Hotel staff are VERY kind, helpful and accommodating! Im having an extended 2 week stay and Leona at the front desk answered every question about changing to another room and offered the bell captain to help me relocate. Best value in town! Great experience.

Good value hotel for a Friday night. Fair selection of restaurants. Next door to Bass Pro Shops. Rooms are getting dated. Mi Casa restaurant was so bland and under seasoned.

Comfy beds. Mind the COVID rules! They wont clean or turn beds everyday but you still pay the daily resort fee.

The rooms were ok. No coffee maker. The beds super comfy, the aquarium was cool. When booking my room, I asked for a smoking room, when I went into the room I noticed no ashtrays and thought that was odd, so I used a cup and thought nothing of it being how my room had ZERO non-smoking signs in it. Come to find out, after checking out they charged my card $300 more for room damages smoking in a non-smoking room. I was appalled. After speaking to several managers, directors, and supervisors we came to an agreement of refunding my card $150. I have to be honest when I say, if they want to be such sticklers about insuring you dont smoke in a non-smoking room, maybe they should clarify that room is non-smoking, like put up a sign. How else would I have known, especially after requesting a smoking room to begin with?....other than them needing to get their communication together better, it was a decent resort.

Quickly becoming my go to spot to gamble and have breakfast when in vegas! Temperature check when u walk in, slot machines socially distant, and very good value when gambling! Also the breakfast there is delicious at the sundance grill! And Marcus is a damn great waiter! Good value and a good place to hangout!

I give it a five star for the room. As for the gaming, I can only say, take a lot of funds and pray you find the right machine!!! Not very giving. The decor and environment was pleasant. I felt safe and that everything was clean there according to regulations. Very well set up to keep the six feet distance at machines and all areas. Has a large variety of machines to choose from, just a bit tight. My stay was fine because I enjoyed my room!!!

Check in was pleasant and easy. There is a 100$ deposit. The rooms have no coffee maker but room service brought a large pot, pretty decent coffee ($10). Beds are super comfortable. The mermaid lounge had pretty good service, wings (definitely recommend). The casino floor waitresses were snotty and slow and if you were playing on slots and went to the bar to get a beer they would try to charge for a beer. Many machines were broken (had to call the attendant 4 times for 4 different machines). The ppl in bass pro were extremely rude (long store) but corporate will be getting a email. And to top it ALL off with a lovely COLD shower.Was not worth the 110$ for the 62$ room.

I just had my 4 kids and spouses meet in Las Vegas and spend 4 nights. Beautiful updated and decorated rooms; restaurant food was excellent (as always); friendliness of hotel staff was excellent; temperatures were checked and masks were mandatory.My daughter lives in Vegas and when we all visit her our first meal is at Mia’s and breakfast at Sundance.Prices are super. And you are only 10 minutes from the airport and the strip if you desire either one.

The machines kept me playing. Walked out 60$ahead and with a full tummy and a nice buzz. Great place to stop on the way back to California. Cool aquarium on entrance!

Kids loved to see the fountains at the entrance, the beautiful aquarium (that happened to have someone inside checking on the fish which was an extra bonus for them to see him in his scuba gear) and the waterfalls inside! We want to bring them back to see the mermaids one day to give them that fun experience too!

Totally great! I got to gamble, eat food, shop while hanging out with my family and boyfriend it was like grown-up field trip. The casino is located in off the strip which is nice, friendly and clean environment is definitely hard to see as it is home to Las Vegas is most viewed free attractions is the 200,000 gallon tank with mermaid and fish. not to mention the Probass it’s a premium store, big as a mall! inside this store there’s everything outdoor related. including its own pond with more live fish. would highly recommend anybody a visit to this facility as it is off the strip and fun for the family.

Nice casino. Machines are probably looser than any other casino I have played at lately. Music is ok too! Oh and did I mention that it is exceptionally CLEAN in there!!! Parking is easy.

