Positive: front desk was nice Negative: Not modern enough
The staff was rude. Theres a 100$ deposit for cash only when the website I booked through and their own says 25$. Would not refund the difference because the place u booked called their manager. The room was dirty, the AC cover was falling off the wall, the bed frame was too big for the bed. Would definitely not stay here again. One of the worst rooms I have ever been in. Rooms by the pool are for weekly guests only and they said the pool wasnt open. Very horrible place.
Ok.. I dont know about all these complaints.. yes it is in a not great area of town.. but seriously, the manager is very kind and willing to help people who need help. My family and I had no where to go and they helped us. The people up front are amazing and maintenance is very timely. The rooms were not big, or luxurious, but I never encountered bed bugs. Only a couple roaches and honestly, I came from a home infested with scorpions. Roaches are the least of my worries.. the people staying here are nice. Our neighbors are fantastic and the only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because they were pretty filthy. But I brought my steam mop and my broom and cleaning supplies. I mean come on, they are willing to help you, Ill take what I can get. I have our home super tidy, its cozy, warm, and we are happier here than in our 4br house! Dont listen to the stuff people are saying.. its not true.
Front offices ladies 3 of them pretty good customer service. Anna Marie and two other ones samoan race..real nice people. the only reason i gave 4 stars was the amount been paid for staying there
Positive: As expected, 2 star rating. Clean, reasonably comfortable mattresses and was quiet. Staff was friendly. Worth $---
Im new to the area and was hoping to make this my local place to play slots and grab a meal. I noticed the huge banner across the back of their building saying breakfast special $1.99 from 7am to 11am. I was seated with my boyfriend and a friend and went to order 3 specials. The girls tells me they stopped that special and she cant honor it. I ask for the manager she says she is and still cant honor it. My boyfriend decides to get up and go find the main manager and he as well wont honor the special. First off the big banner is what got me to want to go in. Second how do you tell a customer no when its advertising for what Im asking? We never got the special but ordered anyways. This sign is still hanging. Ill go try to get the special again, if I dont get it Ill take this complaint and false advertising to someone that will fix this. Mind you before I ordered we had been there and dtopped a good amount of money into the slots and signed up for their players club. Too bad for that one very bad experience or Id rate them completely different. Im adding an update 2/13/18 now Ive snapped a couple different photos differ days I walk by and the flyer is still up offering you discount on food. They still wont honor it!
Absolutely awful experience of a motel, hotel, apartments, whatever the hell these are, they’re gross. I met one nice worker and one nice guest staying there and that was all. Everyone else around was sketchy and workers didn’t want to work. Never cleaned rooms, WALKED INTO A CIGARETTE BUTT ON MY FLOOR, I am absolutely dumbfounded by the amount of filth and just overall disrespect this place showed for their guests. Save yourself the money and time and stay somewhere better. You can find a lot cheaper too trust me.
I got there early Sunday morning. An argument broke out between 2 long term renters. 6 police cars had to show up. Then i check in foe 1 night. After checking in, i decided to pay fir a second night. The next morning i discover over 12 bed bug bites.I tell the girl on duty at the desk. She decided after inspecting it herself, there are no bed bugs. She then says a professional will look at it in the morning. I said im no longer comfortable staying here and i want my money back. After a full week of chasing corporate managers on the phone, i still have not even received a phone call. I will not stop pursuing this, until Im made whole.
Nothing good to say. 0/10. Room was disgusting, stains everywhere. Didn’t even stay 5 minutes there. Ended up booking another hotel in the area. The manager switched out deadbolts as soon as we got there. She said that old guests were stealing keys and coming back to he property. We didn’t feel safe and decided to leave.
At first I was kind of skeptical about renting a place here I actually stayed here before and it was actually a nice experience it is true that is not the best of area thats a lot that goes on in Vegas in around this area. But as long as you stay to yourself by your own business I got a good heart who person you should have no problems. Thats a really nice comfortable place big and spacious relaxing never had any issues here feel comfortable like Im right at home I will always come here to the Siegel Suites Great customer service.. is good I have stayed at other locations and I could say one of the places I have stayed at with a Shelter Island and that place was horrible LOL and a couple other places but this is and very reasonable
The is clean. Good customer service I will there again. Thanks
You have to get there and check in by 8pm or you lose whatever amount you paid expedia to reserve the room. this is not a hotel but an apartment complex that offers rooms if they have availability. Expedia will not refund your paid in advance expense if you get there after 8pm. This company is not a hotel and if you try to check in after 8pm you are screwed and will lose your money. do not book this hotel under any circumstances.
