Very wide space and sanitized,clean...arcade games was alot of options to pick!my son cnt even finish couple of them in 1 day,plenty plenty of new arcade games!virtual is perfect!theres the standing up one and the one sitted,bar and restaurant was very wide,clean,have lots of tvs to watch sports!very nice and helpful employees!Food is deliscious!.You should come and check out this place!

Food was good but the portions are small for certain items for the price you pay.Presentation of food items are great and so is the taste.No refills on drinks and yet you pay $3.99?Great server who was very attentive to details. Excellent customer service.

Always a winning at Dave & Busters. COVID’s making it weird with limited games and specials going but still good fun. I really like the Summerlin location due to before and after activities. Drink and game at D&B, and then hit downtown Summerlin for cheaper drinks.

Things have usually been great, would give a 4 or a 5 but dont know what happened to the staff. Servers have been rude or always in a rush despite not having much customers on some days. Receptionist for the dining area was initially nice but when she put me on a waiting list for it, but when I came back once it was past the waiting, she said I can do free seating with an attitude as if I didnt put myself on a waiting list already. Games are still great despite some being off for social distancing and the ticket counters and token counters are still good. Servers and dining area receptionist, no. Boardering plain rude.

Good place to just sit relax and have a drink while watching 30 TVs ha! Not sure how many tvs but there are a lot. Havent played in the game area yet but one day I will. Friendly, attentive bartenders bring us back.

Enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and due to pandemic it was damn near empty. Although it was empty I always saw someone wiping down all the games. They also provide gloves if you want them. We love D&B!!

Sad to say this is my favorite place to go and I was racial profile by this company. Anne was my bartender and I left my cash with the receipt and talked with Allen and left my payment with him. I was embarrassed with security and the other employees about about leaving a payment. They yelled about me not leaving my tab across the parking lot with my wife due to lack of communication and I was a military member I am embarrassed and will never go back to this place ever. These people need to be fired. Please play the cameras back! I will like to take to the CEO.

Its fun for the whole family. Great place to bring kids in the middle of the day. Night time I would say is more for adults who want to watch a sports game or grab a bite to eat. You can use your arcade tickets to buy appetizers. I even bought a nice hydro flask that keeps my water ice cold for 24 hours using a couple thousand tickets. Really doesnt take long to get that many if you know what youre doing. Fun place to be.

This Dave & Busters location is located in Summerlin. Since its in downtown Summerlin, you might have to walk a little bit once you find a place to park, but parking is free. Theres a lot to do here for the kids, but if youre an adult looking to get in on some games this isnt the place for you. The kids will look at your like youre crazy. For the most part, I think parents are expected to be in the bar. The kids run this Dave and Busters. They have Happy Hours and specials, so be sure to check those out in advance.

I went to dave and busters in Ontario mills mall when they opened and loved it .. checked this one out and was very disappointed. Workers were rude and very unknowable about events and products there . The place is very small compared to Ontario mills mall location.

The food was really good the appetizer was new we had never tried it before. Pretzels with cheese and pepperoni. The service was good she was very friendly. But the food took forever to come it was good once it got there but the place was not even busy really nobody else was there so it should not have taken so long. The drinks were filled but we dat there waiting for the food. The place was clean .

MENU was very limited due to Covid-19 and no more than 6 to a table. The food was still tasty!!!

I love this Dave and Busters! It’s literally the perfect size and never too busy! The Dave and Busters in Florida is bigger but not As fun way too many ppl! This one is perfect! I love doing the eat and play. We did the veggie burger and the salmon and both were super full! We paired it with a $20 power card! So it was $30.99 each. Wednesday is Half price games so your chips go SUPER FAR! I love Wednesday at Dave and Busters! We had a couple drinks and played all night. My husband said the old fashion could have been better but he still said it did the job!

Not only does the staff neglect their customers but its not the cleanest either. We came on a weekday (Thursday) it wasnt very busy we wait at the front desk line to tell them we are dining in (20 min of waiting there) to be told oh you just sit down. While around 5 or 6 tables sit waiting to be cleaned off we find literally the only table left where we wait over 45 minutes for someone to just get our drinks long enough for me to find a manager and ask for water for the table. After drinks come we all know what we want and order nothing too big nachos for an app 2 burgers and the Alfredo. Our nachos took almost an hour to get to the table and the food comes 30 minutes later, the burgers are undercooked and we tell her she doesnt offer to do anything not to recook or take off the bill tells us sorry and walks away. After waiting around 3 hours in this place to just eat waiting for the bill for 30 more minutes and then they began their 30 minute countdown to close. Probably the worst dave and busters, better off going to chuck e cheese

Every other machine is off due to their social distancing measures. VR is off and so is Rock em sock em robots. The bar is closed but they serve food, caveat is you have to sit to get food or drinks.Still was fun, better than some other places right now.

