I jokingly dubbed this chain of gaming bars as Dotties for Dudes, and didnt expect to like it at all. Well Bourbon Street, you won me over. This is the only location Ive been in so I cant speak for the many others they have I town, but this one was awesome. Great service. Huge space, but comfortable. I look forward to going back post-Covid to play the arcade games and relax in the comfy looking lounge.

Some of the bartenders are really nice, but a few are all about the business. You HAVE to play .50 a hand to be comped a drink..where else in Vegas has this rule? I visited again yesterday. The bartenders supposedly will come serve you. I was asked to wait at my machine. You can wait forever because the bartenders on duty are so busy talking to each other they dont jave time to serve you and you ask to have your machine cleaned and they do it on their time schedule. Their not too busy just have stuff to talk to each other.

Very clean! Nice laid back atmosphere, and the amazing staff treat everyone like V.I.P.s! Like any true New Orleans bar they have authentic New Orleans Daiquiris as well. Overall a great experience and Im really looking forward to trying the food! Also any sports fan will love this place! With wall to wall T.V.s and free WIFI you can keep up with all the latest lines on your mobile sports app.

The fact no one knows how to make an Irish car bomb... and they are all extremely cold and rude unless it’s the staff after the kitchen is mostly shut down they told me one time takemy hat off and made a joke about we wanted to make sure you weren’t the shooter from the news I left immediately never felt so disrespected

This place is really nice and theres games inside for adults too . However only thing was the food was not good and I ordered a catfish sandwhich and it was mostly bread. Also when we got nachos they were served with cold chesse which I told them about, but they gave us hot chesse to put on top but by that time the nachos were pretty much not edible cause it was smothered with the cold chesse . Also me and my buddie ordered 2 orders of curly fries and they put it all in 1 box which was kinda werid. Another thing is I didnt see any drink specials or any prices on draft beer plus there speciality drinks were also a bit high. Woulda love come back with some friends. But after spending $40 food here Im not too sure on that.

It’s Saturday Sept 19th @ 5:39 and my fiancé and I just attempted to enter the establishment and had the rudest experience. Whoever was working mumbled some words that we could not understand and demanded our ID’s as if he were a cop and we didn’t belong there. We frequent Bourbon all the time and have never received this kind of disrespectful treatment.

The waitstaff is always friendly. It makes up for the uber tight machines.

I had slow service at the bar but it was a weeknight about 9pm. 30 people tops were in the building. But drinks are cheap. Food is safe to eat and the games are so fun. I had a blast with my date and we made a group of friends by getting competitive at the sports games. Overall a very entertaining establishment and thats what I enjoy.

Fun arcade style games, pool tables, video slots. Most of the arcade games give tickets which can be used toward purchasing merchandise. Tokens are given when you spend money on food and drinks. Great menu options for food and beverage.

Bourbon bar is a place you can have fun at and eat drink alcohol or juices of soda at the same time they smoke in there which makes it kind of Cloudy to me but you can still enjoy have fun with all the machines like Cruise in the USA and they have two new Cruise in one thats awesome and many of games that you find in your phone its count there at bourbon and its quite fun and plus you they got 2 pool table thats quite fun and a lounge area for watching sports which is so comfortable I come from the couch lol its an awesome place in awesome customer service

Cool little bar, has lots of games. It reminds me of an adult Mini Grand Prix. However, they need to air the place out and get that old outdated cigarette smell out of there. Like they did at Palace Station! The ladies at the bar were ok, not friendly but not mean. Other than us it was about 2 other people in the place. So im not sure how long theyll stay open but it was cool to check it out.

Horible service. I wanted a burger. They had no bread. I ordered a fry. Took them over 45 min to get it to me. The server said they only have one fryer. I ordered a draft beer standing at the bar. My wife got her drink and sat down as I stood at the bar. The bar keep looked at me dumbfounded and asked me what I need so I said I ordered a beer. She said ok and proceeded to pour me a beer. Just overall horible service and management but overall decent food. Would not come back unless management changed.

Only thing this place has going for them is that their price on my smokes are cheaper then Dotties. The machines didnt pay not once. The only thing the employee said to me was that they needed to verify that my ID was up to date. When I was ready to leave I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before she appeared from the back. Thats when I finally got something to drink.

When you walk in it’s pretty cool, lots of open space plenty of games to play almost like a grown up Chuck E. Cheese. We sat at the bar and got beers within 15 minutes but then another 30 minutes passed before anyone asked if we wanted food.Only two people working and one of them didn’t speak English very well made ordering kind of difficult. Also this business is CASH ONLY which always makes you wonder about what other business goes on.

I was very excited when I heard Bourbon Street was coming to my neighborhood replacing Landry’s. Yesterday, I visited Bourbon Street, Sahara, in the morning and bought a pack of cigarettes and played some games with Tokens I purchased . I returned to Bourbon Street around 1:30 am and showed the girl my ID and played a few more games. I was stopped by a male employee who harshly asked for my ID. I told him I showed my ID to the girl on duty at the counter. After I played games, I decided to buy another pack of cigarettes. The same male employee who asked me for my ID sold me cigarettes and said my total was $7.00. The day before cigarettes were $6.15. He was basically dishonest and keeping the change as his tip. I will not return to this place because the employees appear to be irratable, unfriendly and untrustworthy. They are over charging and apparently keeping the change for their tip . One has to wonder if they’re ringing up sales at all and pocketing money.Thanks for your time

Able to go here on date night had a lot of fun felt like a kid again getting tickets for games in adult setting.They have many tvs here to watch all sports games tgat are on, pool tables if youre into billiards and a bar to get your regular favorites or one of their special in house made drinks. Prices are very fair can have a good night out without spending an arm and leg . Also has gaming machines and a wide varuety of arcade ganes that are new and originalalong with some classics like galga and pacman.

Visited on a Saturday, we were really hungry, first... they were out of wings, out of Coke soft drink, dipping sauces and hot dogs. It was only midnight! Sad, sad disappointment! PS chicken strips over coated and gross. We left the food, it was just disgusting.

I went into this place carrying a small tote, no bigger than most purses, to get cigarettes and only cigarettes. When I approached the bar, I was told that I would need to leave My tote by the door. I informed them that I wasn’t staying and just wanted to buy My cigarettes and I would be on My way. I was told again that I would have to leave My tote, unattended, sitting next to the door. I advise them that they were out of their minds, and that there was no way that was going to happen and that I would take Myself and the $23.00 that I was going to spend there elsewhere. I felt VERY,VERY discriminated against by being asked to do this. There were women in their that had purses just as big, if not bigger that My tote. And none of them were asked to leave their purses, unattended, by the door. They should have an across the board policy that applies to everyone, or at the very least, a sign of some sort posted on the door. Now this was at 8:30 at night on 2/10/19, where it was so cold that it snowed in some parts of the city, so I had to be buzzed in and on camera upon entering. Where, if they had a problem with My tote, as I carry it in My hand and not over My shoulder so it was clearly visible, then they should have never let Me in the door. The thing that really gets Me about this, is that I live across the street by the 7-11, go into there at least twice a week, because it is right by the bus stop on My way home from work. I have had My tote with Me every time I go in there on My way home from work, and nothing has ever been said in the last 2 months I have been stopping there. I plan on going back in there tomorrow and speaking with management during the day to see what they have to say about it. If I should have to leave My tote by the door upon entry, then every woman with a purse should have to do the same thing, there should not be different rules applied just because I am a male.
