Great Spot for Family! Only Complaint dont get Bands if there are more 6 people per laneWe never Finished a game because the games are on a timer. So the only benefit to the band is unlimited play. But what good is it if you cant finish a game

Fun place for the whole family, no matter the age of your kids. Bowling, arcades, mini golf, pool tables, laser tag, theres something here for everyone. Food is typical pub style. Staff was great, nice, helpful, and available for anything we needed

Kinda older with some things not working and the mini golf having some parts broken but still fun.

I would say based on our last experience Main Event would get a 3/5 from my husband and I. This rating is based on just the arcade experience alone as we did not purchase bowling or billiards. We would say at least 40%-45% of the games were broken/out of order. Staff was a 5/5 though. Great service.

We are here 9/11/2020 at 2pm so that way main event knows the two server ladies working. We have been here for 30 minutes an neither of the server ladies came and asked us if we would like to order anything. All they did was sit at the front desk. One was sitting literally on the desk. Another couple came in. Was seated in the booth by the bar and no one came back to them. They ended up leaving. We finished what we was doing and left with no food or dint. Big disappointment. We will look for other venues who values their customers.

Went down there for a very small birthday gathering. Got read our Miranda rights before walking in about keeping a safe distance and wearing masks yet so many customers were NOT wearing masks and NO ONE to enforce it. NO safe distancing between pool players or bowlers. This was our first public outing besides work and this was uncomfortable to say the least.Then, we were told we needed to relinquish our bowling lane and get on a waiting list, TO BOWL AGAIN! What??!This was my first time here.Still divided about returning.

Great place to visit when its not super busy. We came during the week, and theres hardly anyone here. Very expensive but you get what you pay for. I dont agree with a set pricing for each activity, for example, $8 for all you can play laser tag, its very unlikely I want to do that more than 2, 3 times. Better pricing system would be a set price for 1 round of each activity, so we can try them all out. :)

Celebrated grandsons 5th bday here..first time being here and it was FANTASTIC..the crew was very helpful and genuinely friendly..SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO.. BRITTANY..she made the experience very fun and hassle free..will be back for ADULT time

Fun place but over priced, especially for bowling, almost $5 more just to rent shoes. Disappointing

Employees were super nice and cool. 19.99 to do almost everything as many times as you like is also a great deal. (Thats not including the arcade games lol) and they took extra steps and precaution due to Covid which was also very reassuring, seeing as they are doing their absolute best during a pandemic.

Me and family went on a Sunday around 11 and social distance was practiced. Around 12:30 more people came and choose to not wear mask or practice social distance. Bathrooms are clean and gloves are provided when playing mini golf! You can choose to have food at the bowling tables or the dinner tables. Menu has been limited! Big problem was trying to exit building around 1 do to people checking in. Overall it was ok.

My 19th birthday was on feburary 1st 2020 and the day after that on feburary 2nd 2020 I went to main event in Lewisville Texas with my mom,her boyfriend,my little brother and sister, and my old friend/roommate chris laferrara! And everything up here was a blast but the best part was the laser tag! Plus Im thinking about going over here again for my 20th birthday in February of 2021! With some friends and family members! That is if this covid-19 nonsense calms down by then!

Not too crowded Friday nite with kids. They had fun, parents too... good food! Kids love the laser tag. Mommy loves the golf. Daddy fell in love with the chicken wings!

This is one of our favorite places to visit in Lewsiville for family night, there’s so much to do and they offer great deals. You can go bowling, play arcade games, enjoy some laser tag, eat some great food and even have a drink at the bar. It’s easy to spend hours here, make sure you check the website as it’s updated frequently with offers. I am looking forward to the day it reopens so I can take my family here for a fun night out.

With COVID-19 going on, I was initially concerned with taking my children anywhere - especially a place of amusement.However, we visited Sun Aug 2 and I sincerely appreciated the safety measures implemented for both the guest and employees.Furthermore, the management is exceptional. Adrian -the GM is very personable and its evident that she values her customers. Her staff is also extraordinary which is why we decided to also host our daughters 16th B-Day Celebration here the next following Sun (Aug 9)!Shout out to Kisha, KiAmber, and Roxy for being exceptional waitstaff.. Family gathers here several times throughout the year. We keep coming back because of the great customer service, the food, the price and the fun for everyone. I highly recommend this place for your next family Gathering.

Hubby & I went for our Friday Lunch date. It was an awesome change from just sitting in a restaurant eating food. The Food & Fun combo is a GREAT deal! You get an entree and a game card at a highly reduced price. The more you choose to get on your game card, the cheaper your entree becomes. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food. Hubby was very reluctant to get a sirloin at an arcade restaurant, however the steak was perfectly cooked & my bacon cheddar burger was so delicious & juicy. This will definitely be something we do more often.

