From the moment we went and spoke to the lady who was at the ticket counter and until it was our turn. It was fast moving and not that much waiting. The staffs that helped us getting geared up and all. All wonderful! Shout out to the one who made me feel at ease before opening that door and push. As I glided down i couldn’t help but yell like Tarzan it was memory made during this time ( Pandemic and all) smile and collecting memories one place at a time.Thank you to the entire gang that worked on Sunday July 19,2020 around 1800!!! You all FOR REAL ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!
After getting to the platform at 1015 to start our boarding process, we got harnessed up and proceeded to wait on a crowded platform (NO social distancing was being observed) we were PACKED onto the elevator after operators had argued about whether or not to let us up because there were too many people. While waiting, we observed a technical issue where a woman was not released when the gate dropped then released late as the gate was trying to come back up. This was not reassuring and after getting up to wear we would get hooked at 1130 (waiting on a crowded level 5 platform in the cold and still no social distancing) we watched them fixing something and decided we would try to get our tickets exchanged for the lower zipline. The ride operator had said we could ask for him so we wouldnt have to wait again after exchanging our ticket. We went down to the ticket booth and the rude cashier explained we would have to pay 10 per ticket and still wait another hour to board in order to observe social distancing. I walked out of there after wasting 2 hours and 100$ for BS covid guidelines and to be treated rudely. DONT WASTE YOUR $
Awesome experience. Would have rode it for another 10 blocks... Great job guys
The zip line was awesome... a lot of fun and recommend to anyone if they have the cash. Its a bit expensive but again a lot of fun (like 2 min of fun) I rated 3 stars because of the false info I received from an employee. I was trying to find the beginning of the zip line and an employee directed me to go to the end of the line instead of the beginning. Im not sure if he thought this would be funny but I didnt. Eventually I found the begining and was able to go even though I was past my reservation time (because of the employees invalid directions). Once up on the platform we got all the gear on and was able to do the zip line. The wait far exceeded the high however. So with all that I give it a 3 star this is being generous.
It was fun, but I hate that we went online to reserve a time slot in advance, just to find out that the time is not guaranteed AT ALL. We stood in line for 1.5 hrs and still didnt even get to go up and start donning our gear until after that. We rode 45 minutes after our scheduled time. So, be prepared to wait. Standing on concrete. Not moving very much. Of course, if youre prepared for this, its worth the money!
I went on this Zipline four times it was so fun. I loved every minute of it. Fast moving lines, courteous staff and doing both while being safe.-Thanks
The actual zip line was amazing. Things to know you have to book in advance its at least a 5 hour wait. I did book a reservation and they could not find it ... that kind of sucked because I had to wait a additional 2 hours but the zip line its self totally recommended
Fun ride but be sure to do it superhero style! I would definitely recommend that you purchase your tickets online before you get there.
If youre afraid of heights like I am... this experience was the right balance of excitement and fear which equated to a good time. Just do it
VERY UNORGANIZED. WHY BOOK A TIME TO GO ZIPLINING WHEN THEY WAIT AN EXTRA HOUR TO BRING YOU UP JUST TO WAIT IN ANOTHER LINE? WASTE OF MONEY
So much fun, definitely a fun way to zoom down the Fremont Experience! Did the super hero so you go the full length! Everything went thru super smooth and the staff was excellent on getting you strapped in and safety checked and on your way to a fun experience! A must do!
The line was quick and efficient. Unfortunately we spent $150 on tickets and pictures just for them to all come out blurry. I dont do good with heights and I finally went on slotzilla this year. Too bad I cant prove it to anyone. Very disappointing.
Had a confirmed appt for 3. When arrived I was told they gave my tickets away already so it could be me. Then refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. Just make sure you call before you leave the house on your wifes birthday.
The staff is great!! I was super nervous, first time ziplining, the staff was able to keep me calm and help me follow thru with my flight. They are very thorough and safe. I am so happy for my experience! Thank you. Remember if you rent the video to get it in the office before you head upstairs.
Love this place...kids must be 16 or older. Great prices. Great thrill.
Price is a little high but its super fun! 50$ for the lay down zip line which lasts about 30 seconds
Fun fun fun. 11 stories high over Freemont St. A must do while youre in Vegas.
Just asked simple questions over the phone before I visited for the first time in Vegas, the lady who answered the phone was so Rude, BIG TIME! I decided I didn’t want to do it anymore, she changed my mind from even trying it. I will not be spending my money on this ride all because of her poor uncomfortable Customer Service Skills.
