Great place to get a cheap place to live

Friendly and close to town.

This is a place for seniors to live, and I find it very calm and quiet and peaceful. My grandparents live here, and the house is very nice. It also connects right to another nieghbor hood where one of my Aunts live, and it is a very nice place. If you are a senior in Leesburg looking for a home, you should definitely move here!

I loved my visit. Its a beautiful trailer park for people of retirement age. So wonderfully kept, enviorment very comfortable, things to do are always available, people living in this small community are so very friendly. The visit I had there was with my mother and I enjoyed every minute. We hardly ever spend time together since the passing of my father and this visit was especially wonderful. Life was very difficult going to her home at first but its beginning to get comfortable and the surroundings are the same. Everything around her home and on her home used to be very hard to be friendly but now its getting easy. Theres no place like home. I Love my Moms Home and My Mom

Nice place 55 and over

Everyone very friendly. Excited to join activities and gain new friends! Holly a nice no noise street with excellent drainage off st, last place we lived always flood during rain. Glad to be here!!

Nice quiet trailer park for older people

Coachwood colony is a very quiet clean comfortable place to live I myself do not live in coachwood colony but my mother does and I have visited with her quite a bit. The mobile homes have a very adequate amount of space between them and there is plenty of Peace and quiet I have also noticed a lot of smiling faces people walking through the park for exercise and waving as they go by the wind is constantly blowing here very soft and peaceful.

Trailer homes in Ocala. Would not live there because of tornado hazards.

The residents of 601 have a big german shepherd dog that barks and growls incessantly.

It was nice and quiet. Good location to go and do different things while in Florida.