If you are thinking of booking here RUN. DONT LOOK BACK. RUN......These properties are little more than transient Hotels not a place to take your family
Staff was friendly, property was clean. Neighborhood is active.
Don’t stay here! Unsafe! Smell of marijuana. Lots of men hanging around watching people from the balcony at midnight. Many people living here. I felt very unsafe. No way to secure the room from inside separate from the keyed deadbolt. I chose not to stay at all. When I walked back to the office to check out, the man at the desk took one look at me and said “did something happen?“ Who says that? He looked truly concerned as if this wasn’t a new thing. I have filed a complaint with Expedia to stop advertising this hotel on their website.
Well to begin with they stated they had recently renovated. Not sure which decade that was but room had mismatched furniture, very badly stained walls and carpet, the window ac/heating unit was from early 80s and I know this because I worked 25 years in hotels and recognized it. It never worked properly and made the whole window shake when it was on. And possibly the worst part was I was never able to get hot water. I was lucky to even manage to get it barely lukewarm. Maint. said they would turn it up but it got worse by my 3rd day. The tv got grainy picture and never did figure out the channels. The casino did not have television reception at all for almost 6 hours Saturday while the NCAA tourney was going on. The best I can say is the staff overall was pleasant and did the best they could with the product they were given. All in all one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in many, many years.
As a hotel employee in another state, i was very disappointed in this place. Employees were very snotty at check in. They didnt tell us much of anything except when we needed to leave by.You get a remote and an actual key with no key ring at check in. There is no phone or microwave in the room. Beds literally feel like your sleeping on a box spring all night. Stains and holes on the underside of both comforters.Looks like most of the place is long term term people and they had a ton of kids running around until late. There was trash every where around the place. For $108 for the night it was not worth it at all! Do not waste your money!
Alejandra was great she was quick and fast and efficient she got us check in a great time frame and the check out process was amazing as well. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable especially the pillows
Went to the bar for a few drinks. Very slow service for a slow evening. The place is remodeled and looks nice from the dump it was before. A few of the other patrons were very shady. But I wasnt bothered. Staff looked tired and overworked. Asked about slot promotions and staff looked at me if I was speaking a foreign language. Dont think Im gonna be back for a while. Nothing special.
Do you remember that gangster movie where they had to hide in a dirty motel and had to take the only room that was left... Still smelled from the corpse that was found there the night before? If you have booked a room in this Siegel, then youre in the middle of this movie. The smell of our dirty room stayed in our clothes. We feared taking off the shoes because of the dirty carpet. The blankets had spots from excrement and must have seen no washing machine since years. The lady at the desk pretended not to have received our booking and wanted to charge us 17$ more.
Nice room but the property is something to be desired.
My Husband, my Brother-In-Law, my Best Friend & myself have been staying here for the past month & have payed rent on time if not a day or two early every time... The cops came to our room & took my husband to jail this morning!! There was no scene made the cops were in & out in about 20 minutes. About 1 or 2 hours later the manager, who is completely rude no matter who you are, came & knocked on our door with 2 men that are employees of this particular Siegel Suites & informed us that because she wasnt aware of the police activity, since the cops didnt go to the office before they came to our room, that they dont condone police activity & we need to leave the property & that they will watch us until were gone!! So, we calmly grab a few items & start to leave because we still have 4 days left that are paid for so we will pack up after the 4 days... Well, this rude manager lets us know that she doesnt want us to stay the remaining 4 days!! So, we ask for a refund of our money for the 4 days, of course!! She gets all upset about asking for the refund & tells us that she wont refund us & now we can stay the 4 days but after that we have to leave. Now we dont want to stay & want our money back because this lady is going to make the next 4 days hell, but no she wont refund our money & she still made us leave for the day!! Like shes punishing us for the cops showing up even though it was out of our control. So stupid... This manager has issues with many other tenants as well!!So, just make sure if you stay here that you dont have any police activity otherwise youll be kicked out & escorted off the property!!
Didn’t think this hotel would be bad. But it’s BAD. There are people who actually live here and the area is horrible. Me and my boyfriend stayed in a hotel up he street for edc and it was perfect no problems whatsoever. However this hotel, I seriously thought we would be robbed or even shot. I would skip this place if I were you.
Sports book and casino are small. Its a very local spot. Bathrooms are hardly ever clean when I go there. And a lot of the regulars look suspect. For a quick sports bet or drink its doable.
