Place was pretty empty, very reasonable to stay. Rooms are updated and nice. Place has many good restaurants in the building. Greenberg deli has a amazing Ruben sandwich on rye. Definitely coming back to stay here.

Best resort for laid back people. The Casino floor is expansive. There is an arcade with tons of games upstairs. Parking is easy to use. Not a fan of thrills, there is a roller coaster on site.Complimentary Masks and wash stations throughout. And the best part is the street feel of the dining areas, with NY style pizza, Toms Urban has a late night DJ, Irish Pubs and access to MGM across the Ordway.

They have taken such fantastic care of this property and there is so much for everyone to do they also have an assortment of room options hypes I’ve been coming here since the 90s and I always feel so comfortable and at ease I really like to go on the roller coaster today I got an all day screen pass it was totally worth it and then they have so many great restaurants I can’t wait for everything to come back to normal because there are so many great things to do here it’s a little slow right now but of all the other resorts this one seems to have the most activity

The check in and check out process was very smooth. The rooms were clean. The beds are comfortable enough. I loved the casino floor and all the choices of places to eat. Its a nice hotel! A good place to stay for my first trip to Vegas

I am currently staying in this hotel. The New York New York is an excellent hotel. I have ate at the Gallagher’s steakhouse and the broadway burger restaurants and they are both very good. The casino is a nice one, and they have been very good with keeping things clean and safe with Covid. The check-in process was very fast. Roller coaster is cool too. I would like to stay at another hotel just to try them but if the price is right I’ll definitely stay here again just because it was cheap and service is excellent

The Hersheys store is here. The roller coaster was great. Theres an arcade for kids as well. Clean hotel and I would highly recommend visiting this place.

Had an amazing time playing slots here! This casino actually lets you win. The breakfast buffet for hotel guests is buy one get one free. It is exceptional!! It also has a street like you are walking in New York city.

Although I cant say anything about the accommodations as I have never stayed at the NY. It is one casino I always visit in Vegas. I tend to do well on the slots and have to hit the Chocolate Bar at least once or twice during my visit. It also has a charming food court/shopping area and of course the Hershey store.

Best place for a variety of eateries. Ride that roller coaster if you get a chance. Casino and hotel are a little dated but still nice to walk around. Tom Urbans is a good place to watch televised games and grab some food, plus the sportsbook is 30 feet away...

Lovely hotel in an excellent location on the strip. Right beside the T-Mobile Arena, and a cluster of new bars and restaurants. Room was lovely, good size and spotless. Great selection of places to eat on the ground floor, pretty much anything you could want. Everything is fairly expensive, but just the same as all the other hotels here really. Great pool, and rollercoaster out the front if thats your thing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Vegas.

We went here to visit the Hershey store. Also gambled a little and grabbed Starbucks. The Hershey store prices were really good the store has some amazing baked chocolate concoctions that make your jaw drop. Amazing dipped apple flavors that will blow your mind. The place has bins of self serve candies and even make your own chocolate wrappers.The starbucks was pretty busy, but quick and we are really happy w with the drinks we ordered.Aah the gambling what can i say besides we didnt win from that machine this time. Definitely social distance compliant and very sanitary.

Nice however we only walked through the hotel & casino to ride the roller coaster. Roller coaster lasted just long enough yet a short enough ride to not terrify me too long. It’s a little pricey but worth it if you’ve never done this one. I have fear of heights so probably won’t go on roller coaster again!

Casino Hotel Resort with the theme of New York City (Manhattan and Brooklin). With an excellent restaurant area. Hershells shop (chocolates) inside. The casino hotel is located on the well-known Las Vegas Boulevard (Strip), with many pedestrian connections to other surrounding casinos. easy to move around. It has a roller coaster inside that goes outward.

It’s difficult to give the hotel a fair weighting during COVID. It’s all different during these trying times as venues that would otherwise be open are closed. Shows are dark and some restaurants are closed. Dinner at the Urban was great with fantastic service on a limited menu. Lunch at Nathan’s was not good at all. We stayed on one of the floors that was specially badged as super clean. It was very nice and clean with air cleaners and ionizers in the room.

We stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful room, but the beautiful marbled bathroom floor was not mopped either day!! However, the manager did accommodate us

It was definitely family friendly, nice rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful pool for kiddos. Loved all the restaurants there. Food was delicious every where we went within hotel. Kiddos had great time at the arcade. My husband and I won at the casino. Overall, great service. Would definitely go again.

