The games are fun for kids and adults alike. However, the food & drinks are too expensive; especially since I had to wait 20 minutes for a waitress, both times Ive been.

What a great day...Unlimited gaming for $20 each for my son and I...he even won a set of headphones in one of those key hole games...very fun....will be returning

Food wasnt very good at all. Just an OK game selection. Some games didnt work correctly but still took your money. It was clean and the staff was nice.

The arcade was average. The food on the other hand was below average. Youre better off eating somewhere else. I ordered 20 piece chicken wings, they were very dry and drenched in oil. The pizza was very, well, lets just say it looked like a child made it in one of those toy ovens. And the mozzarella sticks looked like they warmed up in a microwave. Definitely a one and done with this place.

My family and I come here often. If youre looking for great bar food, the cook is fantastic. He makes excellent cheese dip (with some pretty clever infusions!) The lime wings are my favorite. Its pretty expensive, so I consider it a treat when i do order here. I have a variety of age ranges and this place keeps us all happy. The staff are super helpful, I havent had a bad experience here yet. This is our family jam.

Quiet place with the pandemic going on. Kids enjoyed playing all the games with no one waiting to take a turn!! Allot of games have been removed for social distancing, but they still have the popular ones available!

The food was pretty horrible. They only had tacos, chicken and beef. Both dry and the salsa was bad as well. Chicken wings bad. Something I could of microwaved at home. First time there, not going back.

Horrible experience. Over priced. Half the games did not work. Had to wait 45mins to turn in tickets to redeem prizes. Employees were rude. Manage had no name badge on. Unprofessional and harrassed me infront of my family. Rude place. Horrible experience. Will never go back

It was ok, plenty of games to choose from social distancing was in effect, there was someone walking around cleaning so that was a plus. Not much of a variety of food selections but the hot dogs were decent. My family and I did enjoy our time there, will we return.. sure!!

This is a nice place for kids of all ages, the food was excellent as well. For $5 after youve eaten your food theyll give you a game card you can play for an hour. Our grandson enjoyed every minute

This is a great short cut to get from the Guitar Center to the hot dog stand by play ground. Wish there werent so many kids hanging around so I could walk through a little faster. 4 out of 5 stars, would use as a short cut again. Those hot dogs at the spud factory are deliciously addictive.

Cool selection of arcade games. Was able to try out the sports section games of War of Warcraft. Awesome.

Dissapointed. Pizza was good but small. Fries were soggy. Alot of the games were broken & couple of them stole credits from our card.

GameWorks is a great deal if you choose the unlimited play option. I have a POGO pass that allows up to one hour of play. Definitely worth it! The games are pretty new and mostly available (meaning in working condition). A definite competitor of Dave & Busters and Johns Incredible Pizza Factory!

Went here to eat lunch and must say, the food is great. They give a great portion size for what you pay. The games and facility are extremely clean. The one problem I had was the behind the bar service. The bartender was slow and unattentive to the bar. While myself and a guest a came with were eating, she spent majority of the time in the back area of the bar. Besides that, this place a great.

Games & drinks. Load up a play card & go for it with plenty of fun and memorable experiences to make. Full bar for the thirsty with a twist of alcoholic beverages. Video games, basketball, air hockey its all here.

Great for family, i would also go soon before they close again for the mandatory quarantine, but i highly recommend, its family friendly and they have bowling as well, the esports fortnite area unfortunately is still closed just in case you were wondering.

People that work there are awesome but it is really annoying when games dont work well.

It was packed because it was Saturday and me and the wife tried out some of the games sadly 3 of the games took our credits and one of games had all the basketballs on top of the machine so all in all we still had fun though

I like the fact that you dont have to carry a stack of tickets around with you everywhere, but there were so many games that I couldnt play due to them not working. Its nice that they have a dining area and a bar to accommodate everyone. I just really wish they would get someone to take care of all the games, since thats pretty much the biggest reason to go to GameWorks.

Great food, nachos and shrimp, pizza was really good, we had 2 small pizza, 16 diameter, 6 slices, it was really good, was not expecting such good food, service was great, everyone was really friendly, plus they have a camera man that solely works on tips, he did an excellent job and can print anything including keychains or frame-able pictures, was nice to see their bowling area, looks like a lot of fun, very clean and neat place, memebers here where always asking if we needed help, not just standing around. Will definitely be going back soon!

