There are a lot of Poke stops in a relatively small area. The park has 3 gyms. Outside of Pokemon, it seems like a good park; big playground, large field, and several gazebos and covered benches to eat, socialize, and commence general merrymaking.

This is a quaint little park. The only bad thing was that it seemed to be heavily populated by homeless who obviously had been camping out there.The picnic tables had lots of improper graffiti. There is a water park here but the water did when we were there.The bathrooms were open and there were drinks too wash up in.I dont give this high marks though it is function.

Same as last review lots of homeless people. I play Pokémon from my car and Ive gotten out a little and I dont get bothered seen a L.V.M.P.D Officer drive thru today he wave back at me . I do have Uber stickers on my car and a light.

Great park lots of jungle gym stuff there are some homeless people there and since its a small park your see them but they keep to themselves from what Ive seen. Good park for Pokemon go too.

Its a great park with a good playground and facilities. But, its so out of the way and under visited that its got a pretty big homeless population during the summer days that are just looking to catch some shade from the summer sun. Theyre not a bother at all, but if that sort of thing freaks you out (especially with children) maybe try a more frequently popular time.

Nice sized park, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a firehouse, and ball fields across the street. It is relatively cool no matter the temperature due to lots of shade trees. Overall a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Its a pretty clean park, but it had way too many homeless people around. I was there with my friend, we had to leave because we didnt feel safe.

Were here every other week. Always quiet. No one bothers anyone.

Fun playground for younger kids. Nice amount of trees and shade.

Water is off before 7 or 8. The homeless people there never bother you, they just have nowhere to go, and are down on their luck.

Great Gem in the middle of the city. Very well maintained. Dont worry about the bum in the alley, he good people. Unless hes been huffing spray paint. Then you might want to give him a wide berth.

It is a low key park. Great for the little ones. The playground has a real soft mat. So if your kids get to rowdy. No need to worry if they fall.

Its a nice little park. Nothing exceptional, not cleaned that regularly, but cosy enough especially at night.

Nice big trees to climb, splash pad, playground, grass. Keep an eye on your children though as there are a few squatters around.

WARNING. GLASS IN PLAYGROUND AREA Used to go to this middle school across street. Park was run down and beat up back then, now its been remodeled and looks amazing. Within 5 minutes of being there i noticed tons of kids running around. Shoes, no shoes, whatever cause the splash park. I FOUND MULTIPLE pieces of glass from broken bottles, small pieces, large jagged pieces, you name it. Be careful out there guys, alwys check the park before your kid plays no matter how many times you been there.

This park is full of homeless and is not safe anymore.How can u allow homeless take over this playground.someone needs to remove them from here because if the kids get near the playground or run near they start to flip out and Harris the kids.The city needs to do something about it.

The area is not the best, and fights are happening in the area often.