First time trying Zip Line ever!! Absolutely amazing! It might seems a bit scary at first (especially when you’re about to get on the elevator to go to the top and especially for those who are not such good friends with height), but by the time you actually get to the top and hooked to the Zip Line you’ll enjoy the ride and the beautiful view of the street. My recommendation: try the “Super Hero”!
Its fun but its just like loosing money in the casino for a short thrill.
I highly recommend SlotZilla Zipline, specifically the higher, prone-position line. I have been on several ziplines throughout my lifetime including the zipline at the Linq, and none of them could compare to the prone-position line at SlotZilla Zipline. It felt like I was flying through Fremont street with my arms out like wings. The crew ensured my boyfriend and I felt safe and secured before they released us down the zipline. They have excellent photo quality, so I also highly recommend paying the extra money so you can share your experience with others
Slotzilla was a experience I’d never forget. I did the Superman position. A lot of people don’t know this but you can rent a GoPro camera for a additional $15 bucks. Ask whoever’s at the ticket booth when redeeming your tickets. You’ll have your photos and video sent to you by email or uploaded onto a website (Slotzilla will give you instructions on how to access them). Thanks guys for the fun & memories
Fun but short experience... the wait is about an hour after your scheduled time.Great and polite staff.
I was there on the 20th of August. I am handicapped and require mobile Assistants. The staff was incredibly helpful getting me up to the 11th floor and had a wheelchair waiting for me at the other end of the ride. Thanks to all of you for making my experience a great one. Buy the way 50 bucks, is cheaper than 5 minutes on the slot machine. The ride was awesome.
Awesome! Price is perfect, fun meter is rockin, and its in the freeky Freemont! Imagine flying like you just dont care while blown OUT YOUR MIND. Im kidding peeps. I mean if thats what you do, youll also enjoy it. Since i dont roll like that, it was still fantastic. Their commitment to safety and making sure you are harnessed in is appreciated. All walks of like do this! If you want to take a picture, please, go to the ending point as the people riding/flying are much closer and easier to photograph. Only a certian number can go at a time, so you may have to wait. Our wait wasnt long at all. You can also choose to lay flat or sit on your ride. Worth your time and money.
Was fun and felt safe as far as the zip line. I had no wait and staff were friendly. Not sure on their COVID 19 cleaning between customers for the harnesses. Didnt seem to be any. Would be nice if they posted that.
My 1st time and the experience was great! I will do it again
Great time. Not too busy, but hot!
It was fun a little short but it was fun my kids enjoyed it must do if you go here it just a little crazy and it need more security, we almost got rob,0you have to watch out for the people around you, maybe because it was labor day weekend
Terrible organization. We booked for 10:00PM and actually rode around 10:40PM. Be prepared to wait! The guys at the top setting everyone up for launch were great but the girl at the landing was horrible. I attempted to lift myself a bit off the platform to help reduce weight in the buckles and to avoid a pool of sweat on the platform and she yelled at me to “lay down”. Gross. Then when she removed my bag from the hook above me she dropped it on my back and yelled “sh$t that’s heavy” no apology and no remorse. Extremely rude.Overall not worth the cost to fly. Too long of a weight, too disorganized and too many rude people.
Participate with extreme caution. Unprofessional staff. Safety equipment not on correctly. Didnt get 2nd safety check. Staff would rather screw around with each other versus putting safety equipment on riders. Could not believe what I had gotten myself into. Very poor attraction for the usually high quality seen in Vegas.
Very very interesting! The whole family had fun but did not like the two naked nuns standing around asking for money. Other then that it was cool!
As a person afraid of heights it actually was pretty cool. Had a great time. Felt very secure and the staff was really friendly.
Loved it! It was very fun and invigorating. We did superman style and dont regret it at all.
Scary but fun. Definitely recommend if you are in Vegas
Awesome fun for everyone great prices. No lines when I went this time.
Nice experience going down to old LV. The old casinos and hotels from the 50s. Played some blackjack at the D casino and won a couple of hundreds and cashed out and got out of dodge.Went to go get something to eat at some restaurant across the way from the Heart Attack Grill. The Heart Attack Grill has a burger thats almost 10,000 calories and is a little strange with everyone sitting there in hospital gowns and getting beat with a paddle.Good place to see street performers and be nostalgic about the mafia hanging in these hotels and casinos.
