I guess I am not cut out for this kind of living. I dont like that if you go outside there is absolutely no privacy. Tried some of the clubs but didnt feel like I fit in. Nobody obeys the rules we do have. And I dont find it the friendliest place I have live by far.

My parents are snowbirds. And I think Im going to follow in their footsteps. Its awful nice down there. Even in the winter time I love Missouri. I love the snow. Im just getting older and it hurts a little more. Heated swimming pool occasional 70 80 degree day in the winter time down there to thumbs up.

Our experience with Lakes at Leesburg has been excellent. We feel fortunate to have purchased in this community. From the staff who provide friendly assistance in the office, to the grounds people who keep everything looking so lovely, we couldnt be happier. The Park is very friendly and quiet. Walking distance to banks, grocery stores, pharmacy and several restaurants bar, and shopping mall, within a gated community. Looks as though all lawns and homes are well taking care of. Two new homes being constructed for less than One hundred ten thousand dollars. Nice pool and heated whirl pool year around. Fishing in the ponds and the Park is very pet friendly. Many people only use their golf karts for basic transport. great place safe, secure, and serene.

This Park is one of the Best, if not the Best. Carlos is very nice and responsive to our needs. This Park has just been upgraded, beautiful flowers, golf course, pool, wt. room, roads and even the stop signs & road name signs. People who live here are nice. and quiet. My wife & I love it here. My name is Chris Darrell. I must say my wife left out some important information. I have been in contact with Lake County if you live at Lakes at Leesburg you are in danger. I say this because I care not because Im angry at Carlos Wagner but I truly care about you. Im working on the city of Leesburg now. The cost of fixing this dangerous situation belongs to Hometown America not the homeowners. There are many more problems in this park but one at a time for now. The main problem is the original builder ran the natural gas in sch 40 pvc under ground. This is unheard of anywhere. .................My wife and I lost everything we earned for over 30 years because I blew the whistle on this piece of garbage Carlos Wagner + our home. We lived at 40 Buccaneer drive and thought we had a lot of friends there.Thats all okay we still care about you all and wish you all well.

Terrable park. My husband an I purchased a home there over 3 years ago, when the manager there evicted us and took our home and all our belongings over a vendetta. The natural gas in the park is out of code and very dangerous. For 3 years we lived at 40 buccaneer dr without one problem
