I just went here with my brother, sister, and parents on a Sunday afternoon. We paid for 12:30-2:30 but we left at 1:45 because there was almost no one there. We wanted to play dodgeball and wipeout. Wipeout was broken and dodgeball isn’t fun when it’s just me, my younger brother (almost 14) and my younger sister (9). Can’t really blame them for not having people there to play dodgeball with. The obstacle course has sections that are next to impossible. It took me 10 minutes to get through the puzzle one, and I did it in one try . Staff was friendly, but it would have been cool if they played dodgeball with us since they outnumbered us like 3-1. And I would have liked to try wipeout. Word of advice to anyone who thinks u can bring your own socks, they make you pay for $3 grippy socks which are completely unnecessary if you aren’t doing the wall in the obstacle course. My brother and I personally liked these socks since they help you get up the wall without slipping like crazy, but if you aren’t doing that I don’t see a reason to require them. Pic below
Its run by what seems to be a small group of highschoolers who only somewhat know what theyre doing. They took a long time checking me in because first they made a mistake, then they didnt know how to retrieve my online order. Other than that, they were knowledgeable about the most important aspect (axe throwing). I paid 50$ for an hour for two adults. It was fun, but harder than anticipated. My boyfriend and I agreed we would never pay for it again but that it was a fun experience.
Staff was very helpful. Prices are reasonable and they have a lot of attractions to offer. My personal favorite is the trapeze. I feel like a acrobat when I get on it. Definitely a place I would recommend if your looking for something fun to to in lewisville
Fun place for kids! Very clean with a great staff. I cant wait to go back and try the axe throwing.
We visited this location on Saturday, Jan 18 at 2:30. I arranged for 13 8th graders to come jump, as a pre-party celebration for my son whose birthday was the following day. I also had my 3yo and -1st grader in addition to 4 of his friends, their parents & siblings. So 20 minutes in, my son comes up to me and says I need a wristband. Turns out everyone had wristbands and my 3 boys weren’t given one. About an hour into our two hour jump time, I was with my younger son when he jumped off this black box onto this airy platform and you run/walk across. Just as he gets towards the end, I step onto the right corner edge, to grab his hand, and YALL- we FELL, d-o-w-n. It cane detached from its Velcro and we went down. I’m about 5 foot 3 and the bottom was taller than me. I fell kind of backwards, so for a while I couldn’t get upright. I was grasping on to anything I could (which is how my entire arm got scrapep up from the Velcro) to get upright to get my 3 year old who looked terrified, because he was in front of me, and drowning in it. I finally got upright and lifted him out of there, but then, I couldn’t move my legs. It felt like quicksand. My shoes were stuck. I had to wriggle both feet out of my shoes, Bend over and struggled to get the shoes loose. After both my shoes were above me, the boy who was manning the station, had to lift me, one handed out of there. I was mostly in shock and embarrassed, being a grown women, falling down there like that!!!! I gathered my kid and went to find the others. They shut that attraction down as they looked at it and it was soon opened back up.They NEVER came to ask me if I was okay. Not once. Not the manager, nor the workers, the girls at the front pointed to me as they were telling another worker, so plenty of people saw it!!! Upon finding the older boys, I found out one of them did a flip and at the same corner it broke free and he went face down and his friends grabbed his legs to get him out. In the end, my son and another ended up with new Christmas pants with holes, nags and shreds, then went thorough the underwear, and on one of the boys, the scrapes went all the way to naked butt. They said it was from the ninja warrier obstacle course (I could be off on the name), and another boys “mandatory” right sock was shredded on the bottom. One of the boys with us lost his shoes in the labyrinth ball pit. He had to leave barefoot, because because they couldn’t find them after searching for 30 minutes. Also in one of the escape rooms, it’s as if he nails eetr pounded in to much, that the pointy tip went through and another boy scraped themselves on it. It is for safety issues that I am posting this, the rest just unfortunately happened. If a kid falls down there unnoticed and sinks down there, and it gets closed back up, they will suffocate, be jumped on, and they will not be heard down there with all the noise. I’m a grown woman and I couldn’t even get out of there unsssisted. I meant to post earlier, but hadn’t had a free moment. But after talking to a faculty member from my sons school who was there on MLK Day, I knew I had to post ASAP. A small child fell at the same exact same spot Monday, and it took along time for the staff to retrieve him. Unless your an adult with hands up in the air for someone to grab, your not getting out easy. Someone almost has to jump Down there to lift the child up. So, watch your kids closely!!! Wear old old clothes! And if management is reading, please instruct your staff going forward, to check on the guest(s) who fall and Injure themselves, no matter how big or small, and especially when it is due to faulty equipment. I didn’t get a “sorry”, “are you okay”, “is your toddler okay”, or nothing. I go to urban air in coppell all the time, their airy Mat simular to this one is all dirty, sliced and patched up with tape— BUT it’s never busted at the seams and took us under!!!! Aside from all that, all the kids had plenty of fun.
Such a great experience! Katie made it so we had fun in a positive and clean environment. This was an UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE! I definitely recommend this place as a good date night activity or family time experience. 5/5 #katiewasawesome

Aside from nearly dying from my own stupidity, it was a blast. The puzzle based rooms were amazingly fun and challenging. And Katie was really helpful with our entire experience. If youre thinking about checking this place out with friends dont hesitate! Shout out to Katie again! You rock!
My kids have so much fun at airborne!! They would stay all day if I let them!
Fun place but staff was horrible!! They were not helpful and very rude and unprofessional. Especially a so called “manager” named Katie. She sits there and talks bad you about with other with co workers. How can someone like that be a manager!!
Brilliant experience. Jestine was very helpful. She was great at explaining and training us!!

We have been to Urban Air, Altitude, and other trampoline parks and my kids always have a blast so we were excited to try this one out, especially since it’s down the street! I will say for the price, it’s a bit expensive if you compare to other places that are much larger and offer more jumping activities. Now, I was really annoyed with their pricing. They charge for age, not height, which isn’t fair if one of your kiddos is over age five (so it’s full price) but they can’t do half the activities because they’re 1” or 2” shy of their height requirement. They still charge the full price of $20 even though out of 10 activities they can only do 4 of them, and that’s including the little kid “guppies” play area.I can understand if it were a smaller kid like a toddler but really? Being strict on 2” on something like “wipe out” where it’s just the foam poles going around and they need to jump or duck? When I asked them why I was charged the full price if my son couldn’t even do half of the activities the front desk staff kept repeating, “well, we do it based off age and he’s over five...” to which I kept explaining that they need to charge based off HEIGHT and not age if height is affecting his ability to participate, not his age. The assistant manager was understanding and gave me half price back for his ticket. We were so excited to make this our new jumping place but we probably wont be coming back unless they a.Change the pricing to height and not age or b.My son grows another two inches so he’s not left out and I’m not charged full price for him to only do half of the fun.
Bro! Let me tell you. Such a chill environment. Fun games, wicked time. Blessed enough to be invited to a pre-opening event .

Very annoying beeping from massage chairs when people sit on them without paying. They were beeping for the 2 hours we were there. Management should get rid of chairs!
