This is the best place ever! As a mother I would recommend coming here. Just look how happy my kid was. He was able to ride the horses!!!!! 10/10

Very fun.... The steps taken to insure the safety of the family and kids inside was very well established. All the employees made sure that even in these times that the fun and experience has not been lost and still the main focus of the staff.

The bite of 2020 and 5 kids went missing I saw a youtube video about the chuck-e animatronics bite a persons hand so I do not recommend working in this place

The two sisters who work nights Kayla and pardon me for not know the other one were amazing very helpful and very kid friendly would definitely recommend taking your kiddos there

ZERO STARS...! I went with my family to this Chuck e cheese and at the time I was around 15yrs old and the manager and the front worker didnt let me and my little sister in because we had a tank TOP!!! WITH jeans!!!! I should of sue yall .That was so messed up .BRINGS ME BAD MEMORIES ....!

The food was greasy and almost inedible, including the Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie. The salad was the most edible part of the food

Great for the kids! To bad the main staff (front of house and security) arent as good as young workers that handle the kids parties. The young lady that handled the party and even Chuck E. himself were patient and friendly with the kids. They made for a great party. Everyone else was just going through the motions. Ticket counter broke so we lost 1000 tickets, with the staff saying that nothing could be done. The pizzas came out wrong resulting in a 30 minute wait. Adults couldnt order because staff refused to acknowledge more than one party at a time. I could go on. For your kids party, you may want to choose another location. We have 3 kids so you know I will.

The employees were wonderful, pizza was quite good, the arcade/rides were all in great condition and working perfectly. Lastly, and most importantly, my kids had a great time. Happy kids - mission accomplished.

It was fun for a friends birthday party. They spent well over $700 for this party. I personally do not feel what they recieved was worth that, but my child had fun and honestly I did too. We played games for about two hours. We won about 1500 tickets so she was able to get a decent prize, but that was mostly because of the games we played. Most games only give you a few tickets.

It can be too much but at the same time know whether there are a ton of children in a place it will seem chaotic. You just have tti know when is the best time and for sure never the weekend. It with be really full. But all in all its a fun place

Times have changed. Most machines were out of ticket. Refilling was the wait. Lucky we got points and not free play mins. Time would be ticking if you have to wait on anything. And to think it was MY BIRTHDAY.

Things have changed since I was a kid. The nonchalant demeanor of the staff was appalling.

If I can give no stars I would. Definitely under staffed waited over a hr and a half for one pizza. Literally was in like for 30 mins to order only one register open. Its the weekend come on now my kid card was up before we even got a chance to eat

The manager on duty tonight was amazing. We have a small problem with our food and she responded right away. I appreciate the great service, great food, and fun time with my family.

In an age when many Chuck E Cheese restaurants are run down and filthy, this one seems to shine. Clean restaurant, working games and very friendly staff. The whole family had fun!

We have visited CEC 2 times in the past year. It has truly changed! #1 the pizza is PHENOMENAL. I dont even like pizza. #2 its so fun for kids and adults. The speed pass makes everything better. We enjoy about 2 hours here for no more than $75 for a family of 4 to play unlimited and eat. Also Chuck E is very skinny now, LOL! I think its also fun for Bdays. Highly recommend the location on N. nellis Blvd.

We went on a Thursday and it wasnt busy at all. We were able to enjoy the games and there was no wait time. I have been to chuck e cheese a lot and never knew that you could save your tickets to get the bigger prizes plus they dont expire! I am definitely going back to this chuck e cheese. The staff was very friendly. My family had lots of fun here.

My husband & I just spent our daughters 5th birthday here; staff was great & food was decent BUT once the night security came on shift, I became nervous. The security guy on shift for Sunday 11/24/19 kept touching & constantly wanting to have his hand on his gun. The guy mustve had insecurities if he felt he needed to have his hand on his gun the entire time before my family & I left at 5:30pm.

First time going as a family with Husband and son. The time spent together was wonderful. Glad we learned about the points vs the timed cards.

My daughter loves the ridiculous mouse. Got here at 5:26 leaving at 7:15 the mouse came out for a birthday boy but that’s it. Apparently mouse comes out every hour on the 30 but he didn’t come out at 5:30, then at 6:30 he came out for the birthday. Birthday parties count as an appearance. So my daughter didn’t get to see the mouse! Typical of this place. Complained to manager but she suggested I wait another 15 minutes and that’s it.We keep going back here because my daughter basically rules my world. Anyway the mouse came out and actually spent a few minutes with the kids today! My daughter was brave enough to give the mouse a hug. Whoever was the mouse at 4:30 today, awesome job! The food is still not good so 3stars still seems fair.

It was pretty amazing! However, the games mess up a lot and run out of tickets. But the very efficient staff fixed the issues immediately !

