Positive: Location and distance to all atractions. Negative: n/a
Its not my favorite, but I cant complain. The resort makes sure that everyone is wearing a mask. Free disposable masks and gloves are available throughout the lobby. Your room does come with a pouch with a washable mask & free hand sanitizer. That was a plus! The room size is decent and clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows! The mini fridge was well stocked, but no coffee maker. The restaurants are kind of pricey, 19.00 for a breakfast sandwich and most were closed.... but if youre hungry youll eat anything! Overall, its a 3.9 for me
We make yearly trips to Vegas over the last 20 years. This was my fourth and last stay at the Mirage. The place is nothing like it used to be. The clientele is not what it used to be. The service is not what it used to be. Only three working elevators from floor 17-23. They don’t answer the phone when trying to order room service. Four calls to get the safe working. Had to call on two different days of the five to get my room cleaned. The hotel apparently allows dogs( they were not service dog’s) walking through the hotel and even in the restaurant. Never heard from my casino host. There are so many better options, choose wisely, we will never be back
The Volcano is really the best! Its the 3rd time Ive seen it and it never disappoints. The beauty inside is stunning.I would give it a 5 but the perfume scent is just too strong. Also the tiger and dolphin garden arent really all that. Good thing it was priced very low as it was kind of lame and the cages seem too small for the animals.
Loved it! The layout of the hotel and casino was perfect! Great spot on the strip too. Plenty of seating at the pool with good energy. We ate at a few different places in the hotel and our fav was for sure was Snacks! They had a mouth watering American hero sandwich. (Still thinking about it)This hotel also has a special gem, Siegfried & Roys the Secret Garden. They have white tigers and lions and also a dolphin show. You have to check it out.We went the first day they opened in August and the main requirement was to wear a mask. Thats it! Just wear your mask and thats not too much to ask for a weekend of fun.The Mirage is worth the stay!!!
Great fun ! We loved our room. We could not win but had a good shot at it. We had a rough time retrieving our M life benefits but we had so much fun that it was probably our not knowing what to do. The pool is awesome. Helpful staff everywhere. My girlfriend says The best coffee at the center bar. Our room looked down on the exploding volcanoes. Awesome!
This was an really nice Hotel/casino. Very clean, pool was amazing. More layed back than other Hotels on the strip I’ve stayed at which could be a good thing. Parking was free and very easy. I would definitely revisit The Mirage.
It was our first time to Vegas. We weren’t sure where to stay. After doing a bunch of research- especially with Covid going on- we decided to stay at the Mirage. So glad that we did. It was a wonderful experience. We had a great room. We were on the 12th floor in a ‘Stay Well’ room. The pool is absolutely wonderful and there was so much to do and see at the resort. It’s conveniently located on the strip as well.
This place is pricey, but worth it. The rooms were clean, airy and elegant. Staff is helpful and efficient. There are plenty of dining options, but be prepared to line up during peak hours. I especially loved the large and well maintained pools and jacuzzis. It might be fun to catch their free and at times ridiculously short volcano show at least once. Make sure to look up the show times and get there in advance to snag a good viewing spot.
Boys To Men amazing show in Vegas!! I never saw them growing up and they have not lost their touch at all. Very captivating and they involve the audience quite a bit. One of the best shows in Vegas!!
The place is nice they have many restaurants some of them are close. The casino have many slots machines and not many tables. The hotel location is really convenient, youre in the middle of the strip, and across the street you can find Walgreen 24 hrs and Dennys 24 hours. The hotel room is nice, I got the strip view and can see the volcano show from the window. They give you 2 reusable mask and hand sanitizer, and the door being sanitized too. I only give 4 stars, because they dont give a bottle water and sleeper when the restroom floor is so cold. The swimming pool is nice. Anyway I enjoy my stay for my 25th wedding anniversary here.