I never think twice, to come here,, may not be Best area, but Im always comfortable an in peace, an great! Staff, security also5, I could b in Henderson!!! I still will drive here!!! Hands down!. Thanks for everything! My lime green ! Seigel s
Laidy jazzy at desk was so helpful and patient. Very. Nice warm greeting. And fast check in
Good accommodations and cleanliness, friendly service and employees. Great prices, even on the weekend of EDC, we still got good pricing. Will be a guest in the future as well.
The security and club staff are nice. Bartenders could use some instruction on paying attention to the whole bar instead of concentrating on one person. It doesnt look good when you have to wait 5 minutes for a drink and wanting to gamble.
I NEVER write reviews about my hotels, but feel I should warn others about my experience! This Motel is in what appears to be a seedy part of town to begin with, it also appears to also be a weekly/monthly destination for transients, definitely not a happy family destination!..I am unable to review the actual room however, because I was unable to check in! The front office I was told closes at 8pm and outside office hours it is impossible to get a room! We arrived at approximately 10 pm only to find the office closed with no one around, and no instructions for late check in! Ive never seen this before at a motel/hotel! I went into the on site casino to look for answers, all they could tell me is look for the motel security guard, that he might be able to help. When we couldnt find security after looking around for a bit, I called the hotel phone number listed on my itinerary. I was able to get through to a woman who said she would contact security for us and we waited 15 minutes, no security arrived. I called back, same woman answered, told me she is only a dispatch who contacts security, and couldnt help beyond that, but that she would try to contact them again. We waited another 20 minutes for security to arrive, only to be told there was nothing he could do to get us our room. All he could suggest is that we come back in the morning when the office is open!...YEAH RIGHT! We had to find other accommodations at 11:30 pm!..Beware!
I did not notice that this hotel only allows you to check in between 3 PM and 6 PM. That is quite literal. There is no staff available outside that time, even to call. I tried contacting them before hand when I found out about their limited check in time, but I couldn’t get a hold of anybody. When I finally did, they flat out refused to work with me . When I said I would need to cancel my reservation they hung up flat without even so much as a goodbye. Honestly, given their terrible check-in window I would not list this hotel on Expedia if I were you. I don’t have the luxury of life to try to hit such a limited window for checkin.
You get what you pay for, but the front desk clerks are nice and friendly which made up for the conditions of the unit I stayed in. The restaurant served some of the best Caribbean Jerk chicken I tasted since going there on vac. Wow
Didnt get to stay there, they closed before I was able to check in....
Renovation of this property has been needed for years, hope the remodeled rooms are a start. Area not great, be careful.
They should have mentioned that I needed to check in by midnight as theres nobody at the reception desk after that time and no checking in is possible after that. I booked it via a third party and they didnt inform me either about this annoying thing. We had to settle for a different hotel shelling out extra money.
One room had no running water abd another room the bathroom door was put on wrong and would not close. It took 2 hours to check in and there were so many mistakes with the wrong keys. Some of the people checked out right away due to no running water.
Not as bad as the Las Vegas Blvd location bit not great. There are people shouting outside day and night. Also 2 people run illegal barber shop in front of there doors and there are unattended young children everywhere. I think there selling drugs next door, they have traffic in and out 24/7. If you need to sleep this isnt the place for you.
Its amazing great service clean cozy hardwood floor is great big bath room and bedroom and a nice kitchen big fridge nice tv nice people and nice employlees
I visited a friend who has lived there for several years. She likes it better than the apartment she lived in before. Cleaner and better priced. Frustrated, though, that Walmart closed.
I visited the bar and had a few beers.. The bartender was freindly and the patrons along with myself, were singing along to the R & B songs played throughout.. Pleasant visit overall
This place is absolutely horrid. There is absolutely no privacy. Blinds were missing in our room. We had hang up a blanket to get some privacy. There was so many drug addicts walking around at all hours of the night. We heard people arguing outside at 4am. Tires screeching in the parking lot around the same time. The floors were filthy, as if they forgot to vacuum after the last tenants. The room in general was pathetic. Definitely not worth $60-$120.The staff was ok but other than that i wouldnt recommended this to my worst enemy.
Ghetto ass place. The receptionist a fat white ugly woman who thinks she’s “black” Rachel Dolezal style got smart with me the minute I walked in. I told her NOT TODAY B-TCH. Finally she checked me in. As I was walking to my room I almost got run over by some mane in a Cadillac. The mane living next door was a pimp and was trying to get at me. I almost pulled out my gun and lit him up. I went to sleep in my room, at 2:45 am I was awoken to women screaming and the pimp next door beating them. I called the police, they never showed. Called the front desk, no one answered. I also witnessed what looked like a robbery. When I went to take a bath there was NO hot water. The next morning as I went to check out the fat white woman was sucking someone’s dong in the office. I just threw my room key on the floor and drove off.
