholic beverages, shirts, UV flashlights, and hats for sale.

This was our first time doing an escape room with extended family. So we did adults versus kids. Most of the kids had already done it at least once. Most adults except had never done it before this occasion. Ironically, the adults were given the most difficult room, and we beat the kids by about 15 mins. This was a lot of fun and definitely requires teamwork! I highly recommend the Escape Rooms HQ in Lewisville. Friendly staff who helped us understand what we were doing.

I played Code Back Slash with a few friends and I LOVED it! This was my first time ever participating in an “escape” type of game and the technology aspect was so intriguing to me. I enjoyed every mind puzzle there was and my game master, Alyssa, was absolutely AMAZING!!!

Just did an escape room with my family, and it was SUPER COOL. Some of the coolest clues Ive seen in an escape room. The staff is super friendly and helpful and are there to reassure you youre going in the right direction without giving you the answers. We are definitely coming back for another!

Having been to an escape room facility before, I found this one all right. It was entertaining, our quest was hard, but we made it! The down side is, it was incredibly cold, and things kept breaking, forcing staff to come in and fix things like dead batteries.

What a fun Escape Room to check out! I got invited to Escape Rooms HQ when they first opened up and got to play Nuclear Shuttle and CSI Crime Scene. They were so well-designed, it left me wanting more!! So needless to say, I was definitely back shortly after that to go through O-Dark 30 and Code Back/Slash. Again, well designed themes that pushes past the boundary of the average escape room with just locks and puzzles. Each game is filled with surprises and technological parts of the game that I wouldnt have otherwise expected.When you walk-in, theres a Game Master there to greet you to make sure youre at the right place and the right time. Then youre shown a brief video for the dos and donts of their rooms, then the Game Master explains the specifics such as how to ask for clues. Thats nice to have because every business does their clue system a little differently.At the end of the game if you lose, the Game Master comes in and explains what all you had left to go through. That was a nice touch I wasnt expecting either! Most places just escort you out while saying Better luck next time!The staff at Escape Rooms HQ really help with the overall experience as every game, I had a dedicated game master that knew exactly what clue to give when I radioed them for help. Its a good feeling to have that one person you see from the moment you walk in being the same person when youre leaving.O-Dark and CSI Crime Scene are gone, but they were replaced by the two new rooms of Observation and Interrogation. Definitely worth the visit! Ive now played every single one of their adventures between both Lewisville and Las Colinas, and I hope to see some new rooms again soon!

Tried the Nuclear Shuttle with a group of four; had an okay time, but multiple puzzles were broken and really detracted from the experience. The design of the puzzles and room as a whole was good, its just a shame the room hasnt been maintained.

Went with a Groupon. Did the Nuclear Shuttle mission. Much more difficult than Id anticipated! Our whole group had fun. Challenging puzzles, NOT obvious clues, and down to the wire enjoyment! We did solve it, but barely and with helpful nudging from our game master, Kimberly. We will go again.

This was a lot of fun. It was our first time doing an escape room and Rachel was an amazing game master. She allowed us to run in circles enough to really put the pressure on, while still assisting when we were stuck. I would highly recommend trying this out.

It was just okay. Not really sure what I was expecting but it definitely wasn’t this. Rooms were super small and space a little dated compared to other escape rooms. Great for first timers.