This is one of my favorite places in the city. Its in Town Square, so its a given that its expensive, but its a fun place to go.

Great place to have a good time with friends! They offer bowling and several other arcade style games. Definitely enjoyed playing some dance dance revolution for the first time in years and shooting some hoops with our whole group!

It was closed. Covid hours. Like 12 noon to 8pm. I arrived at 10pm. That would have worked on a Friday. Or Saturday tho

This place is amazing!!!!!!Brought my boys to spend an incredible time which they did but at the end of our Funtime one of my kids lost his phone. We tried looking for it but no luck. I kept checking to see location on it and it kept showing GameWorks. Next day i decided to go back and look again since is less crowded. Walked in to the Arcade and they called a very helpful and wonderful girl name Camille who started looking all around the place and underneath every game, we went to the restaurant side to the booth we were seating at the prior day. Camille heard the phone which was on the floor between the platform of the booths. She reached out to her coworkers who were able to break everything down to get the phone. Mission impossible was made possible because of the help of this great team. Great job guys and Camille thanks for all the help.

This is my first time playing at game works we got a couch for 2 hours worth of play on the Nintendo Wii to play Mario cart . The couch was a good size comfy and the table in front of us was good size to put our stuff on. The loading of the game some times took a little while but was ok . But an hour into our games the while thing went off line and we had to wait for the person who worked to come set it back up for us so that was a little annoying. But over all the inside was clean and smelled good staff was nice and helpful.

GameWorks is a fun place to take your kids or even just your adult friends. Lot and lots of cool games to play, only real down side is several games were broken or just took your credits without giving you any play. The bar has plenty of selection!

Out standing. I needed a place to find others to play fighting games. This is the spot. Its perfect.

Lots of games were broken. Not too impressed with the selection of games. The food was good but fairly expensive. We ordered pizza and it was very good. Also had a milkshake, was ok but very over priced for what you got.

It was so cool looking and our server was super great food looked beautiful and when we cut into it it was literally raw inside and cold. We werent offered a comp or even a sorry on that so i was disappointed. Then on to play games. A good selection would have been great if almost every one we went to play was not working after talking to a VERY accommodating manager and not even asking for a full refund he issued us one and gave us some free rounds to boot. Excellent customer service on his part. The esports area is state of the art as well. Its a great date spot. And looks super fun for kids.

Great place for family fun. Games are working so much better these days and the staff are really nice and helpful! My kid loves this place and we love bringing her. Lines are never too long and it just never seems to be so busy that its uncomfortable! Will definitely be back.

While playing pool and drilling I asked for a menu which the server agreed to bring me. Than she never came back....felt pretty underserved. So I waited about a half and hour then went in and asked to speak to the manager. He took the responsibility for his employee, yet told me in the same line that shes not working the patio. He offered me food which I no longer wanted. Guess if you dont have kids you dont get served here. These are two pictures of leaking cess coming out of vents next to game works and Panda Express at the Town square. It seems like such a nice place, but Vegas has a lot of work to do with water treatment.

Had a great time for my daughters 5th birthday. Perfect day to go is on a Wed! $20 for 3 hours of play. Cant beat that!

Its a decent place to go kill a couple hours between shopping. Drinks are decently priced and arcade games are pretty fun. Always have a good time there.

The Bar and the sports center was the best thing Ive seen in there but plenty of games. $20 gets you an hour of play but I used my pogo pass and was slightly disappointed that you couldnt win tickets and you cant play certain games. Other than that, good times

Very cool young game tech guy hooked us up. This guy was very helpful and efficient even though he seemed to be dealing with all the broken machines and customers all by himself. Will return because of him. There were a lot of broken machines, however and it was very crowded on a Saturday night.

I went to eat and they had live karaoke going on and a really amazing prefomace. The arcade has massive amount games, not to crowded . Family and friends type of place

Half the machines are busted and its expensive. For way less money Id go to the Pinball Hall of Fame or Game Nest/Press Start Gaming. 3 stars because at least the air hockey machine worked and, despite being expensive for what you get, the happy hour plates were acceptable.