We had the best dinner at the steakhouse. The prime rib was amazing. There was even a photographer that came and took pictures of us!

I think this was the cheapest option while I was in Vegas. Nice, clean place. Very roomy with comfortable bedding. The bed did get extremely hot at night though, and I am usually always cold. Not very sound-proof, which is to be expected (I could hear another guest freaking out down the hallway. What for? No idea). I wasnt a huge fan of their elevator set up though. They had 6 elevators, half of which were for the lower levels, and the other half for the higher. The location was nice. I could walk around the strip easily.

This place was very interesting. I love the vibe and the building. Slots are ok. Wish there were more of a variety and denomination. Im not a gambling addict so I stay longer when the slots are cheap and I can drink and eat for a reasonable price.

Place is nice. I dont gamble so I cant do a full review. 3/5 to me is good. The inside is nice, theres a place inside that looks like streets of New York, kids loved it. Tried a new york pizza with beer combo was $10 - not bad. Theres great scenery and a roller coaster as well.

Stayed at NY NY again during our visit to Vegas! As usual we had a great time! What I love the most about it is that there are so many things to do there with reasonable prices compared to the other hotels/casinos nearby. No need to even leave the hotel/casino because of this. Employees are friendly and they took the safety and security measures to ensure everyone has a great time. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favourite hotel in Vegas. Though a bit dated but it still has the charm of a good hotel. It has some good rooms with views of the strip. Make sure to check that before booking. It is usually very busy and you have to wait in queue for check in/out and you have to consider that to save time. Staff is busy but very friendly and helping. It has good choices of food inside hotel area as well as some good bars. Its casion looks like an ordinary place so for that you may need to check other hotels. In general in will recomend this place and would like to stay again

I only went to check out the Hershey Chocolate store thats inside and I also checked out the casino part. Im glad theres no smoking inside the casino while wearing a mask. Definitely check out the Hershey store, it was cool and had different candy including your faves

Ive always wanted to stay here so I was a little let down because I expected more. To start off with o checked in and never got notified that my room was ready so I waited from 10am until 3pm to get my room. Second the room had no type of refrigerator so I couldnt really keep anything cold or bring back leftovers from the wonderful places I ate. Third the pool was freezing until Friday when they mustve turn on the heater for the weekend which was disappointing because during the week it was too cold to truly enjoy it. I had fun gambling in the casino and the staff was nice. I definitely need a hotel with a fridge though so I wont be back to this one.

This is one of my must visit food spots when in Vegas. This sandwich never disappoints. This is called Vinnies Deluxe. Beef brisket, pastrami, and turkey. The sandwich is big, meats are tender, and delicious every time. Can never finish, great to have food to take back to room. Thanks NyNy hotel casino. The old neighborhood is a great spot for stopping to grab a bite.

Nothing new, still same new York new York. We had fish n chips- very good. Rode the roller coaster (again) played games. Love that the swatch store is located here, I even bought a swatch watch. Love the Hershey shop too

We didnt stay here, we were just passing through. It is a beautiful place. The architecture in there is just beautiful. It is diffantaly one of the casino you show visit to see all the beautiful sights. We didnt even get to see everything, but I loved what I did get to see.

This is my second time staying at New York New York on the strip, and it is amazing now as it was when I was here over 8 years ago. This hotel has it all, you dont even have to leave to go to restaurants, theres a roller coaster, shows, clubs, and of course the games. The restaurants have great food and they have multiple ones so if youre in Vegas and youre looking for a place to stop, stay, and enjoy yourself and even if you dont want to go down and see anything else... New York New York is one casino that has it all in one place.

Im in love with the architecture and design of New York-New York Hotel and Casino. I love how they designed this building. They even have a replica of the statue of liberty. The rollercoaster is also pretty cool. I enjoyed visiting New York-New York. If youre in Las Vegas for vacation or youre just a local, this hotel and casino is one that you shouldnt skip on your visit to Las Vegas.

I was able to use the MGM Resorts app to check in without having to go up to the front desk. And when my room was ready, the app notified me and lets me use my phone as a key to go up the elevator and to my room. How awesome was that? Oh just to let the guests know, In-room dining is expensive! Just go out the room, go downstairs to the casino floor, and eat at one of the restaurants inside.

Such a fun casino. Love how everything is made to make you feel like youre in New York. Super cute decorations and a lot of picture opportunity spots.

We loved just walking thru all the casinos. Out of 4 of us we walked out ahead in casino money. We each had $40 dollars and the New York Casinos made us enough each too go home with money in our pockets. So 5 star.