Came out to celebrate my sons 15th birthday. The service was phenomenal. Everyone had a good time. Wish they could build one in Henderson.

It was my friends birthday and he decided to go to Dave & busters he said the food was really great. This was my first time going and when I first walked in I thought wow this is really nice. When you first walk in so I could game room to the right and they have a lot of video games there its really nice. Then to the left is the restaurant and I did love the setup everybody was nice. when we went to order our food we know that they had great prices and I love the variety of food that they had.The only downfall that I would say is that we got our food cold or shall I say slightly warm, but we address our concerns and they got us fresh fries and they remade our order and it came back hot.When I go back there? yes because everybody was nice and the food was actually pretty good and the game for awesome

(All my reviews are overall) Probably one of the best Dave and Busters Ive been too. My out of state card was not working and Rick the manager assisted in fixing the problem. Totally professional, friendly and welcoming. The gaming area was very clean and they had the latest games all up and running. The food was just absolutely perfect. All fresh ingredients and extremely delicious. Service was a bit slow but to no fault of the waiter. Our waiter was extremely polite and welcoming and assisted in everything we needed. Definitely will be coming back thank to the amazing hospitality.

How can you not have a good time at this place!! The food and drinks were great, and the games were super entertaining for the kids. Well definitely be back again soon!

Fun for both kids and adults. A little on the pricy side but thats what you get when youre in an outlet mall. Some machines are down due to social distancing but all in all we had fun.

The kids had fun playing games but the was a 3 hour wait for a table.

First off the Moscow Mule was not in a copper cup!!!! Pretzel dogs were a pretty tasty appetizer. The chicken Avocado club was good. The games were spaced out for social distancing ...no big deal but several of the games that were open did not work properly.

Great time for the entire family! Food and service is great. The kids had a BLAST with the Halo and Star Wars huge screens but WOW- you better have a pocket FULL of money to take kids in here...that has to be the only drawback is the cost for the kids to play the games!

An adult arcade! And not the one usually associated with Vegas. Youre free to roam the game floor with your beer. Really enjoyed the games. Food was ok service was better, just not enough servers.

I love Dave & Busters and make it a point to go for special occasions all the time. However, this time I was a little disappointed that they did not enforce most of the new safety protocols listed on their website. There were no hand sanitizing stations, no disinfecting wipes, none of the staff were wiping down games, and the place was so packed that evidently they were not limiting capacity to enforce social distancing. I also didn’t see masks and gloves available to guests as promised on their site. I saw many people touch games that were not wiped down at all between guests and it seems like a cesspool of germs in this establishment. I went to Dave & Busters feeling confident that they were going to make it a safe & clean place to eat and play but after tonight’s experience, I won’t be coming back for a while. I just don’t think Dave & Busters is doing their part to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

The food is phenomenal I love the chicken and waffles sandwich with tator tottes not only is it mouth watering its melts in your mouth with every bite.

Nice.. had a good server, played a lot of games, but, unfortunately, there is no eat play combo right now. At least Wednesday is still half off tickets though.

The food was great but unfortunately the service was not even a little bit good. I did not get a chance to order an appetizer when ordering drinks before the server left the table. Then when I did order it it never came. After that my soda that I ordered with my meal was not served. I would have just asked for it but my server never came and checked on my table again. This is the kind of service that makes me not return to a place. If it wasnt for the games at this place Id never be back here.

It was a lot of fun and a great time!My daughter and granddaughter played games and whatnot while I just ate and read a book. So it wasnt really fair for me to do the rating. My daughter added the first sentence to this response, so that was her reaction. My granddaughter simply said, It was fantastic! I loved it.The food was very good, and the ambiance is pleasent. I would give 0 stars if it were not for the waitress owning her mistake and unprompted manager making the bill right and throwing in a desert for my friends. We had two orders come wrong and no drinks filled at all. When the order was corrected it came wrong a second time. The food quality is pretty decent. I would take someone visiting here as a safe option.

We love the games! As a family we really enjoy arcades and have been avid D&B goers for many years. The food is good, Ive heard great things about their steaks but have yet to try one! Its a fun atmosphere for children and adults! The bar area is great for the adults and they have some fun drinks. A great time to spend with family and/or with friends

Fun place to take your kid or kids plus you get to eat and drink while the kids or kid places. Plus the adults love to play the video games as well. My son loves this place and my boyfriend even played games with him and so did i.

Loads of fun! Food was good and arcade was clean. The waitress was very helpful too. She brought free ice cream to my son for his bday without us asking. The price tag was not bad considering 3 hours of food and games for 6 people.