Liked nothing about that place, total disaster. Terrible beds, bathroom & shower sucked . Office nasty looking inside .
Although the employees are very nice, I got admitted to a hospital the day it was due and when they held my stuff they have seemed to have “lost” almost half of my clothes, my blanket and pillows. Pretty shady because I spent a lot of money on those clothes. the clothes were dirty when I left and when I picked them up they were magically cleaned and some were even wet like they had been washed and someone was ready to take them home.Just gross.
Love it here it quiet nice and clean and nice employees
It was one of the cleanest local facilities I have ever visited. The atmosphere was perfect. Sports. Drinks. Gaming. Relaxation.
Im always leery of hotel reviews that state not in a good neighborhood. Arent the vast majority of hotels - especially those for $25/night - in areas we would most likely choose not to live in?I never felt in danger here. Security was around, and nearby shopping places are well lit. The room I had was large with a mini-fridge (I was offered a room with a kitchenette, but declined). My only complaint is that the bed was rather uncomfortable, but I also have a talent to be able to sleep on pretty much anything. Again, let me stress this - $25/night.Free meal coupons were an added bonus, and the desk personnel were fast and friendly. This place sounds a lot closer to the strip than it really is, but if (like me) you are in Vegas for work, then there is absolutely nothing wrong with staying here. Like anywhere else, the secret is to not make yourself a target, and that is really very easy to do by just being smart. It is also across the street from Nellis AFB, so as long as you dont mind the sound of jets (I find it oddly comforting), I would recommend staying here as long as you are not with family or trying to impress a woman (or man). worked perfect for my needs, and on my budget.
Meh...
WARNING this is not a safe hotel for families and has not been cleaned for many years. This is a hotel for homeless people, prostitutes and drug dealers. Most residents live here long term. This is offered to save future customers from experiencing what we just went through on a recent stay in Las Vegas. Due to a last minute business trip, there was nothing else available in North Las Vegas so we booked at this hotel. Our experience included: the door had recently been smashed in and had been bolted back together. There was no door handle and you had to use a recently added dead bolt just to hold the door shut. The floors were grimy, the tub was filthy and the shower curtain had blood on it. We had to sign a bed bug acknowledgement prior to check-in. There were no amenities, despite what the web site says. The adjacent casino/restaurant was so ghetto it was not safe to go near. This was the most horrible hotel experience we have ever had. Be warned. Sleeping in your car in a well lit parking lot is probably a better option.
Awful guys! I payed $100 a night for 3 people. Been there saw it, walked out and I got a room in Paris Hotel and Casino just across Bellagio fountains.. Please avoid it!
Lallys has great food, clearly made with a lot of love. The service could definitely improve, but the food is solid. The island food is clearly the star of the show.
We visited my husbands nephew for a few hours but did not stay overnight. The inside of the rooms was not special. It was suitable for a single guy but I would not stay here myself for an extended period of time. It seems dirty and like there are probably bugs everywhere that I just couldnt see. Neighborhood is very rough, dont stay here if you cant handle yourself.
The place is a little dicey but if you mind your own business yall be fine its not as hood as it looks its actual families that lives there the people who work in the office are so helpful and have great attitude and the rent us very affordable
We were not given time range for check in. Our email stated 3 pm. They shut down at 6 pm. No where in our info were we given this message. We arrived at about 7 pm, only to be turned away by Security. He also informed us is wasnt hotel but an extended stay facility.
Dumpy place. What really got my goat was when I checked out, I waited for the office attendant to check on my room to ensure I got my full deposit back. Checked credit card statement and they didnt refund part. I left it spotless.
Kind, Courteous, Friendly and very Clean, the Machines pay back well, the staff at Siegel make you feel at home.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
I must give credit where its due. Very satisfied with the room, watching the remolding take place and its obvious they are concerned about customers and their well being. Greatly appreciate the attention and concern that the Manager Tina puts into running the place! Now the casino, Thats another story. Staff ( from the lame security to the Cage are rude as heck!) Never seen anything like it. Made a point to steer clear of the shady joint!
