We came here to take advantage of the take home Thanksgiving dinner for 10 people. Well organized!! We drove to the designated area and they loaded the box of food in the car. The food was delicious!! I will be ordering the Christmas dinner- cant wait!

I was pleasantly surprised when visiting the Santa Fe The last station casino that I stayed at was the Orleans which I didnt think was that great weve been staying at the South point and liked it a lot more than the Orleans so my hopes werent that high for the Santa Fe but I was very surprised everything in the Santa Fe was great except the pool was a little sad The restaurants were great The casino was great well decorated. The rooms were a little smaller than the South point but for the price and the area definitely worth it

Very clean the staff is happy Ive been going to Sante Fe 20 years and the staff remember my name and create a good bond

I eat at the buffet 3 times a week and the sports book is super clean. The casino is also very clean, with minimal to no smoke smell. You dont have to go home and change or take a shower. One of my favorite station casinos!!

Since moving to LV, weve visited quite a few of the off-the-strip casinos that cater to locals. The Stations (and Santa Fe, in particular) are the best. They are bigger than most, so you still get that level of activity and excitement you would on the strip, but they have more services that make it fun for locals. We especially like their rewards program and the weekly giveaways.

Not as crowded due to Covid 19. Temperature was taken at entrance. Masks are required and social distance enforced. Hand sanitizer dispensaries are located in several convenient locations. Air quality was good. Customer service was good. New games were available. Sports book was open. Grand Cafe was open and tables set 6 feet apart. Ample parking outdoors or garage.

Love it. Love the people working there, soo friendly. If you ask where something is, they as much as take you, to show you. They have some machines I like., and I like the restaurant.

Cocktail waitress Elma is the bomb the best customer service skills as long as they continue to show a high level of service I will always patronize

Machines were pretty tight today, all employees were wearing masks except for a security guard that I saw when I was coming into the casino he had a bicycle and was getting ready to get on the elevator with it with no mask no gloves. But other than that every single employee and I was checking was wearing a mask all the customers at the tables were wearing masks. And I did see more cleaning today theyre going to have in the past. So it looks like its a work in progress and theyre getting better at it.

Cocktail waitress was slow. She kept messing up the order to the point I had to make it real simple for her to understand. Very sleepy atmosphere. Absolutely boring.

Hotel staff are excellent. Bartenders at Iguana Bar are great...bartenders at the Race and Sports Book are slow. Cocktail waitresses are a little slow..have patience. All in all...would recommend.

Lots of covered parking, clean casino, air quality is good, and lots of slots. Food at the cafe was very good. Would go there again.

Had a great time but was surprised when valet said they didnt have to help me take my medical scooter out if my vehicle and was told they didnt have to help me put it bak into my vehicle. If that is true i wont be going back.

Ive been playing at many station casinos for the past 3 years. Today I decided to play at Santa Fe Casino. I pushed the button to ask the slot attendant Tracy if she was able to see about me getting a comp for the oyster bar. She took my card and went to the back to call a host. She came back and have me my card and said Im not sure whats going to happen l, but will see your only Platinum. Which is the card status type at the casino. Then she walked away to help another guest. I sat and waited until she was done and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor Jessica comes to me and i tell her i spent almost 1500.00 just on the day i was making the request and I told her I felt offended that Tracy would Hand me my card and tell me that vs. waiting on the info from the casino host. I proceeded to tell Jessica i didnt want the comp anymore and that is take my business elsewhere. About an hour later i decided to talk to a casino host about the situation. I spoke to Sam, he apologized on her behalf, told me i didn’t qualify for a comp due to me hitting a jackpot earlier that day. He was VERY hesitant, but ended up giving me a $30 comp. I most likely will never EVER play at Santa Fe Casino again. First and last time. Card #3669932

I have found that the Santa fe is really my favorite place to spend my time. I can confidently say such a remark because i been to every casino in town. Santa fe wins and i even drive clear across town. Its the team the management the whole thing is what i see s something like a friend and home. Just what it should be fun!!!! I mean where else can you go and there is a Fat Burgers open after hours?.... I stopped in for a western bbq bacon burger and a banana Maui milkshake how could I go wrong.......thats right u cant...so go indulge.... & get your late nite MUNCHIES....taken care of.......

Had to chase down the waitress for a drink...played over 2 hours and never saw her again. Person came and wiped down our machine right away, very nice. I like that you take temps at door, but service was lousy for the amount of money I played. We left to go somewhere else.

In the Grand Cafe ask for James after 3pm except Monday and Tuesday.. He is a riot.

Off strip local casino and hotel. Very nice and large for a local casino. They have keno and bingo here along with all your regular slots, tables, and bar tops. They also have a kids quest area for kids. Bowling and movie theater for everyone to enjoy. Rooms are o.k. very standard, nothing special. Restaurants are here too along with a 24 hour cafe. Mexican restaurant was delicious, steak was was just ok, not wow for the price. Starbucks is inside too. Thanks and hope this helps. Im a regular here for bingo once a week or every other week.

I love going to the movie theater but I cannot stand the cigarette smoke! This has got to be one of the smokiest casinos around. Ill be glad when things open up again. Its just not the same having to wear a mask. I dont get why we have to wear masks and people can still smoke inside and endanger the lives of everyone around them.
