These guys are amazing. Used them a couple times after I bought a Neo Geo cabinet aged 20 years or so and had not been calibrated in a while. The red color drive had broken off the neck board which made the whole picture a dark shade of brown. They recapped the whole board, repaired all the color drives, replaced the fly back and cleaned off 20 years of dust and grime so the board looked brand new.A couple months later I brought in the entire monitor because the colors still didn’t look right. The greens were not as vivid as I wanted them and there was a lot of over saturation with the red color, which is usually an issue with the monitor itself. Brought in the entire monitor this time, which needed to be degaussed and whatever else was required.Again, got everything back looking like new and now the picture is amazing.Completely restored CRT that should last another decade.Thanks again guys!

I am highly impressed with the guys at Sharp Image Repair. I am new to CRT monitor maintenance and repair, so I had lots of questions about their service. They were very responsive, answered all of my emailed questions in detail, and treated me respectfully. It worked out for me to drive my monitors to them (tube and all) instead of just mailing the boards. They noted my concerns with the picture on my monitors and explained what was causing it when they fixed it. The toshiba monitor they serviced for my DDR machine now has a perfect picture. The second monitor they serviced required some replacement parts that they didnt think it would need, so they gave me a small discount off the top of the final price for both monitors. They are true pros at working on these monitors. Its likely that they are the best in the world at what they do. They went above and beyond in my case. Couldnt recommend them more.

Sent in 2 Sharp monitors from a Nintendo Playchoice 10. In less than a week they were on their way back to me. Completely rebuilt and working flawlessly. Elvis is the MAN!

Outstanding work!

Called in to see if they could repair my Neo-Geo monitor board. They said yes and asked me to bring it down. When I took it in they said it would be ready next day and it was. Amazingly fast service, and worth it if youre looking to get your arcade monitors fixed up. Definitely would do business with again soon in the future.

Repaired an arcade monitor chassis I sent in. Looks like they even cleaned it up too! Fast turnaround, good prices. These are my go to guys for these things lately.