No too happy the machines did not give out any winnings. Not even enough to enjoy it. We had a great nights sleep after hiking bryce canyon. Toilet had not been cleaned in awhile judging from the dust, but beds were comfortable, heater thermostat on wall worked great, just strange smell when we turned it on but it went away. Dont forget your Starbucks coupons, payed $18 for 2 coffees and cheese danish, but thats Vegas baby! We were awakened at our usual time by a strange vibration on the night stand. The lamp shade was missing the top screw so when neighbors woke up, it vibrated the lamp. Also upon arrival Francisco told me I might have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for Expedia to send reservations. Never had this problem before. I was checked in within 5 minutes. Turns out my bank was verifying it was me making charges. Check out on TV was easy. Stop by bass pro. Amazing! Nice stay. Always very clean with nice atmosphere. We dont gamble but we have eaten there before and we have taken the kids to see the aquarium with the mermaid shows. The shows and aquarium are free to view. And the fish are amazing, very cool attraction.

Very nice place, softest beds in Vegas everybody is courteous and helpful they will walk you to where you need to go instead of just pointing the way. a worker named Renee walked by me I was carrying that heavy luggage and sat down to rest weed in a couple minutes he came back with a cart and took things to my room. I tried to give him $5 tip he would not accept it finally after the fifth time I made him accept it. The two best casinos in Las Vegas, Silverton casino, South point casino. I would give them both five star

Won big here on Billions Slot! Maybe it was just luck, but before winning $1500 we were winning small amounts here and there on different slots. Overall the slots were loose. I will definitely be back to test out my luck again. Also found an iPhone with an ID in it and turned it in to the casino, so I think that good karma helped with my luck. The lady got her phone back.

Great place to stay away from the busy downtown. Great shopping very close was a big plus and the room was just as it was pictured online.

I used to love this place. But I will never go back there again. They refuse to allow me to enter and it was purely because of the masks situation. there are medical restrictions given to people with medical issues, and they refused to acknowledge those even though I supplied them with documentation showing them that they cannot do that.

Would be 5 but the mermaid wasnt there. She be returning after the new year. I love her tank

I actually hadnt been there for 10 years!! Walked in and was shocked! It looks great, smells great and has an all around ambience of good vibes!

The casinos a lot larger than I originally expected in as far as the inside is concerned its very clean. Ground very well maintained. We had a bite to eat at the cafe and the food was OK.

Needed a safe quick sit down breakfast and they did the trick. Easy in and out for a casino cafe.

This place is amazing! There is a huge aquarium with colorful fish and we loved watching the diver feed the sting rays. You can also see a mermaid doing all kinds of spins and swimming up and down. Everything here is really nice taken care of and kids enjoy the place.

I absolutely love their safety precautions and there entire casino. The aquarium was amazing and interactive. The Bass Pros shop was just as cool.

What a great experience! We were tired of the strip casinos and their unwelcoming treatment and service and drove just a few miles to try Silverton.When we arrived, immediately we noticed what a nice area it was located in and right away we were greeted by friendly Silverton staff who really made us feel welcome.All of the games were best odds for players versus the strip casinos who literally rob their guests without them knowing about how bad the odds are against them, I really felt like the Silverton dealers wanted me to win and they were enthusiastic and fun to play with, They also took pride in where they worked and seemed to enjoy what they did Silverton is definitely our new place to go and we will not gamble at the strip casinos again, Give them a try!

You have to see the aquarium and all the taxidermy animals. This place is hours of fun

Average stay, the room seems very large, but the beds are pretty hard. It was clean but you can see evidence of former guests abusing the room with dings to the bathroom countertop, and the mirror frame needing to be refinished.Most of the casino employees were very nice, even when one of the pit bosses asked me to maintain a safe social distance while I was watching the craps table, he was very nice about it.

