Its a frickin volcano on water!!!Yeah, its cool.Just one of those things you gotta see.Great place to warm up on a cool Vegas night.
Love this experience! If you like fire then you must come see this attraction! Brought our sister here when she came to visit and she was absolutely amazed! Get here early though to get a good spot, and keep in mind that due to covid they are only playing it every hour starting at 8pm!
The first time we went there, nothing happened except for a tiny flame that appeared for only a brief moment. The second time we went to see the show, it was definitely worth the second chance. It was very impressive to watch, and always caught your attention. You could feel the heat and it was loud, but not overly loud.
The volcano show is good. It shows on the hour starting at 8pm and the last show is at 11pm I believe. You can literally feel the heat from the fire.
100x better than the Bellagio water show. Not sure why more people don’t know about this but it is a must. If positioned correctly can feel the heat from the volcano eruption.
Very cool attraction! A must see! Just 3 minutes of your evening.
You can feel the heat going onto your face at this show, contrary to popular belief, that’s not real lava coming out of the volcano, it’s just colored liquid.
Awesome...clean...nice...friendly...paying out ...lucky and delicious with a bit of refreshing. Put it all in a blender and make yourself a great vacation flavored smoothie.
The first megahotel built in LV with only the best quality no low bidders excellent service great restaurants enjoy!
Really amazing water and fire displays outside the Mirage. On the hour each evening you are treated to a Las Vegas show of music, pyrotechnics, and water displays. Tons of water fountains and waterfalls makes for an excellent photo or video backdrop on the strip. The closer you stand to the railing, you can feel the heat of the volcano.
Well timed show with water and fire set to a jungle beat. Worth watching.
Kids loved the show. Can be scary for younger kids. Lasts about 5 minutes.
This is a must see if you visit The Strip, Last Vegas. It is a thrill. A creative combination of music, fire and water. The show happens stage by stage. The climax is in the end. If you are taking a video wait until the end, dont miss the last part. If you are with children try to secure a spot near the fence 15 to 2o minutes before it starts, if not you will have to carry them to show them what happens at ground level. The one on top of the rock is visible from a distance. Since people crowd in a limited space and your focus is on the show, it is important to be careful with your valuables.
When seen from the right angel it is amazing. Definitely a must see!
Its been a staple in Las Vegas since I was a kid! I remember watching the volcano as 7, 8 year old 30 years ago! Its nostalgic
Extrodanary . Great show great covid precautions as well
A classic on the Strip. Free, and feel the heat from 100 feet away!!!
The Volcano Show Was NICE!
Really awesome show to watch while walking the strip!
Great show! My son would love it
Very neat show. If you stand down closer to the volcano you can feel the heat. Nice combination of music and fire and water. Shows every hour for a few hours in the evenings. Really enjoyed it.
The Buffet was wonderful. If was clean. The people who worked there were friendly. The volcano was warm and entertaining.
It was so nice every 5 minutes of it!
We liked it. Worth to go.
Always amazing and fun to watch. It is a must see
This is one of the best attractions in Vegas thats available to the public for free. The show lasts only for a few minutes but you get an amazing experience. You can take a look at my video to get an idea of the show. Its best to arrive at the spot before 20 minutes to get a good view of the show. The show happens every day at 8 pm, 9 pm and 10 pm. Its a visual treat that you cant miss when youre in Vegas.
Absolutely beautiful display, would love to go again and see it.
Whats not to LOVE about a FREE show?It happens in front of Mirage Hotel & Casino. If you havent seen the eruption yet, you should absolutely stop by, it doesnt take too much time out of your day and it only adds to the excitement and magic of your vacation! From children to adults, everyone had a smile on their faces while watching the well put together fire/water show. An absolute delight to watch it!You would be able to feel the heat of the fire on your face while standing far away from actual volcano. A spectacular 5-minute show, plenty of good sound effects and fire being used for the volcano, fire syncs with the music-all makes it one fab show.Timings: The volcano is scheduled to erupt at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. An additional 10 p.m. show will be offered Friday and Saturday.Unlike Bellagio Fountain show, it happens twice a day so make sure you grab a spot before starting
Great show you can actually feel the heat of the fake volcano fire at the mirage. Its easy to get a front row seat standing right next to it. Shows at 8 and 9 pm it is free and it can be cancelled based of sensors in the volcano that shuts it off when it is to windy.