Well I got a room for a week had to sign like 20 papers just for a room..... I literly heard and saw over 20 females get hit and beat on and around this area and no one even cared...... I watched a fight outside my room where guns where drawn but no shots fired ..... I was questioned by crips for having red on in there area and when I said Im from Chicago they left me alone..... there was roaches everywhere the same night I got the hotel I went to get my refund back cause of roaches everywhere but they told me they dont care about the roaches if I wanna leave I can but they do not refund any money for any reason...... I was charged 310 dollars for a week so about 45 a night..... I am from Chicago and on the west or south side of Chicago in some the worst areas in America...... are better hotels then this place I never want to visit this city again after this stay and every hotel in Vegas asks you sign like 20 pages its crazy in chciago sign your name pay for room and done easy.......
There ok for the price its jus to many people hanging out so if u have kids this may not be your ideal weekly
Clean rooms, quiet area, and friendly service
Not clean, no room service, no maintenance
I have been staying here since Nov2015 and my time here has been great. The manager is very nice and friendly and if you have a problem with anything in your unit the issue is resolved I dont have problems with roaches or nothing my neighbors are nice I would tell all my family who lives out of state to stay here The manager here now is great I go to the casino all the time and I hear other patrons saying how great of a person Tina is the whole office staff is great Loran,Kara,Janella really great young ladies with great customer service skills I wish I could give them 10 stars...
SCABIES....SCABIES....SCABIES....Originally had a reservation with the one on Tropicana paid for. Turns out they overbooked like 30 people. Would not give a refund, but transfered to other locations. We got transferred to this location. No AC, very disgusting and dirty. Now 4 weeks after staying there. Everyone including me have SCABIES (skin disease). Very sad that we are now living miserable and have to pay a ton for antibiotics and cream as well as disinfect everything. Do not stay here.
My family (husband & teen) and I have been staying here for about a month. We were a little skeptical at first due to the location and all the people hanging out. But quickly found it to be comfortable, clean (not immaculate but Thankful for NO bed bugs or roaches) and we actually feel safe. But I must advise you that if you are not use to loud conversations, people coming & going and kids, dont stay here. The police are here frequently some times just patrolling but on a few occasions came for what seemed to be domestic concerns and yes, one time heard a few police pull in & being nosey went to see what was happening & opened the door to several police with their guns drawn. Theywere here due to a fight with several men. if you have never been sbujected to such things you probably shouldnt stay here.Very disappointed that the pool has been closed and probably wont be open until late May possibly early June. With it going to be in the low 90s this week it would be nice to be able to use it.Very Happy with their pet policy. Having a chocolate lab it had been hard to find a place that didnt charge an arm and a leg for large dog. They do require a large $150-non-refundable deposit but they split the amount up.which was helpful. They have a small dog area and supply poop bags :DOverall, it works for us as a temporary place until we find a new home.
This was a very disfunctional hotel. Noone new how to check reservations. They didnt even know what rooms were available.
Its ok to go to eat. Drink n play slots. The manager n co workers are very nice
Took a chance on this place because it was close to where I needed to be, and inexpensive. At first, I was taken to my room & let in because their key device was broken. Great; what if I needed to leave my room? How would I get back in? They fixed that & got me a key. As for my room, the dead bolt & door jam looked like it had been previously kicked in; there was torn wallpaper, plus stains on the carpet; broken towel bar in the bathroom; and other less-than-nice aspects. Im a pretty easy-going guy & often overlook inadequacies; but this place was pretty sketchy, and Im glad I booked it only for myself & didnt have a guest with me. In my opinion, theyre going to have to start investing some money into fixing up this place if they hope to keep people coming.
This is not even close to the pictures of the room on the site
Everyone in the office are very friendly and helpful. Tina is the greatest.
Loud. Druggies and dealers. Drama every where. Adults and kids screaming. Police. This place sucks. And its dirty nasty. Like they must sweep but never mop a floor. They wake you up at 6am being loud but keep you awake til late. And dont forget the guy in 309 who sells cocaine, extasy and weed.
Rooms smelled horrible for one. The tenants yes tenants looked and acted as if they were on drugs. People coming and going all hours of the night. Very sketchy people. Tried checking out at 7:00a.m. yet no one was there even though the website said they opened at 7:00a.m.. Its already 8:00 and no ones on the office. They pet area is a joke! I highly recommend you sleep in your car before you stay here!
A diamond in the rough...this hotel is really reasonable and nice. The food is Awesome, the live DJ was great and the bartenders make a tasty long island ice tea. This is a great place to stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great with suprisingly comfy beds. You cant beat the price for a weekend stay for 50.00 bux. I would refer anybody to this place. If you are looking for a great deal and good food...come here, you wont regret it.