We stayed here November 11-19, 2020 and during our stay we went into 15 other casinos. I dont think wed stay anywhere but NYNY. Theres so much to do just inside this one place! From the staff to the restaurants and shops, it was an awesome experience!

I have been in Vegas for a couple of years and staying downtown New York New York has been a spot I have enjoyed going to. Having T-mobile Arena right next door, a lot of good eateries and amenities for the hotel cover all ages. Only draw back of location is it is not exactly center of the strip, but walking distance is still doable for most.

This hotel is a great replica. So many sights. Many of the shows are closed however Vegas has a new relaxed yet exciting feel of just hanging out.

Ive been to Vegas before, but this was the first time in here. I had fun. It was lively and easy to navigate. Check out the magic shop.

This is my favorite casino on the strip. The parking garage leads into a convenient place in the casino. It’s always clean and smells good inside. There’s an adorable “New York neighborhood” inside with shops and restaurants. The arcade is much better than even Circus Circus and the roller coaster goes outside. It’s also a lot easier to get to and navigate than a lot of the other casinos.

NYNY is a good choice for a Strip hotel...good location accessable main road (Tropicana Ave)..decent dining options (hard to beat the morning coffee and outstanding custom Cronut for under $6 @Ameruca Restaurant)

My stay here was amazing and the view was exciting. The pool was nice and cool during the hot summer. The casino and restaurants at the hotel were fun and widely populated, witch was an amazing way to meet new people. I cant wait to stay here again.

Very clean even though it’s full of cigarette smoke and drunk people. All the restaurants in this hotel are great. You will spend a ton of money- just accept that. The pool is great because you are swimming next to the New York skyscrapers. They have done a fabulous job of capturing the New York experience- except it’s clean!

The actual hotel portion has a dank, musty smell in the hallways and by the elevators. The restaurants however are very nice. The casino is as interchangeable as any other in the area. Rooms are acceptable, dont expect hit water between 7 and 9 AM with 100 percent consistency. Parking is very convenient.

Hersheys chocolate place was one of the cool places to visit in Las vegas on strip. It has awesome milk shake with the best one with cookies. They also have a huge statue of liberty entirely cast out of hersheys chocolate and it is one of the attraction point there. Apart from that you can take hershey signature goodies( like pillows, keychains, dolls, shirts, etc) they even have the worlds biggest chocolate bar of around 5 lb. They provide brownies and pastries there and it is also a worth to eat. You can also fill your own hershey kisses bag of your own choice with around 10 flavours. I enjoyed my visit at the place for 2 times.

Rooms could have been a little more kept but still not bad for the price.

Fantastic price on the room even after including the resort fee, comfy bed, perfect water pressure, free parking, great location on strip, nice food options, super easy mobile check-in allows you to completely avoid the line, COVID-19 mask, gloves dispenser at every entrance, hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere, awesome little gift bag in room includes small bottle of hand sanitizer, a couple of fabric masks and a super cool metal key chain hook used to open doors or push elevator buttons.

Stayed during the pandemic! Great people working there. Everything was fabulous except for many table games closed due to low amount of guests. Food was delicious! This hotel has a chill atmosphere, compared to other hotels. Multiple great restuarants, numerous slots, an arcade inside with a rollercoaster! Only down side is you have to rent a refrigerator per night, and it isnt cheap! Beautiful sites inside, well laid out, and numrous places to go, see, eat and indulge at and inside this hotel!

Horrible.I make sure to call Hotels in Vegas to make sure of these resort fees (a gym that. Ant be used during covid) & wifi thats already on my phone.Went to check in and theres an additional 50/day deposit (no one told me that when I called) but whatever.So we check our bags, and go roam as our room wasnt ready. Well its coming up on 4 p.m. STILL no text that we were told we would get. I go back to the front desk and the express check in ask for my ID, my email. On which she suddenly couldnt find even though I just had paid $400She goes to the main desk and comes back with keys and is like here! Doesnt give the courtesy of explaining which elevator we needed to get on or anything.We get up to the room, slide the key...only to find it was already occupiedBack down to the desk. Stand in line watching 1 lady look me and my fiancee dead in our eye and slllllloowwwly proceed to stare at her computer, while Jasmine (she was nice).completes.checking in a group of 4, then 2. She checks the key and says yes this room is to you, idk what happened. I wanted to initially talk to a manager but allowed her to do her job. So any way we leave with a new room, non occupied (and $120 food credit ).Room was decent enough. Had a hole in the wall, but I just couldnt deal anymore.So as were checking out. I notice I have a bill of $317 so have to go to front desk again I told her what happened about the room, and they had given us credit. The front desk lady had horrible customer serviceAsking well who did you talk to I gave her jasmine name because actually NONE of the managers ever came over to apologize or anything. So she went to go convey with another manager.I asked her why there was an additional tax for resort fees and remind her they had already taken that off my card. she replies rudely everything in the United States is taxed .I visit Vegas/stay at mgm regularly. Ill have to definitely find another hotel cluster as New York New York left a HORRIBLE experience.