I am sure they are doing the best they can on limited resources, but the past several times I have taken the kids here many of the machines are broken or not functioning correctly, Many of the games take credits off of your card but do not activate the game. I imagine this isnt an issue to the majority of customers as most seem to be purchasing the unlimited play for a period of time option, but I had previous cards with balances from before they offered that option and lost several dollars worth to non-responsive games. Also the unlimited play for a given time period lends itself to many adults camping out at certain games for very extended periods of time and preventing children from being able to play many of the actual, working ones.

Its pretty big compared to the store in Colorado. There was 8 of us. 5 adults and 3 kids! Oh man did we have a blast! Employees all but 1 had good attitudes. One just seem like she didnt want to be there.

We went during the morning when they first opened up, the horse ride has not been taken care of and many of the games do not work properly, several ran out of tickets and the workers didnt care, the costume chuck was rude and did not have fun with the kids. The food was overly greasy and gross wont go back

Went for a friends daughters birthday party. Not as crowded as I wouldve expected on a Saturday afternoon, so that was nice. The party host staff was great, but I wish they felt like they can speak up more when they deal with other pushy patrons getting in the way of some of us who were waiting patiently for our turns to take pictures with Chuck or to redeem tickets

They threatened to call the police if we weren’t out the doors by 9:30. pm. My family and I were celebrating my grandson’s 4th birthday at this Chuck E Cheese when the security guard told us that they are closing in 15 minutes, which was 9 pm. My family consist of 11 and everyone was having a great time. Then kids were cashing in there tickets (only 3 machines were working) the kids what straight to the toy section.once they printed their slips and the security guard said that if we are not out by 9:30, he would have to call the police. This is absolutely ridiculous and Unacceptable!! I

Came for a birthday party. The party person was pretty uninvolved. Kids were promised cotton candy and then told they couldnt have it. Some of the prizes on display were out of stock. The bathroom had no soap or paper towels.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Chuck E. Cheese location. Courteous employees, all the games were working, and the inside was clean and appeared updated in the last 5 years or so. It has the newer faux wood flooring around the front desk area that the more recently updated stores get. Considering the location I expected it to be a bit rundown. Dont under estimate this one, almost as good as the Henderson location, and way closer if youre near East Vegas. My only negative is that they didnt require people to get a new plate for each salad bar visit... unsanitary.

My kids love this place. I usually do the salad bar because I try to eat healthier. I wish they could add more health options for partys and stuff. I could totally see parents coming more if they had like a juice bar or something even if they sold protein shakes I would so buy them. I understand it is a kids place but adults have to bring the kids so can we make some cool ideas for parents too.

The location on Nellis is need of some major TLC. Weekends are always busy..and they are usually under staffed. Ticket counters are not working, noone can help your because they are focusing on the front counter only. Hey Management we know you get a bonus for saving company money on staffing but it sucks for the customer experience !

Jose is awesome! Literally every machine was out of tickets and he was so unbothered that he was going machine to machine. Great energy and patient. The manager Cindy however is the complete opposite. Rude, irritable and bothered by every question. NOT friendly at all

It was fun for Paula to have her 5 th birthday party here. The staff were all very nice and helpful, the food was good, pizza and wings especially tasty. Chucky himself danced and sang with the kids, and posed for pictures. All the menu items are basically ordered as you want them, and it was reasonable since they have so much rides, games and entertainment the kids really enjoyed included in the party package we choose. Id recommend this pizza party for any childs birthday celebration. And we will be back soon for more fun.

This is definitely the worst chuckee cheese Ive ever visited. I dont know how it has a 4.0My daughter wanted chuckee cheese for her bday with cousins so I took everyone here, it was a total of 12 of us. Worst mistake ever! 1st of all it was definitely NOT CLEAN, very dirty. Pepsi, Sierra mist, were out on both machines and when we told them instead of replacing it they just put signs on them saying it was out of order. The pizza they served was badly done, barely had any cheese, or meat on it, super sloppy! Out of the 6 sloppy pizzas we ordered for our large group we ended up taking home 2 1/2 because no one really cared for it. The salad bar was also a waste of money! We went this past Tuesday so Idk if the place didnt have a manager, or if it was being ran by a bunch of clowns. I sure didnt make a complaint about anything because there was just so many wrongs I felt it would be useless, instead I made sure my daughter had a good time playing games. Dont waste your money coming here its gross and staff doesnt really care about making sure youre well taking care of after spending so much money.

Chuck e cheese can never be replaced. It is better than it was when I first went 30 something years ago.

Chucky is supposed to come out once an hour. When it was supposed to be time the countdown came on the screen and they played the song but chucky never came out for the kids. The kids enjoyed the games though.