Kids had a blast... bowling.. laser tag.. miniature golf and video games.

I was there during special Olympics with my family, a manager named Tony went beyond expectations with my family. He explained to us that his sister was also challenged and how dear this as to his heart. He proved it by giving high fives to so many wonderful athletes. We went to bowl and have lunch on July third. These people expect you to wear a mask while trying to eat and drink. Do not waste your time until this whole covid thing is over.

The Main Event deserves a whole bunch of stars! Stellar customer service, good drinks and lots of fun. We had so much fun the manager came up to us as we were leaving to ask who won our bowling match... it was date night and the men vs. the women. He had us hyped up! We will definitely be back soon!

Fun entertainment with a decent price. I really think they need to run more specials especially around the holidays to make things more affordable and bring in more traffic. The laser tag set up is not the best of the main events that are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. If youre looking for a good laser tag set up, go to Grapevine

Nuvia was amazing with our 10 people group. She was very attentive and handle our order very professional. When we come back we would like to have her as our attendant. She was super sweet, professional, nice, happy, and attentive. Also, the 3 Puerto Rican brothers were really nice!!!!We will be come back. We just had my daughters birthday party here Saturday. Everyone had a blast! Food was really good and prepared well. Staff and services great too. A definite place to have a fun and easy flow party. Staffers even went all out dance with the kids to celebrate!!

I have never been to a bowling place that charges per hour. We only had one round left and our hour ended. I have always gone to places that have charged per game. That is the way it should be, in my opinion...but anything for that extra buck..and it was so outrageously priced for an hour. I cant wait for the new Labyrinth and Airborne to open up. That looks like it will be way more worth the money.

I’ve been coming here for years and I plan to continue doing so if I’m still living in this area. From Bowling to billiards, lunar golf, laser tag, shuffle board, lots of arcades and games to choose from, and mini bars, they have everything one person or an entire family would need for a great time! The staff is friendly and helpful, I’ve never had a problem with any of them. This specific location most definitely deserves a 5 star review hands down. It’s always fun to be a kid again

I haven’t been to this place since before they changed their logo, and what can I say?It visually looks very appealing and even with limited exposure due to COVID it was a very fun time here.

Negative stars are not possible. The experience was 100% terrible and I will never return to this location even if everything was free.We waited over an hour for our dinner which came one order at a time for 4 people. The first order the hamburger was undercooked with overcooked fries, order two was incorrect 3 times and when the correct order came we were over it. I was given the incorrect order due to the runner having no table numbers....a few minutes later my order came Via our server Cameron (who was great). Finally my husband wings came dead last when it was time for us to begin bowling.We were able to finally get ahold of a Manager by the name of Ricardo who went above and beyond to correct all the issues going on,and we were clearly not the only guests having a terrible experience.I have never heard of a restaurant where a server can check on their orders.....well now I have found one. The kitchen manager is horrible and does not check every order to ensure it is correct, and took no accountability and just blew of the floor manager. When we asked for the GM of course not available.Very disappointing evening! Never coming back....

We had an impromptu surprise birthday party for my 20 year old granddaughter and Main Event was very accommodating to our group of what we thought would be 15 people, but ended up at 24 people, even though we did not have reservations. It was a very successful event!! The pizza, wings, quesadillas, and even the donut holes were great and the service was good too!!

Upscale place for kids and adults. Full bar. Food. Bowling, pool, video games, VR games, laser tag, air hockey, shuffle board, etc.... I attended a special event where my company rented out the whole place. The catered food was hot and fresh. The staff was very helpful. I recommend for a large catered event, small family fun, or a light hearted adult night out.

This is a relatively smaller Main Event compared to the others in the Metroplex. The staff is friendly for the most part, and everything is clean.The reason I took two stars off was because of the painfully slow food service. We we the only two in the entire bar area and it took almost an hour to receive two burgers & fries.The miniature golf area is also pretty dated and could use some serious tending to.

Awesome place. We got the $20 unlimited play on a Sunday. We got there right after it opened and there was literally no one else there but staff. It was unlimited bowling, lazer tag, and mini golf. My family and I were the only 5 in the lazer tag arena as well as the mini golf. Bowling was awesome the shoes were clean, wide selection of bowling balls, nice lanes, plenty of TVs with sports on. The billiards area was really nice, there is a bar and they serve food to you in the lanes. Love this place. I would recommend going as early as possible to avoid crowding. We went at 11am and left around 2pm and it was just starting to get crowded as we were leaving.

We always have fun here! Laser tag is the best. Wish it went a bit longer! Bowling is great and even the mini golf is fun with all the glowing balls and paint. Their arcade games are really fun but man they are expensive. Worth it to stay cool and spend 3 or 4 hours with your kids.