Great casino, rooms are large and fun with the jacuzzi in them (well the room I was in) friendly people that work there.. Helpful too left my key in the room and they sent me right up.. Only thing I didnt like was to many guest NOT WEARING MASK... COVID-19 PEOPLE COVER UP..

My husband and I stayed there for our anniversary just this past weekend. It was a nice hotel but the room was not cool at all. The shower you only had a few minutes of hot water. The beds were ok they could have been a little more comfortable.

It’s the best family friendly casino that I’ve visited on the strip (family friendly by Vegas standards anyway). Lots of relatively inexpensive food options and fun shops. Great themes. The arcade is great for a different sort of gaming. I wasn’t a fan of the coaster, but it’s worth doing once for reaching experience.

Only Reason They Get 5 Stars Is The Salone Suite With The Magnificent Whirlpool + The Wonderfully Delicious Sweet Snacks By The Lobby is To Die For.

My first time in Vegas and it was amazing. Stayed at the New York New York hotel and everything was right there. Service at the restaurants was great. Passion at chin chins and crystal at America were amazing servers. Will definitely return.

Nice Hotel! The only problem I had was that my wedding party was on different floors so we couldnt get to each other because your key card would not let you go to any other floor. So I was inconvenienced when it was time to get hair and m makeup done for the wedding!

Place was nice. Beverage service was great, and cleaning less of the place was immaculate. Only problem was,that after spending a few hours and some( alot ) of money. Slots didnt seem to pay at all. It sucks to loose but it sucks more that for a visitor not even win a little of money back.

Place shows the stressed degression of the CV19 situation. Though the New York New York is holding up. The lack of ambient Vegas style atmosphere has negated the Umph presence of The Yorker.

Nice place on center of Las Vegas, New York New York is by far most unique icon of Las Vegas to preview city with amazing decorations, roller coaster, casinos, restaurants and many alternative shops, clubs, bars including huge body.In addition, price/quality is very good to compare with other unnecessary luxury hotels. If you plan a trip your family or colleagues, I highly recommend New York New York Hotel.Its location is corner of the most famous road crossing, easy reaching from airport. However, it has free shuttle services to Convention centers and Airports. If you consider this point too, you will deserve your expenses as much as more affordable.

Staff nice and friendly. Rooms are dated and not the nicest. You get what you pay for.

Beware, all Vegas shows are canceled and they will not tell you this before coming in. Beware 85% of restaurants are closed in Vegas hotels and all you have is overpriced fast food. In my opinion the slots are set on the worst odds possible to generate revenue for the casinos not much back and forth play. So if you want no shows no restaurants and bad slot play go ahead, otherwise I would wait to visit Vegas in any way.

Our first time visiting, and NYNY Hotel, you didnt disappoint! Rooms were clean, smelled fresh opposed to stinky smoking rooms in other Hotel/Resorts! Pool is great, with friendly staff! When you go to the pool the must try is their Dole Whipped Añejo drink, its a life changer, so decadent and delicious! The pizza sold by the New York Tower is surprisingly affordable for a whole pie! The Chin-Chin restaurant was also economically priced, but the service was mediocre. 5 stars for changing this Hotel/Resort to the only place we will stay at from now on when in Vegas!

The only downside of NY NY is that its a bit dark inside. They really need to lighten it up a bit on the inside. You sort of feel like youre in a dungeon at times. However, we love going here. There are some fun little shops, the roller coaster, the arcade, etc.

Very disappointed in the service in valet..was waiting there for my girlfriends mother.. she took a little longer than expected and they called security on me on a Sunday morning.. was in my church suit dressed very nice and they treated me like I wasnt welcome or like a criminal. When there was no one around not bothering anyone but the valet worker who was not even doing any work.. unbelievable!!!

We love our stay there. The staff there are so friendly. The house keepers are very friendly and helpful. The casino is clean and definitely following COVID-19 guidelines.