You can really feel the heat from The Volcano
I was definitely not expecting this show! The heat could be felt from the sidewalk. Definitely worth arriving 10 minutes early to get a front row spot.
Free, fun, safe social distance activitie for family or individuals
So much fun. The show is brief, about 5 minutes, but very entertaining. If you stand near the valet area, you feel the heat from the volcano. Check the schedule for times and arrive early to get a good spot.
Very fun to go to, definitely do it. Its only three times in the evening I think, you can check the times on the website. You should make sure to be on time because it can get busy. Afterwards you can go to the Bellagio fountains because thats more often.
Nice Fire Show tonight.***
Amazing show great at night you will have a great time watching!
Get there 10 minutes prior show time, because there will be tons of people trying to compete the front rows. I was lucky to get the front row view. The show was amazing. On the way i was wondering how a water show can resemble a volcanic eruption. I got my answer as red lights, fire, and water shoot up the same direction which looks similar to magma rupture. However, beware that there will be gasoline smells and loud noise during the show.7/9/2018
Its a artificial volcano show and best part is, it is free. The shows happens at Mirage Casino. Its so good that you can feel the heat out of the flames.
Awesome show to see on the strip.
Got to watch it from my hotel room and from out front while I was there. Was a fun show.Extremely hard to see when out front because people line up like crazy.... People needed the best spots so you have a lot of people sneaking in front of you. Sucks when youre short. Would recommend getting there early if you want a great view and dont want to hold your camera above you you see anything. I would recommend it as a free show while in town. :)
Best show in the strip (after Bellagio Fountain)
Was larger louder and longer than expected. We enjoyed every moment of the show! Just a warning if your little ones are scared of big flames and bright lights dont get a spot right on the water because THIS SHOW IS HUGE!!
One of those free things that you got to do when in Vegas. The fire manipulation is pretty cool.Tip- if you are catching Love at the Mirage at 9:30, it’s perfect timing to see the 8:30 volcano show and head on in to grab a quick bite and go get in line.
What an awesome display of technology and scenery. Really loud, and hot. Think I lost some arm hairs as I was filming. A must see if you are in Vegas.
This was well worth it! I attended the 10:00pm show and it started about 4 minutes late. It starts of slow with rumbling and glowing rocks. Smoke starts rolling off the top. And then red and orange (Lava) spray bursts from the top along with the amazing bass boosted acoustics. Then comes Fire! ( I would hate to pay their gas bill lol) This continues for about 6-7 minutes and just when you think its over the final eruption happens shown by a very large fireball and spray shooting very high into the night sky! Definitely a stunning show! And free!
Interesting volcano show in front of the Mirage Hotel, which combines fire, music and water features.
Typically the best free show on vegas strip !Ive seen Bellagio fountains, the burj-al Dubai’s 20 min show as-well.This is has a special flavor to it, its the best bang you can get for free !Fire & water make a breathtaking avenue lasts for about 3 mins. Its always crowded as the walkway around it is slim.Must see !
Loved the show! The lights, the water, the feeling of the music. Definitely a show to check out, and its free!
Spectacular show of firework in a form of volcano erupting. Everyone enjoys watching it in the night time. It comes up every 30 min between 8 pm and 10 pm ?.
This is one of the most exciting places i would definitely like to visit over and over again. The fire show happens every one hour during the night and lasts like around 20 min which is so cool. Having beautiful lights along with the phenomenal atmosphere out there will bring you a wonderful night with your family or friends
I really liked it! The gradual eruption of the volcano accompanied with the ancient kind of beats and music. The heat, the sound, the lights, and the flames... It was quite powerful and feels like a real mini but powerful volcano eruption was happening right in front of you, however it would not endanger you in any way.
If youre in Vegas do stop by the Mirage Volcano show. The show itself is quick, about 4 minutes. Get there 5-10 minutes early to secure a good spot as it get very crowded even during the week. Located on the strip and within walking distance of hotels, shops, and restaurants.