The only reason I would visit Vegas again is for the buffets, but I would pick a different hotel.Dont get me wrong: the hotel (by looks) is impressive and everything I expected as a small-town girl. However, Las Vegas was never on my ”top places to visit,” but my husband bragged about his experience the year prior, so we made it a family trip.Because of my husband’s conference, our room was booked months in advance. However, when we arrived, our room (and his coworkers) wasnt available. We were told that we would receive a text message when our room was available and had to wait with our luggage and three-year-old.After several coworkers were finally getting their rooms, my husband checked with the front desk again. Our room STILL was not ready but offered us a non-smoking handicapped room.We accepted the room, which was nice....but, there was hair on the shower floor. The concierge refused to lock the only fridge in the room (full of alcohol), and if anything were moved we would be charged. I asked THREE times if they would remove it (which was $20ish a day) or lock it because we have a toddler. They never did.The bedsheets were very, very soft and comfortable. We were given a non-smoking room as we requested, but the entire floor smelled like cigarettes and weed every night. We had a view of the entrance and strip, but also overlooked the roof. It wasnt impressive during the day, but at night with the city lights, it was beautiful and quite impressive so we slept with the blinds open (which I never do at home). If youre visiting with small children (which more people do than you think), make sure to google places to go or use the guide book in your hotel room. I refuse to use hotel pools (so that option was out), but the Mirage has a decent buffet (Caesar’s is much better with a better variety), and nice options to entertain small children. For example, we went to a dolphin show and ventured off the strip to see the SeaQuest Interactive Aquarium (definitely a must if you have kids).Fair warning: do not venture off the strip. I drove to the closest Target and felt so unsafe when leaving as it was near dark. I saw so many people on the street with house arrest ankle bracelets. I feel bad for the residents of Vegas (off the strip) because there were so many streets that should have had working street lights which are inexcusable considering the entire Vegas Strip is overly well-lit.Overall, if I ever visit with my husband again, I would rather stay at the Delano (hubby’s first hotel where they gave him a complimentary upgrade to the King Suite).BTW, the text message when our room was available came SEVEN HOURS after we arrived at the hotel.
Stayed here a couple of times and the last visit, I was very pleased. We stayed on the 24th Floor which was perfect. Theres a designated elevator for that floor and it gave us quick access going up to the room and down to the Lobby. We had dinner at a couple of restaurants and enjoyed our time at the pool. Brings back great memories (Bare) when I used to come out here from Hawaii back in the day.Overall, a clean hotel and centralized to walk on the strip.
We have not stayed at the Mirage yet. We had reservations to stay there last week but unfortunately got a better deal elsewhere. But the Mirage is beautiful the casino is great and we happen to be there during the Dodgers playoff and wasnt able to sit in a nice big seating area and enjoy the game with fans. Our next trip, we definitely needs to stay at the Mirage. We are MLife members!
Positive: outstanding service all around
Positive: Location Negative: The entire experience was a big disappointment, from the food to the staff, to not having valet parking.
The good: Great customer service. Friendly staff. Early check in was fine but of course based on availability, so dont always expect it to happen. Spacious room. Very well cleaned. The bad: Toilet was a little bit funky. Didnt flush well but did the job eventually. Mattress felt a little sunk in. I asked for toothbrush and was told it would be brought to my room. Waited a while and it never arrived so I had to go downstairs to figure out why.Not bad at all. Very minor issues. The price I paid was pretty good for what I got. I would definitely stay again.
I love Vegas and the Mirage hotel is my go to every time I visit. I highly recommend staying here!
1 star for cleanliness. With a 7:1 employees/guest ratio per 100 sqft. youd expect that.
My first time staying here and it was great. Lots to do and see. Great Shows, including the Cirque show Beatles LOVE! It’s well worth the money. All the restaurants are VERY nice, but there is no easy burger or fast food type options. The Secret Gardens & Dolphin Habitat is amazing and very budget friendly. To know your so close to these beautiful animals you can by a ticket and return all day for different training sessions. Many encounter packages you can add on. The grounds are very tropical themed and the Volcano our front erupts every hour. It’s a Wow moment for sure. Pretty cool to watch from your room if you have that view of the strip. They have some very cool shops as well . My favorite was the music memorabilia shop, lots of cool stuff ! Would definitely stay again. FYI fridge has weights sensors so if you remove a drink from the fully stocked bar fridge you get charged, even if you don’t drink it, just by removing the items it adds to your account. If you want a fridge fir the room it’s a extra charge.
What happens in Vegas stays in vegas! I love this place. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Vegas this is my number 1
Fantastic hotel. Everything was really clean and people were so nice. Would definitely recommend it.