I was going to Pro Bass Shops sporting goods store, but the only entrance i saw went through the casino. They check your temperature at the door and require face covering and social distancing, which is all good.I didnt get the chance to see the casino. It looked impressive, especially the waterfall and koi pond.

The Silverton is a really neat and laid back place. The outside and interior has such a relaxing feel. During covid, this is one of the better establishments. They do a temperature check and they have several disinfectant wipe stations around.

It is so much fun. A lot of great games to play!

Beautiful environment. My family literally goes here for the mermaid show. My nieces and sisters enjoy the show from start to finish and so do we because it’s something so out of this world. These girls are amazing at holding their breath under water and putting up a show with movements under water. Definitely recommend it for a family day out. (:

Overall, Silverton is a great oasis amongst Las Vegas competitive hotels. Could have a bit better ventilation in the casino area.Beds and linens have always been fresh upon our stays and the cabanas outside are quite enjoyable on a pool outing. Not a huge pool but it satisfied the needs of lounging in water.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Silverton because the rooms were old and worn out. I changed rooms 3 times but settled for the last one because receptionist stated the rooms have not been remodeled in 30 years. The staff were nice but the room gave me old motel 6 vibes. I dont know wher these nice rooms everyone else had that wrote reviews.

The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable! Staff is always very nice!

I tried to give Silverton Casino a chance to redeem themselves. I wrote a negative review two years ago hoping that they would have improved by then. I was wrong. We decided to stay here because it’s close to our work site but we made a very bad choice. The front desk service is terrible, the cocktail waitresses are rude. How could three of them be rude all at the same time? The food is subpar and the rooms are extremely low level. We could feel all night everyone walk by the room to the elevator. Ridiculous design. I appreciated the hard earned money I make so if you do the same don’t waste it here. In closing I attempted to reach out to the hotel directly before we stayed to see if I could make any request in advance to help my stay be a little more hospitable. I never received any acknowledgement or reply even. Just a complete waste of time and money.

I really love this place, have stayed there many times. My only complaint is that I wish there were refrigerators in the rooms. I highly recommend the Silverton!!

Its a really nice hotel, right now during covid, all the restaurants need reservations. The Johnny rockets and the noodle do not need reservations bit the rest do. Also the cracker barrel needs one too, on all reservations call about an hour ahead..

Arnold and I had the best time. Had deep fried OREOS!. We gambled walked around Vegas.

We loved the chill atmosphere here. It was a great place to enjoy a relaxing time by the pool and some nice family time.They could use more help with the bar by the pool though. A long wait for drinks (alcoholic or not) eventhough there wasnt that many people ordering.

Beautiful hotel but NOTHING to do for kids. Has a fish tank for kids to enjoy but no arcades or kid stuff. The roulette tables were hit or miss but the slots sucked! The rooms were nice, clean, and the beds comfy. Had a nice firepit area outside. It has a lot of food and shopping options around. Is convenient to freeway access and about a 10min drive to airport.

I make a trip to Vegas at least 5 times a year. And I have to say, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in LV. Way worse than anything on the strip, even Fremont. Asked for a non smoking room and they give me a room on the smoking floor. Room was dirty and the shower had hair everywhere from the last guest. If the guest above you walks heavy, youll hear every step. Went to gamble and all the tables available have guests packed like sardines even though there are unopened tables next to them. Ordered drinks and the waitress never brought it around, after ~20 minutes of gambling. Its safe to say that Ill never make the mistake of staying at the Silverton again. Besides the check-in process, they literally couldnt do one thing right here at my stay.

Beautiful aquarium but poor food service (dry steaks that I couldnt cut with the butter knife that I was given even if my life depended on it, early restaurant closures but I blame it partially on COVID-19 and plenty of confusion on where you can redeem your food comps. Count Johhny Rockets out!). Typically low payouts (expexted). Dealers and bartenders raised the bar. They were awesome. THANK YOU FRONT LINE WORKERS! I spent a lot of time and money at this place.
