Nice Place! Enjoyed My Stay.

Absolutely love living in this great little boating community, great people and access to the Harris Chain of lakes is wonderful. So pretty here and fun activities.

This community is a nice quite and sleepy place to live, and has been where my 93 year Great Aunt has called home for over 30 years. The residents are caring and friendly, which is why at her age she can live there on her own. A significant majority of the homes have waterway access to a scenic view of Florida. Devoid of street noice, and poor cell phone reception is among the many charms that makes living in there enjoyable. They have a community clubhouse for art classes, bingo, and games. Cypress Creek let’s you have the sense of being in the middle of nowhere we’ll still have everything you need just around the corner. I guest that is the advantage of being both old and quaint at the same time. If you ask my Great Aunt she will tell you she plans on living there well into her 100s.

Very nice community. Friendly people. Fun to be right on Lake Harris.

Cypress Creek is one of my favorite communities. The residents are some of the friendliest people I have encountered. The park is nestled off Helen Run with leads out to the chain of lakes. The waterfront lot rents are some of the lowest around. I highly recommend this community.

Homes are beautiful and reasonably priced for the front of the park. Back into sketching and there was talk of random people coming into backyards
