The place is mostly long term residents. They have allowed them to add additions onto their trailers right up to the site line which makes some of sites very tight and close. My sewer line is actually in some elses front lawn. The bathhouse is run down and the showers heads are only 5 feet off the ground. I think they are slated to be redone but corporate is dragging their feet. It has no cable. The monthly price is much cheaper then the next closest park and they happen to have a sale going on when I was here. It is super quite except you do hear road noise. Residents and staff are very friendly. Verizon cell service is marginal especially at night.

Neat place to visit but wouldnt want to live in Florida! Ill take Ohio and enjoy all the seasons. Usually its not all that bad in winter and love colors of spring and fall. We all have our preferences.

We drove through today looking for a place for my mom and dad and looked at two homes.The park is beautiful and very well maintained.The folks all seemed very friendly as we drove around and everyone we saw smiled and waved.Looked beautiful and the homes are all so very nice.

It is a quiet community of 55 and older. Many live in manufactured homes others stay in RVs. Everything is clean and tidy here with friendly and helpful staff.

It is a nice place. But they are known to harass the senior citizens if everything isnt perfect at their house. Also they continue to raise the lot rent. It is very high lot rent.. and getting higher all the time!!! Considering alot of senior citizens are on a fixed income... They should keep that in mind when running a seniors only park!!!

A great retirement community of friendly people.

This delightful place is a gem for the price! Weve met the friendlist people that weve ever encountered while camping! Nice pool and got tub; nice shower facilities. My favorite part was working out with the nicest guys and gals in the yoga and exercise classes! We may consider buying a place here in the future; Definately returning!

Well its asame that you cant look pass the pass and give someone a Dr use start to get on the right track but you go by the scores and dont let us explain our point of risen for that or anything that may influence your decicen

55 and older community

Nice RV spots and campers as well as cute smaller mobile home sites. Friendly folks walking pets & watering flowers, while watching out for neighbors & visitors. Felt safe and inviting.

This place is terrific! Great club house, friendly people. Everyone who worked there made me feel at home! I am going to buy a mobile home at Ridgecrest because its such a beautiful place!!! Double Thumbs up!!

Moving there. I knew years ago I would end up there. Close to interstate and Family. Its very nice. Billy the manager treated me well, also.

Clean resort, nice pool and some work out machines. Centrally located and takes only minutes to travel to Leesburg, Tavares, Clermont and Mount Dora. Always something happening here, my favorite - yoga classes. Office personnel and maintenance men are very helpful. Were enjoying our stay very much.

The resort is a combined RV/Mobile Home 55+ Community. The staff and the residents are friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and well maintained. The wi-fi is adequate. You can connect from some of the sites and for others you can use the comfortable library that has plenty of table and chairs. There is also a clubhouse with lots of activities and a billiards room. The laundry room is clean and because most of the residents have their own laundry facilities, it is not difficult to find a machine to use like it is in many parks. It is close to shopping and places to eat (and a winery). I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a winter get away.

We stayed here for a week in a fifth wheel. Its an older park with a lot of mobile homes and narrow streets. RV spots are limited and on grass with compacted rock underneath. We would stay here again..