The place ...stunk.., Joanie loves Chacie.. Kinda..Crazy..saw ft. Long hairy .. RAT.he Wanted to know if I wanted a dime.. Well yeah. You got with you .I dont front money not me nope...
Bar and grill restaurant, havent had the food but theyre good with the drinks
Why, why, why do people keep coming to this dump?? Horrible reviews have been posted over and over to warn them yet they come in and then complain. This motel has always been a hotbed of filth, bugs, hookers, criminals and until they lock the doors and demolish this horror it always will be. The manager was once a desk clerk who was promoted because the good help quit and ran for their lives! She is incompetent and should have never been put in this position. Its not who you know, its who you blow and we lived there for TOO long...saw it first hand. STOP coming.
This Siegel Suites rooms were actually pretty decent. Roomy and decent beds in this location.
Just what I needed while working in Las Vegas
It was great they have great drinks and awesome music and a resturant with very decent food
Some one broke my window and instead of asking me and my two young children if we were okay The manager started screaming at me while my children were scared to death. She began cussing at me and I kept repeating myself that it wasnt me and the Manager kept screaming at me and walked away from me. Dont rent from them. They are extremely rude and this is a extremely dangerous place. Not only that but the first night we were here a couple was arguing the hole night no stop and we could not sleep eventually I had to call the police because the manager did not.
Weekly is best rate. You pay cheap, you get cheap. Daily is ridiculous. Forget about weekend daily (160 plus per day) hard to darken room for daytime sleep. WiFi is sad. My 3G works better.
Horrible. Disgusting. This place is a nightmare. I wish i could give it a negative star. As soon you walk in the room theirs this horrible smell. The bathroom is like a junkyards bathroom. The a/c is so damn loud beds are not clean. I walked in and after 3 mins i walked out and ofcourse the front desk lady would not give me a refund. I didnt care. My family was not going to stay the night.
Scary neighborhood! Approached by an Airman from Nellis AFB who asked if I knew where he could buy drugs!! I threatened to report him to base commander. He sped off. I understand this is par for the course at this location. Scary characters hanging around the parking lot and gas station next door. Will not stay here again.
Um.... Just dont go here. I live at a different Siegel property (which I am very happy with) and got an email about Siegels new Slots and Suites so decided to take a ride here. Crackheads walking through the parking lot. These are not suites its like a motel, I think anyone looking at the website and booking a room thats coming here on vacation would probably not end up staying once they arrived. The casino is about the size of a Burger King, and the guy at the players club counter dropped the f bomb at me like 7 times when I asked to sign up for a players card because they were doing a free play promo. The website and advertising for this place are grossly misleading. It is a tiny locals casino that had about 4 or 5 employees in it, and $35 motel rooms outside. Not what the website makes it look like whatsoever.
The nastiest place on EARTH. I wouldnt let my worst enemy stay here. The Lil (fat) ass white girl(dont remember her name and its the only way I can identify her, plus I just have zero respect for her trifling ratchet want -to -be -down - ass) and since I cant put hands on the ole heffalump I will just tell you about my encounter at this GEM .I booked a room because I was catching a flight for interview. I had to drive 5 hours to Vegas as tickets that last min were cheaper flying out of there. I was looking for something cheap... This is ran tf down. I got my room walked in the beds werent made and there was a huge stain on the floor like someone peed, it smelled like cigarettes and death(after she was barking at everyone to not smoke in rooms) the door when I locked it didnt seem to be safe or assuring that no one would bust in on me. I was traveling alone and I didnt read the reviews. I BEG YOU DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you are desperate, but Id rather you sleep on the sidewalk. After snapping several pictures I went to office where I had to wait 20min for shift change(the same ppl were there) she opens the doors and I tell her I cant stay in there the beds arent made and its disgusting (in my nice voice) my sis in law on the phone listening to her disgusting ass and she is rude acting as if she paid for my room out her own pocket getting loud with me. I frustrated and confused why she has the attitude with me get one right back. She then calls security from the casino (mind you with all that mouth she had ) has me escorted out saying shes refusing my business. I as a customer deserve to be upset. 1 . I had to wait forever and I pre booked room 2. You got major attude like you dont want to work ther... like I made you work there 3. My room YOU put me in is the same as someone Ielse left it. But you have the nerve to catch attitude with me ?hmm? Note to this heffa: YOU HAD ME ON THE RIGHT DAY! Be glad I had a interview, and a son to go home too. Because younger me ....baby.... dont be surprised if you see her with missing teeth when you check in, because she gonna talk crazy to the wrong mf and they gonna drag her lil disrespectful, no customer service having ass all up in down that herpes infested parking lot. Whoever does do me a favor a please post that on FB. Like I really dont wish ill will on ppl, but I would give a slight chuckle to see her get mopped by another angry ass customer that she tried to get cute with. I swear thats how rude she was and Im almost certain the good reviews have to be family and friends. Her uncle must own that mf. I dont see how she has a front desk job with that mouth, Im also surprised she still has teeth, and one of them ghetto girls that live there aint two pieced her yet. Lol ... or maybe she only do that to visitors... anyway I know its coming... because fo GOD she almost had it coming today. Thank Jesus Im not the old me.... and yeah dont take your business to this establishment. Negative
The service is always good cause its always been a very friendly place to eat and gamble at and the promotions are great!!!