This is a great must do ride. Located on Fremont st (the old strip) and an amazing place to visit. The ride is well worth the 47 dollars. I went right when it opened so I didnt have to deal with the line and I suggest that. The line can get long so keep that in mind.
Long wait lines. Actual boarding time is no where close to where we actually got on. Employees are rude and entire area smells of weed. Not kid friendly at all. Not worth the hassle.
TERRIBLE THEY RUDE AND DONT GIVE OUT REFUNDS. NEVER AGAIN. ITS A WASTE OF TIME. GO TO FLY LINQ. VERY REASONABLE PRICES THERE.
Loved loved loved zip lining. It was fun definitely try to do this if your ever on Fremont St.!
A must try in Las Vegas. Unless your afraid of heights. Two different levels to choose from and you get an awesome view!
Good adrenaline rush, not as bad as it seems. Arrive early and expect to wait a little.
Really fun but if you choose to sit you will only go for about 20 seconds.Great to do with kids but make sure you have a reservation or else you probably wont be able to go.
Was great! My wife and I loved it and would do it again!
Its ok.... not as thrilling as I was hoping it to be. A good experience though.
So worth trying the Zipline adventure. My kids enjoyed it.
Amazing views of Fremont street as you whizz above it. The build up is nerve wracking but the staff are fun and friendly and do a good job of putting your mind at rest. When that slot opens prepare to push yourself out and enjoy the views below you. Definitely a must do.
Add to your lost of things to do in Vegas. It was super neat and the adrenaline rush was worth the $45 bucks I paid for the bigger one where they strap you superman style. I do recommend getting their early to book your spot or booking online. We got their around 9 and we were unable to get a reservation until 1140 and didnt actually zip until close to 1am.Everyone was super nice and the pictures at the end were hilarious!
The lines kinda sucks... moves slow but the zip line is so cool!
Took my money and never got a ticket. Rip off
I highly recommend going early and on a weekday. We went on a Saturday night and bought our tickets at a certain time but that doesn’t matter we still had to wait, but they did seem to honor our order based on time slot.We did wait in line for the “superhero” style for 2 hours. The people working the attraction work hard and fast while paying attention to safety. The shorter cheaper ride where you sit barely had a line, but if we were going to do it we wanted to do the superhero one.
A must do if youre in Vegas on Fremont! So much fun!
Soo exciting!!! Amazing experience. Did the superman ride, the view is great and the employees explained everything great and were friendly.
Had a great time! Went all the way, Superman style. Wasnt scary at all, really fun. Lasted a lot longer than I anticipated! $20 for one photo or $40 for them all in digital form. They have a good sized bag for your belongings that goes with you so no need to throw away souvenir cups or stash purses and such, you can take with you!!
First time ZIPLINING and it was great!
I have been o this once and it was one of the coolest experience that you can have looking done on all the people was so cool would definitely recommend
Booked an reservation earlier this year for 3 people. It got canceled several times due to covid. I was in email communication with one of their staff the whole process. We lost one member of our party because the trip didnt work with their schedule now almost 6 months later. The employee was very acommodating and said a refund would be made for the 3rd rider price. I knew they dont give refunds but this was an extreme case due to manditory lockdowns amd thanked her. Advance to the night of our ride. I get to ticket booth with all of my emails on hand. They would not refund my third ticket price of $50.00. I pushed a little harder and reviewed the emails with them and finally got them to agree to a refund. They would only put it back on the same card. That card expired a couple months ago so I offered my new card. They needed that exact card. I kept referring to the employee in the email and they said she doesnt even work there anymore. So because of this they didnt need to stand behind any of the correspondence. Long of the short I, paid over $150.00 for two tickets. They wouldnt even give me a cheap tshirt to maybe offset some of my loss. This interaction before the ride ruined the whole experience.
There wasnt any great customer service until you get upstairs. The person selling tickets was rude and did not even mention that there was glasses harness for your prescription eyeglasses. The guy who disconnected me from the harness even mentioned he was upset they didnt mention it either.
Loved it so fun first time laying down in a zip line so much fun
Best time ever! Great memories!
It was fun but not what I expected.
I wouldve given this ride 5 stars but I didnt because Im scary. This the SCARIEST thing Ive ever done. If you are an adrenaline junkie this is definitely the ride for you. It only cost $25 if sitting and $45 if laying down.If you wear glasses you must take them off. They give you a bag to put all of your personal belongings in and they attach it to you.As you approach the end youre still going at full speed before hitting the stopper. Youre then dangling above. I was scared out off my mind...LOL Have fun. Its an experience youll never forget.(Hit Like if this helps please)
So much fun. Watch put for the sudden stop at the end.
