Rent goes up nothing done. The pool is a hot mess dirty with the screen covering never sprayed off. Covered in moss.The dock is unsafe!!!I personally fell in and there are no steps or cross members to grab onto.Personally I have nothing good to say about this park.I don’t like to be negative but in this case I would like to know where the budget is for upkeep!!!!

Comfortable senior community.

We went for a meeting so were only in the clubhouse. The place is well maintained and the residents seem to take pride in their properties. It looks like a good place to live.

If you want to live in a land of malicious gossip where certain old ladies have nothing better to do than gang up on you with a gullible Corporal Common Denominator willing to believe them and go so far as to write a bogus police report, then this is the perfect place for you.
