This place is not concerned about its employees. They are not worried about their employee’s health during the pandemic and not paying them the entire time while shut down. Keep your employees home and pay them! This is so upsetting to see lack of concern over the ones who are the face of your company and take care of your customers. The ones who made the decisions are still getting paid and don’t have to lose pto and vacation time while others are hurting! If this place cared about their employees they would do the right thing but they are too greedy.

I have been many times to most of Boyd Gaming properties in Las Vegas. Also I have stayed at most of their hotels. Nothing but good things to say about them.

The reason for the 1 star rating was due to a experience we had in the bingo room. My wife was playing the special bingo event on Aug 4, everything was cool until my wife went to the bingo counter to buy extra cards. There she encountered a very rude lady who was very sarcastic when my wife was enquiring about the specials they were selling, this lady’s behavior was upsetting and ruined the fun for my wife. We will never ever set foot in this casino again.

Now serving moldy toast and bread.Complained about the mold on my toast.After I started the meal I noticed mold all over my toast.Disgusting place I lost my appetite immediately..Of course they did not comp the ticket.eldorado policy is you have to notice your moldy toast right away or else you do not get your meal comped once youve taken a few bites and noticed your moldy food then you have to pay for the mold.This is the only the beginning of a nightmare full of bad reviews .. and posts... and complaints... and phone calls ...and emails.Since you are such a disgusting place that you serve moldy food and do not comp tickets when people walk out mid-meal because of the food quality.

Your new loyalty club (Bconnected) sucks. you promised all new benefits. the only benefit are cruises that have huge fees AND the customer has to find their own way to FL. you screwed the emerald card holders the most. no more 3x points and you now have to put in $2 to get one point. even worse are the tier points for video poker players. to get entries for drawings video poker players must put in $2200 to get 37 entries while slot players get 420 entries for putting in $2200. if you dont want video poker players, why dont you just take out ALL your poker machines?james cash

Was just informed by the casino today that corporate did not really take any steps in a matter where I was served bad food and they did not really care. Better to use any other casino group that at least cares a little about the customer.

Wake up and pay attention to the way you allow your Fremont hotel casino to deal with the customer. Buffet manager should be held accountable for his attitude with the customer when the customer is correct. Thanks again for the abuse I received for bad food being served in your buffet.

Great way to treat out of town guest who eat at one of your buffets and is served food not fit for my dog. Very poor taste of the Fremont Hotel Casino. Shame on Adele for not fixing her problem. Her answer to my friend was I went to check but they were already taking down the buffet and getting ready for Dinner.

The Orleans is nasty .they blocks everything .they buttoned sometimes do not hold the card and alwyes the player lose ....i complained but they never fix them. Not many people in the casino even on weekend people knows it is bad casino .