Nice calm environment great games friendly service a great place to go and relax while having a good time
I booked a room here on a last minute trip to Las Vegas for a family emergency, and this was the only hotel that had availability. Never again!!! Better sleeping in the car!!! The beds are absolutely horrible and destroyed, This place is ghet.to the staff is ghetto, and on the first night at the property the manager was high on drugs and verbally abused me, slurred me and threatened me for no reason. Within a couple hours the police showed up, for a report of a guy with a gun, then the whole night there were prostitutes, drug dealers, pimps, homeless and thugs loitering on property. The checkin process is very long because I guess they run a background on every guest that checks in, even though Im not sure what good that does because most of the tenants are very shady, I noted at least 3 rooms that for certain I saw a suspicious amount of traffic in and out of, likely drug dealers resided there. Note that 75% of the tenants here stay here long term. In one room next to me there was a family of 12-14 people living there. The front desk staff is all illiterate and speak exclusively in ghett.o slang. Some even have prison tattoos. Avoid this place like the plague unless you are ghett.o trash, a drug dealer, prostitute, or recently released from prison, then this place is for you.
Gave me a refund after my car broke down and stranded me, and couldnt make it for my reservation. Very understanding.
I wish I could give zero star for this hotel. I reserved a hot rate hotel on Hotwire for the night of July 3. The price was really good for 2.5 star (as rated by booking site) hotel, but they masked the hotel name and location. After committed my booking, they gave me this hotel. I have had decent experience with Hotwire hot rate, but this was not at all. I checked for the hotel reviews and saw all the bad reviews. Too bad, I couldnt withdraw my booking because it was hot rate. I decided to take my family of 2 adults and 2 kids there just to sleep for the night. We arrived at 12:30am (30 minutes past midnight) very tired and hope to get a good sleep. The hotel office was CLOSED AT MIDNIGHT. Really??? for a 2.5 star hotel, casino and suites (in Las Vegas) to close at midnight. I successfully asked a security guy to check us in. He went in to the office to find our paperwork. Nothing with our name on it even in the reservation list, cancellation list or no-show list. So, he couldnt let us in and he said the hotel was sold-out anyway. That night, we had to spend 3 times as much money to get a room from another hotel nearby to sleep. The pain didnt end there. The Monday after the incident, and for the straight 10 days after, I called the hotel everyday demanding to speak to the manager. She spoke with me for the first time promising to look at the case, but she never spoke to me again and never called me back as promised. I then had to complain with Hotwire and after a week, they took care of the refund. Even now, Im still very angry whenever thinking about that hotel. I hope you will avoid this place.
This hotel left my son room-less, my son is handicap with no legs,he was told they would have a room ready for him prior to arrival, later he was told his room was rented out when he already paid for the room, and now they would not make right with him basically left him on the street after they got paid.Is this how your hotel treats handicap???? or is it because hes Indian?????? I am contacting the Association for the Disable and report this to better business Bureau. Plus when I called the manager she got furious with me and hung up on me,this is my son were talking about, what if it was your son!!!!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Calling it a dump is being kind. We should have realized how bad it was from the Google Maps highlight of Drug dealers, queen beds.It is more a permanent residence than a motel, it seems, and is frequented by plenty of transients and homeless. If we hadnt prepaid, there was no way we would have stayed there. I cant believe this place shows a rating of 2 1/2 stars, as it earns a half star rating, at its best.
Super Dirty I dont think they ever wash the sheets. BAd area. Some of the review are showing good but they are for the Casino next door not tor the rooms
Terroble place. So dangerous here. 3 homeless ppl hanging around the apartment all night. Someone tried to broke my car window during the day. Bed bug. Dirty restroom. Hidden fee $25. Getto. All of negative review is true. 5 stars review is fake.