This is the place to go if you want to keep tweens or teens entertained. I would say even a good place for twenty or thirty year olds to star a date at for an hour before a movie or dinner out. Lots of video games, loud music, and young people packed into this place at Town Square. My grandson went to a birthday party there where the Mom got all the kids 8 hour tickets for $27. That was a great price and kept all the boys busy for 3 hours. There were games their pass didnt allow them to play, but plenty of games that could be played. The kids had a ball. If one didnt buy a game pass, it would be a very expensive afternoon.There is also a bar and food served. There was a nice pool table area outside on a patio that I spent most of my time at.

Nice theyre open on Thanksgiving. Something for our boys to do while waiting to head to airport for red-eye. Reasonable prices for console and PC gaming.

My boyfriend and I had so much fun we felt like high school kids. It was really nice to be able to be competitive with one another and release some stress. My only complaint would be that it did seem kind of pricey since most games end up costing around 2-3 tokens therefore making the amount of tokens you have uneven.

It was a disappointing visit. My family and I went to Gameworks to play some pool. We use the pool table outside. Both of table were pretty bad. One table have a huge ripped, other leaning too much. It just made our experience disappointing.

Always fun games, but the food and the restaurant service was subpart. I am a local and in the service industry and I had to ask my waiter multiple times for refills. He seems uninterested in helping and serving his guest. The food, for the price was just ok. I asked the server if something could be substituted and I dont even think he asked the kitchen. I will never eat there again, but will take the kids to play games. Sorry for the poor review.

A bunch of the older games were broken and the screens were really dark.

Super crowded on weekends, but machines are in good condition and most work (unlike other places where a lot of games are out of order or missing things). Hosted a birthday party there and was pricey but I think the party packages were worth it and theyre flexible on how you want to spend your time there (ie. Bowling, arcades, gamer room).

Good place. There was live music, which is pretty cool. A nice little bar for parents to enjoy while the kids had fun. Some board games in the front with comfortable seating made it a nice place to hang out. The food was pretty good and the happy hour prices were welcome.

Our company event was just recently held at Gameworks. We worked with Megan to set the event up and Adrian was our event manager for the evening. Adrian was super attentive to everything our group needed. We have hosted our event with Gameworks for the past 3 years and they have not disappointed. The food this year was fantastic and our bartenders were great. We had a great evening and will be looking at Gameworks again when its time to book next years event as well.

Gameworks is fun! Its a great idea for a cheap birthday party! I didnt make reservations, but it was cheaper. I had 2 successful birthday parties here. The kids showed up and played e-sports. The computers are more available than the consoles. You can play fortnite on the computers. They have free rent for headphones with exchange of your I.D. It takes a bit for the kids to sign in and get started playing. I ordered pizza inside the e-sports room. They bring the food and the kids can eat at the computers. You can bring in cake, but no other outside food. Its $5 for an hour of playing on the computers. I had a few one hour game cards that kids played together in the arcade afterwards. The kids had fun and it was the cheapest party I ever did! Its more busy on Friday nights and weekends. We come here often to play! The staff are friendly and the games are really fun!

This place was very busy the day I visited, and you would think with so much foot traffic, that the restrooms would be in need of attention. To my surprise they were very clean and well maintained.

It was a nice place to take the kids to have fun! Very close to the mall! So very convenient for shopping and the kids wont be bored.

Its great. I spent about $100 for 4 people and we had a blast. also, the bowling is a separate charge but its worth it. And the computer room is amazing. $5 per hour awesome

Firstly i bought a package and had a great time. To that end i wouldnt buy the portion that included ticket games. Many of those games malfunctioned or did not adjust tickets properly to the card. Additionally at least 6 or 7 of the non ticket games were down. The service staff was excellent polite and well informed of the product. Bar wait was sound 11 minutes and the price point not very reasonable. If you intend to drink take advantage of the 100 other places to do do.

I always have fun when I go to Gameworks. They had Karaoke the other night and it was very entertaining. Bowling here is pretty cool too.

If your a gamer check this place out. I call this the adult arcade. Dont worry about food or drinks staff will bring it to you, while you focus on your tournament, sports game or fighting game. All the game consoles and computer games on site.