I work in the service industry and I do understand the steps and procedures that are being follow after the covid19, tonight at Dave an busters i was exited to comeback after few monthsMy family and I gamed for a couple of hours and afterwards we decided to grab something to eatAs we waited over 15 min for a table to be clear out by a busperson by the gaming area we were told to sit at any table that was clean ( at that point just one by the bar area) instead of cleaning the table for us we had to look for. Place to sit thi after what it seem 3 managers and about 4 servers walking by us with out any urge to serve us or help in any way instead the managers just kept on walking back and forth just looking all over the place .Dave an busters need to better their service by providing proper training to the staff in general as it seems they cannot perform under a fast paced night

We went to the Dave and busters in Vegas and I was harassed . I have never been so insulted in all my life .

Went here with the family & We had a fun time. Firstly we had eaten at the booth near the bar and was watching the football game. Had a delicious cold refreshing adult original snowcone that was yummy. Also had enjoyed the dangerous waters island punch which is basically a blue Hawaiian thats pretty good. Now onto the appetizers the garlic parmesan cheese curds are satisfying & the cheese crusted street tacos were a scrumptious bomb of flavor tasting through each bite. Lastly my entree the ultimate mac & cheese was pretty delicious with a nice golden crunch from the bread crumbs the downside to that was the bland chicken chunks in my pasta. The ambiance of this place is a cool fun hyperactive place to have a good time and the service was excellent.

What can I say? Its a Dave & Busters. Theres kids everywhere, theres drunk people everywhere, its like an adult Chuck-E-Cheese. Sometimes I wish it was just adults only and no kids allowed. But, thats just the single, unmarried, childless 35 year old talking. I had the brussel sprouts with bacon. They were pretty decent. A little greasy and the portion was somewhat small for the price, but pretty good with a couple beers. Im sure Ill end up back at this location sometime

Good eats whether youre into high calorie fare or health conscious. Nice friendly staff. Fun & lots of games for all. You can use their app or buy a card to use. Our family came to celebrate 1 adult daughters birthday. Youngest here is 2 years old, oldest me in my 60s. Weve enjoyed playing Rockem Sockem Robots, Hot Wheels racing, Space Invaders, etc. All of them large action figures or screens.

This place is awesome! I love coming here on Wednesday’s when it’s not so packed and also all of the games are 1/2 off! You can come here enjoy a snack and a drink and after play some fun games and maybe even try some virtual reality. I have absolutely no complaints about this place and will continue going here for a long time and I recommend that other people go here too.

We went here on a saturday after dinner. Best! Idea! Ever! The staff was so very nice and the facilities were clean. Super busy place but we had fun. My older kids loved all the games and the scary games got my kids a few times. Worth it.

A lot of arcades but the ticket value for prices seemed a little low. Clean, environment and felt safe.

But here for a company-sponsored event excellent service from all the staff . Everyone was very impressed with the quality of food. I was pleasantly surprised that there were a couple of vegan options on the menu book your next corporate a lot of fun excellent food and service

Finally went for the first time ever yesterday. Drinks were cheap! The staff was friendly and attentive. They have a large selection of some pretty good games. They even have the Mario Kart arcade game, which is amazing! My date and I blew through about $75 in the arcade. We will do it again!

Kids really enjoy the games and staff on the floor are helpful. Restaurant is mostly beer burgers and wings type food.

I used to like it when it 1st opened, but now the service is HORRIBLE! It took me 35min. to even get a drink at our table. Then as new guests would arrive, the server wouldnt even offer them anything. He was never around, or easy to even find. When we did find him, we had to ask for a straw, a drink, plates, etc....which when you think about it, should I really even have to ask? He seemed inconvienced. It was really bad. Then I couldnt even find him to bring out my daughters birthday cake. They arent helpful at all. I even asked a guy to help with my gaming card. I wanted to buy another card for the kids and split the money on it, but they wouldnt take the card I put $50 on and give me two $25 cards so each kid could have their own. I even said I would buy the other card and activation fees, but no help. The games are good, the food is good. Ill give it 2 stars for that, but the service sucks.

Ok where to start. Well I feel like I was Dave and bustered. To say the least. We stood at the counter for 10 min and the people not once welcome us or asked if we needed help.Then once I talked to them they said you just sit anywhere.So we sat and ordered food. Pricing is reasonable but a bit high.Food is pretty good but timing takes for-ev-er. They changed servers both were less then impressive or even willing to explain anything to us.I dont think we will be back for a while for a bustered experience.

Its a fun place but it severely lacks fighting games as well as pinball machines which kind of leaves it feeling like half an arcade.

Its an awesome place to take the family too. Its surrounded by a plethora of awesome places to shop. Its conveniently located in Downtown Summerlin, so you also have the option of walking around there and enjoying what it has to offer. But, anyways if you choose to go to Dave and Busters, I would recommend going on Wednesdays, as everything is half off that day. You get more bang for your buck. Food is good, and games are fun. Enjoy!