So much fun! This was one of the things I was looked forward to the most on my trip! I wish I had been brave enough to do the zoom line, as the zipline seemed to be over too quickly. But Im a chicken. And Im cheap. But I loved it! The line builds as the night goes on. We got in line at sunset and had about a 30 minute wait. We were told if we got in line 20 minutes later it would likely be over an hour. By the time it was our turn, the sun had set and we got the night time ride I wanted without having to stand in line forever. The only negative thing is that we had to climb several flights of stairs. They have an elevator so I dont know why they told us to use the stairs. It was over 100 degrees and we were tourists not used to the heat. So we didnt appreciate that. I would definitely kindly insist on the elevator if I did it again. Otherwise staff was friendly and we had a great time!
Paid for tickets for an incorrect date and immediately caught my mistake. Called in to request a cancellation within minutes of the transaction and not was not only provided a refund, but was met with incredibly rude customer service. They seem to have a habit of stealing your money, based on previous reviews.
If you get a chance definitely come down to Freemont and do slotzilla. We did the lay down version which is the length of the whole strip and is the highest under the largest led screen. The ride is thrilling and definitely worth every penny when you are flying over everyone on the strip and see all the original hotels and casinos on both sides of you with all the lights. Once you do it once you will want to go again and again highly recommend getting online and booking it ahead of time so save the wait then just show up when its time and would recommend waiting till night so you can get the full effect of the strip.
Did the seated zip. Was really good. Try the Superman zip since it goes all the way to the end of Fremont Street. Then you can walk back up. The only thing I hated was their system went down five minutes before we arrive. I recommend purchasing your tickets online.
What a joke this place is. My husband and I booked tickets for this zipline when we booked our vacation a month before we came to Vegas. The day before our trip I broke my leg. I called slotzilla to get a refund because I physically could not get on a zip line... Offered to send them the doctors not and everything. The last on the phone who claimed she was the manager said there are not refunds under any circumstances .. but that it charge a $13 per ticket cancelation fee for the 52 dollar ticket.. but a $15 cancellation fee for the 32 dollar ticket that we purchased.. like huh?? Regardless. I found it to be so upsetting and unprofessional .. I legitimately could not go on the zip line because of a physical condition that was not foreseen. What terrible way to treat people .
The ride was less than 10 seconds for 32 dollars. Total waste of money. Also they don’t allow you to do the entire strip. It’s less than half of the street and not much to see that you don’t already see when your walking around. They don’t allow you to take out your phones at your own risk because they want you to buy their photos.
Not worth the price but its fun. Pretty short ride unfortunately.
Me and my friend paid the $50 each she received her ticket before me yet her time stamp was 20 minutes behind mine. We waited in line watching people come after us and take off before. I went and asked for a refund when I was told that we needed to continue to wait till the entire line was gone. The extremely rude female refused a refund or to make the situation right. When we finally reached the top my friend was came at aggressively and she stepped back. (Guessing the rude representative down below had told them to pull us already) I asked him to not touch her inappropriately. He told us to drop our bags and leave before security was called. Even though security was already waiting down below. Never have I ever had a worst transaction in Vegas, I come several times a year.
This was amazing flying over all the people, stores, when you book online it moves quick.
Is a good experience if you like adrenaline, they dont let you use the phone and record while riding, but if you like risk take your phone and record the ride.
Terrible. Very long wait. Slow process. Understaffed. Rude management. It might have been smoother in early August but not this weekend. Waste of 3 hours!
Super fun & totally worth the $50
This was fun!Fun factYou can only ride the full zipline laying flat on your tummy as if you are flying. If you want to go in the sitting position it takes you about half way through. You’ll carry all your items in a black bag that snaps on your harness. Approximately it was about 30ppShort quick funThey also take your picture and Offer it for another $15-$20 at the end
It was a fun ride! I would suggest going down the upper line.
Was fun...just a long wait
Had a freaking ball! Best experience ever
Friendly fun staff. This was a lot of fun. Will be back!
Loved it!! I would absolutely do it again!
Must try zip 25$one way its fun filled activity
I prefer the zip line at the linq because You get more for you money and don’t have to wait as long.