This place is awesome!!! I had some work done to my house and needed to find a place to stay fast. Called the hotel to get a rate and was told the rate, I couldnt believe it, the hotel charged me $39.00 bucks for one night stay. This even included free internet. I went down to check in and staff at the front desk were friendly, fast and told me all about the specials they had in the casino. Restaurant in casino was great, food was plentyful and prices were wonderful. Servers were fast with bringing our food out and service was great! I will make sure to tell all my out of town guest to stay here when they come to visit.
Well you know I love people so my experience with fabulous thx
No seal on the door, loud booming bass music in the parking lot until 2AM. Couldnt check out before 8AM because the office doesnt stay open 24/7
Friend is staying there. Rooms are quiet
Before I start this review, I want to make it clear that I make it an objective to keep an open mind when utilizing services from any business. That being said, the quality of this establishment, warranted, without a doubt, a review and one that I would have put zero stars on if it was allowed. My hope is that others looking to stay here are well educated on what to expect and not to make the same mistake as I did.To start off, I was visiting Las Vegas for the Airshow a few weeks back and was traveling separate from a group of friends. They informed me that they were staying at this location and I agreed to research and book if I deemed it appropriate. Looking at reviews and photos, the place seemed to be alright. Calling in my reservation, I was told it would be a rate of around 40 dollars, plus tax (I feel bad I dont remember the exact amount) and that my reservation would be under my friends name in order to keep our rooms close.Arriving at around 9pm, and having the separate party pick me up from the airport, we decided to get me checked in. Coming into the area of where the hotel resided reminded me of some bad parts of Los Angelss (that being said, I still had an open mind). We get to the hotel and I go to the front desk to check in. They were remodeling the office at 10PM using some paint remover or something on the walls. Whatever it was, it smelled so strong that after a few minutes, I was getting a high. After 20 minutes of waiting in line to check in, I was given my room key by a clerk that looked like she hated her job. She instructed me that the rate was 61 dollars, for which I contested. She did not help to resolve the discrepancy and even made it known that they usually charge up to 120 dollars for rooms at this establishment. Taking the key up to the room, all i wanted to do was pass out, but when I got to the door and inserted my card, nothing happened. I tried multiple different attempts and was met with disappointment. I gave up and decided to look at the other partys room which was right next to mine. Here is what I saw.*the room looked as if it were an old college dorm room, large and empty*the beds were from the 60s flat and broken at the frames*the carpets hadnt been changed in decades and showed stains ranging from soda to what looked like blood*the TV was from the early 90s*the windows did not close*the bathroom shower was built for half a person*walls had holes and were falling apart*there were multiple incidents late at night ranging from loud motorcycles to screaming womenI was so upset, I decided to go back to the front office where I waited another 20 minutes. I returned the key and asked for a refund. Although I know the hotel had a 24 hour policy, I was not happy with the conditions. The clerk told me I had to talk to the manager. It has been a few weeks and many failed attempts to get in contact with the manager ( no returned calls and never seems to be in the office). I feel cheated out since with almost any other business, if you are not happy with the product or service, a refund should be in order. If you are staying in the area, I would HIGHLY advise to stay elsewhere. This location obviously does not cater to customer service.
Siegel Slots & Suites is a local joint that go to regularly. Its never crowed, I get in our in a timely manner & the food there isnt bad
WARNING: DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! We, my wife and I, were there for only one night, but had the worse experience with a hotel. First of all, the person on the front desk acted as if we were a nuisance instead of a guest. She barked at me for being 10 minutes early and told us to come back at exactly 3 P.M. When we came back she took a long time booking us in, even after we had prepaid for the room. We also thought, as advertised on hotwire, that we were to be charged $1.99 for the hotel fees, but was rudely told that the fee was now $3.95, plus we were charged a deposit of $25 for what she called a security deposit. The room was not bad, because it was clean, except my wife found bed bugs on one of the beds. The shower could not get warm, the water was cold and stayed cold, but we took a shower anyway. We could not sleep all night long due to the B47 wall air condition fan making very loud noises and kept us awake all night long. We stayed there because we only booked it for one night. The next morning, after a restless night, we got up early and tried checking out and retriving our deposiit, but was told by the front desk that my deposit would be returned on my credit card. After telling her that I paid cash for the deposit, she finally checked on the computer, then returned our deposit (this took a long time). My wife and I will NEVER, EVER book that hotel for even one night!!!! In fact, there were a lot of strange characters outside the hotel, so we locked our room door and did not venture out to go to the so-called casino.