Super fun! My 5 year old son LOVED it! He wont stop talking about the fire and lava it gets warm if your close!
This show is OK but its not as impressive as you might expect. I dont quite understand the high rating it has. Yes, its free and its not bad but...
Nice combination of music and fire and water
Love staying at the Mirage central location on the strip of Las Vegas!
Great view from the hotel side, if you have seen it from the street check it out from the other side. Lots of fire!
Not a bad show. You can feel the heat from the flames.
If you are in vegas and roaming on the strip, dont forget to check out the volcano show at the mirage. Its a free show and happen from 6 pm but it is worth watching. If you are stayimg in mirage you can ask for room with volcano view. Dont miss this amazing fire show on the strip
Amazing, show is every hour starting 8 pm
The vibes and the overall atmosphere around this place is so energetic and What a spectacular combination of lights and music with fire! This is absolutely a must watch show on Las Vegas strip. You definitely wouldn’t want to miss out on this one! It comes at evening during different intervals. No videos or photos can do justice no matter what camera phone or DSLR you have. It’s true beauty could only be experienced with your eyes! Most noteworthy thing about this show is that it’s totally free of cost and lasts for about 20 minutes. I’ve never seen such a thrilling show before for free. Totally loved it.
Love the fire show
Fantastic surprise. We did not think it was so magnificent. Sound, light, fire, smoke and water in combination
Very nice show, a mix of fire and water. It only lasts 5 minutes
To short but what was, was great
Awesome to watch, its loud but fabulous
Really fun and free! Must get there 30 min before hand to have a good view!
It is Cool that thats is a volcano thare the show was really cool you should go there
First time I ever saw the show was when I was a kid about 20 years ago, finally saw it again and was still just as cool as I remembered. Wish it was more often then once a night as it gets kinda crowded but we got there early enough to get up close.
While short, its a great little show, especially for the kids! Definitely worth checking out at least once while youre in Vegas!
We arrived here late in the afternoon to get dinner and to tour around the Mirage Hotel & Casino to include the activities they had to offer. One important item was the Volcano display that we were told to go go see after dinner which we went in search of the activity. We were told we should definitely stop by because it didnt take much more than ten minutes of time. We were very excited to see this display and feel the heat of the fire on our faces while standing and watching the show. There were great sound effects during the show that occurred with the fire being used in the show.
One of the kind attraction.
One of my favorite free shows on the strip a must see. Shows nightly. Starts at 7 or 8. About 3 or 4 shows per night, on the top of the hour. Located at the Mirage.
Pretty cool
One of the better free options you can enjoy after Bellagio, be on time as that would give the complete sense of story
Great show!
Very beautiful. Its along the road side. And is for free
We waited there for close to 40 mins for the show to begin but i would say that time is worth it to wait for such a beautiful show.
Its nice but VERY short. Just a couple minutes in total.
Yes!!! Check online to see the days and times the volcano goes off. It varies a little bit depending on the day you are there. Weekend time and weekdays are different.
Absolutely Amazing!
Really nice show.
Awesome show, it was amazing! 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm and 11pm!! Make sure to stand back some to take it all in.
This is just crazy, and exactly what you expect from Vegas! First saw it from the my hotel window and was wonder whether hell was going on! Turns out that this Volcano erupts quite often!Really is a great thing to watch.
Saw this show from my window at Harrahs and it was pretty cool. then got to watch from across the street and it was even better. Definitely worth checking out if youre in town
So much fun
Wasnt worth the hype if you want to see something spectacular got to the Le Rêve show at the Wynn hotel.
Really cool. The sound is great the fire is amazing, you can feel the heat from the flame. I enjoyed this very much and is a must see when in Vegas.
It was worth the wait
Its really imoressive... Just too bad you have to be in Vegas to see it...
Good show
Was a great show, unfortuantly i was when it was raining most my trip (typical luck). Star off because the veiwing areas were cramped the two times i went (this was mid week and rain so wasnt exactly peak time)
Great show! A must see! Get a drink and walk there!
Really good show with very hot fire. If you are epileptic stay away. Woman in front of me passed out because of the heat and stimulation.
