Room #3691 stayed in this room for 3 nights. Fountain view. The room is beautiful. It gets really hot in there during the day because of the sun so if you leave. Just be sure to close the curtains and have the AC on so you come back to a cool room! They have a fridge full of goodies, all monitored by weight. Loved the view so much! The fountain at night We had no issues with the room, staff at the hotel check in was very friendly and knowledgeable!

I always wanted to come here,an now I am. They treat you like a celebrity!! The rooms are amazing, To be truthful I cant afford to gamble. But theres so much more to do here. Later on today my wife an I are going to try zip lining. Walking the strip looking at all the attractions an restaurants an clubs. My advice to anyone who want to get away for a great time this is the place.

Stayed for 2 nights, it was beautiful and amazing. Everything inside the building is beautiful and just something you don’t see everyday. We got surprised when we checked in because the lady gave us a room upgrade for FREE. Once inside the room, it was clean, everything was clean and tidy. There was a few small things in the room that were damaged or broken (I called the front desk to inform them about these small damages) reason to this is due to the fact that I didn’t want them to take away my $200 deposit for damages that I didn’t do! And they took notes on their system and gave me a piece of mind; so please please make sure you take pictures of anything that looks damaged or fishy and call right away to let them know. I would give a 5 star but, the only downside was that any of the snacks or drinks inside the room is charged as soon as you move or grab them (they have a sensor) and it automatically charges you if you touch or grab anything (so be cautious and careful). Since we don’t travel that often we didn’t know that they did this and we ended up paying $80 for 2 drinks and 2 snacks. So for anyone that’s new in traveling as well, just watch out! Other than that, it was amazing, the price is perfect especially right now during covid times.

This hotel is nice. The drink prices are reasonable (considering the fact it’s on the strip) but what doesn’t sit right is they have no Bluetooth capability in 2020. Bring your own speaker. For the price of the room you’d think you could (at the least) play your own music selection. A real bummer for those who are musically inclined. Otherwise, I’ll book again

An absolutely amazing place to experience. Seeing is one thing -- being here is another. To get the whole experiencial level of fulfillment you will want to make sure the pool is open and available to swim in. We didnt get to.Even the standard rooms are very nice. We asked for a room with a view and got a very nice one. Be sure to request one for yourself. The service is great. They want you to gain the full experience. To top it off here is the worst thing that was the best. When you prepare to check out of your room make sure you didnt leave anything in the closet. We checked out and I forgot to look in the closet. I forgot my jacket in the closet that Ive had for over 20 years (still like new) and at that time paid $200 for it. I didnt realize it until the next day. I made a phone call and was instructed to file a report so they could submit it to the lost and found. I was able to do that on my phone. Fortunately we were still in Las Vegas. That evening when it wasnt busy we stopped by and a gentleman behind the desk suggested that I make a call in the morning, that somebody was already in our room. I thought for sure my jacket was gone. The next day, the morning that we were leaving, I made a call again and was given instructions to stop by and connect with security.Lickety split and I was there, first thing in the morning. It was only maybe 15 minutes later and I received my jacket. Now this is a place you can trust.

Very bad staying experience. During my stay, the valet charged me $30 for using the valet service, which I didnt even drive a car or used the service! Somebody must used name, my room number or lied to them, or theres some system errors.Called guest service AND valet team multiple times during my stay after I found out about the unknown charge, and at beginning they said there was an error they will remove the charge. But after I checked out from the hotel, I received another notice from them stated I used the valet service so I have to pay for that.Called guest service manager again and he said they cant do anything about it since the valet manager after investigation decided the charge was valid. Called valet team manager multiple times, left multiple messages, but he never answered his phone or return left message. And guest service manager said I can only dispute this charge with my credit card company if I think its invalid.Strongly suggest other people think twice if want to stay at this hotel, there are better option and I had better experience with other hotels. Seems like recent management and guest service quality went down by a lot. Even they made mistake, they dont apologize or fix the error, instead they caused more trouble for customer to file a dispute with their credit card company.Update:11/29 got a call from valet manager said they will reversed the charge and do further investigation.

This was an amazing stay! We enjoyed the Octavius Suite immensely! The bathroom is luxurious! The pool view is absolutely stunning! Definitely a detailed and fancy hotel and casino! They waitresses are great with their rounds while youre playing! They have a better drink selection than most of the surrounding casinos. This is the time of covid so at check in you will get a temperature check and you must be wearing a mask. They provide masks and hand sanitizer stations throughout the casino. Overall a great stay. One tiny tiny con...the parking is sooooo far away from check in..so you will be dragging your luggage throughout the whole casino. Also the rooms and far away from the casino floor.. very far. So it isnt a place where you take the elevator down and youre in the casino. This is tough after a long night out in heels. If you can..I suggest getting valet.

Casino resorts are a little bit of a different experience in the times of Covid, and Caesars is no exception. The nice thing is that everyone wears a mask, and they are very rigorous about it with staff and guest alike. Social distancing is not an issue, as theres so much less visitors.I was happy with the accommodation part of my stay. The room was clean, comfy and what I expected. The casino experience sucked though. You can definitely tell that the slot machines are there to take your money away and not even let you play long for what you put in. Even small wins were few and far between, and as I looked at other players during my stay, nobody was having any luck ot was excited to play, no normal noises of wins here and there. It was very quiet and frankly boring.

Review of another staycation, we choose Caesars Palace. FYI we are in covid times so no valet only self parking so wear some comfy shoes and pack light. From self parking to hotel registration to towers is about 1/2 mile. There was self check in which was good to avoid the lines and by that time I was hot and irritated from the distance. No true map to find your room just instructions printed. Ceasars is a nice hotel with plenty of shopping and restaurants. We stayed in the Palace king resort. Honestly I expected more from Ceasars. The room was mediocre. The bed was firm but the most comfortable compared to price from our previous stays at the Strat, Ballys, and Aria. Mini bar overpriced, but we come prepared. Spa tub was nice had jets, and sprayer. Im 61 and I fit without bending my legs. If you are 1 taller you will bend..lol. But yeah I expected more from Ceasars. Oh they had a coffee pot in the room however the coffee kit was $13... but ok!

No one knew what was happening, systems were a mess; the most knowledgeable employees were at Harrahs Rewards Center, hands down.Hopefully Metro PD is getting the troublemakers out of town as that was another reason we stayed away.Love the shopping and the choice of restaurants and the Forum shops are a fun place to spend the day (or night). Very poor customer service and really not player friendly. It is always a pleasure to stay at Caesars Palace but just be prepared to walk and get lost. I highly suggest planning you’re trip. Make sure you know what tower you will be staying at, how to get there and don’t forget your exact parking location. There is only one parking entrance to the casino so if you’re staying at the Octavious or Augustus tower bring you’re walking shoes and you’re roll in luggage. There’s a keurig in the room so bring yours own k-cups or pay $20 for the coffee kit.

The table games were all open, however no spectating was allowed and only about 3 or 4 people to a table. All the restaurants and shops were open, but only a certain amount of people were allowed in at a time.Been to Vegas more than a few times now, it was just as busy on Saturday as Ive ever seen it. You have to wear mask inside all the buildings, unless you are eating or drinking. Once you go outside about half the people had masks on and the other half did not.Overall great trip!