Every time I visit I’m greeted with impeccable customer service and have a wonderful time. Wednesday was my third time visiting, there was an issue with lanes 19-20 but I’m sure they’re getting it resolved bc they’re great. Came to play putt putt indoors with the family on a rainy day, the golf is cosmic with black lights and in several rooms, adds a a different element you cant see the bumps and humps, family had fun and the course was entertaining, better yet the bar was nice to hang out in and let the kids play games...

This place is fun, great games, good food, good beer, good atmosphere. Beautiful woman are usually around so the scenery is very nice and the children have a blast playing their favorite games. I really like bowling and the rope walk. Last time I was there was for my sons birthday party, it was great, we had our own section, football was on, everyone had a great time! Ill be back many more times in the future.

This location handles my company events every two weeks. They treat us with respect and make the booking process so easy. Both Mena and Mariah are quick to respond and are always willing to help. These ladies are fantastic and it is an absolute joy to work side by side with them to provide the fun events that I schedule for my company.

Worst experience EVER! This is the fourth time that I’ve gone and have had the worst service with games/tickets/etc. The only reason I went back was because it was my nieces birthday party. I even told my sister not to do it there because of the sub par service, danger to kids (on their cash in coin/card machine that has LIVE WIRES and could kill a child) and they don’t seem to care. All they care about is all the money they can get from you. You’re better off going to a bowling alley and buying your kids the toys at the store. I will not be back!

If you care about having a good time, safety for your children and not spending 3 hours trying to get their games/ticket cash out to work Then this is not the place to go. This establishment is fun. A little on the pricey side when it comes to arcade games and food. The food does take awhile to come out, but when it does it is hot. (Thats a good thing). The place is fun, the atmosphere is inviting. The staff . . . Could be more inviting or friendly I guess. They never acknowledged any one in our party except our server when it was time for food but thats probably because its her job. There is something for the whole family. Bowling, laser tag, arcade gamea, photo booths, billards, and great food.Overall this visit was great. We go here often and will return.

We had a great time..friendly staff

Many of the bowling lanes are inaccurate. We even moved lanes because ours would only count 9 pins max. Then our new lane would randomly count a gutter ball as 1 point or a strike as 9. Service at the lanes was pretty slow too. We would order new drinks as soon as a round got delivered and still ran out and had to wait for the next round.

Fun, but wanted to play pool and they dont have a good system for taking turns with the tables, so the same people hogged them for the six hours I was there.

First time going here and had a great time. We did bowling for an hour and then spent way to much money in the arcade...but we had fun! The prices for bowling were steep, but we got an end land and have privacy and comfort which I loved.

I love taking my kids here. Great place for kids and adults to enjoy themselves. I took my daughter there for her birthday and she had a great time! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the better options for a 100oz tube of beer, $28 for Dos Equis lager. Went with a friend with kids and after most of the night, it was a great place. It is expensive, it is clean, but it does get busy. So, be prepared to get to play for an hour then get back in line. I would say that you should go early and sign up for the all you can play options. Get at least 4 or so hours out of the deal and it can be worth it for adults. They play the games but not the sound.

I had a ball on a Monday night Main Event was open and not overly crowded. I think I only paid $8 for an unlimited amount of bowling games. The score boards were so cute, I took 3 silly pictures and after my turn there were little cartoons with my face on them. Adorable!!

You are likely looking at this review not because you do not know what to expect from a Main Event but rather how this particular Main Event is. Well all the basic entertainment at a Main Event is present. Bowling, pool, arcade, laser tag, all the good stuff. The customer service is amazing and every one is pleasant. Its a great Main Event if you can stomach the prices.

Celebrated my daughter in laws and grandsons birthday with daughters family. Had a blast. Im 70 and i loved playing lazer tag with the kiddos. Had fun watching them all bowl and the video games were epic. The food and cateting The Main provided was well priced and delicious. Tge kids debored tge mac n cheese. The wings were superior and the beer cold and endless variety.

Was with family and friends had fun diffrent games and the food was good.away to spend an evening if your looking for something to do.

I havent been to a Main Event in years so going today was a treat! From pool to bowling there is a lot to do. I was there with a group and I have to say the staff was great and so was the food. Recommend if youre looking for a place your whole family can enjoy!

I had been here when I was younger but one night me and my fiance at the time (he is now my husband ) really wanted to get out of the house and do something as Ill admit we are more home bodys and then anything and finally decided to call up my husbands childhood friend and get out on the town and we settled on this establishment and we were not disappointed. The laser tag was exciting, the bowling was fun and my husband sure did like the pizza. I would totally go here again I think my only complaint would have to be the staff that helps u out at bowling counter had bad attuides and could of been a little better in attending us but overall it was a good experience!