Beautiful hotel with great service. Pool and main lobby area is well sanitized with employees constantly checking. Restaurant selection is great with many options for all
Laid back, well priced, good food. Casino floor was not the most exciting or extravagant, but its a great hotel casino for 30+ crowd. Relaxing, not overcrowded or noisy, didnt smell like smoke, set up well for the COVID environment. Had a great time. Would definitely go back.
Nice hotel. No need to wait in the check-in line. We checked in through the MGM app & our room key was sent digitally to my phone. Not having a refrigerator & microwave in the room sucked bcuz we had lots of leftovers.
Our stay was not only unforgettable, but the service, food, atmosphere, the dolphin exhibit, cleanliness was hands down the best weve experienced at a hotel. Were not used to actual, sincere hospitality from where we live, so I believe aside from the Volcano show, and Siegfried and Roys Secret Garden, that was my favorite part of our stay. Thank you guys for your hospitality, and being human beings.
This hotel is very beautiful. The check in agents are all so friendly. We spoke to Kim Wong of The Philippines, who checked us in, and he is a joy to talk to. He is very welcoming and very informative. The rooms are very clean and the mattress are very comfortable.Definitely recommend this hotel.
Alway a great time at the mirage hotel and casino. Great location, center of the strip and friendly staff. Gambling on the other hand sucks
Positive: Very clean, friendly staff.
The Mirage is quite fine, the glass dome and the atmosphere are really magnificent.
The volcano is amazing. Love this place. And they have great shows we saw Bill Maher! Very affordable too (before the pandemic)
The rooms are beautiful and the service is excellent. The volcano show is the cherry on the cake. I would highly recommend. My only personal gripe is that the walk from the hotel elevators to the outside of the hotel is massive. Bring good walking shoes.
Post COVID Vegas is a different Vegas. The Mirage a bit older.. But still popular and the Old School vibe and excellant upkeep, Vegas can use a lot more of. Its about fun. Slots seem fair.. Tables good. I dont like the. Mlife BJ 6-5, over tradition 3-2.Other chains have figured this out. Soith Point for one. So for now on the Strip Mirage with Free parking.. Excellant location is my choice.
Good place clean. No early opened restaurants but I believe that is a covid thing. Gonna stay here again.
Dolphin trainer for a day program for my daughters mother. To say she had a blast is an understatement. So did I. Worth every dollar. Mirage is top notch. And the girls that work directly for this program are by far the best in the business. I’ve never met nicer people who care more for their dolphins or anyone else. The people alone working here are worth it by themselves, they are that good.
Property was decent. It is gigantic and easy to get turned around. I was there during COVID and my supposedly super clean room had clothes left in the closet from the previous guest. Drinks were through the roof price wise at the pool. Like $88 for a 12 pack of beer. Well, almost a 12 pack, they really only give you 10 for that price. Anyway! It is Vegas and therefore pricey, but I cant help but wonder if Id have enjoyed another MGM property more. Ive heard Aria is amazing and I plan to go there next.
Wife and I enjoyed our stay. Clean and good location on strip.
Gorgeous Hotel. Could have gotten lost in the beauty.
The hotel stay was great. It was a little annoying to walk past all the slots and bars every time we wanted to go to our room, but it was fine. The view was fantastic, and the room was clean. Service was good too.
Everything is overpriced (room, restaurants kiosk), cleanliness is not great throughout! Lots of noisy people in the hallways all night, light shining into your room... the bed has seen better days too. Watch out if you have a dog, the fee for your dog is higher than the price of the room.paid over $16 for 3 bottles of soda at the kiosk...most restaurants were closed, the others way overpriced! The view from the room was great though.
Daughter stayed there for wedding and honeymoon. Was nice not to crowded. Same as the rest of the hotels no coffee maker or microwave
The Mirage was nice. My biggest complaint is all of the cigarette smoke. As soon as you walk in the entire building smells like an ash tray. Its disgusting. There is no escaping it. The TINY non-smoking room that they have has VERY little slot machine selections and no tables. There are no doors in that section so its just open which means that the cigarette smoke just migrates in. The restaurant food leaves something to be desired. When I checked out, I went through the contactless option in the MGM app and it said I would be emailed a bill and it never came. I just had bank charges but no receipt or bill. Mirage is nice but I probably wouldnt stay again.
Ive only been to Vegas a few times. Stayed at Mandalay Bay a couple times (work conference) and stayed at The Mirage (work conference). I really like the location of The Mirage, its in the heart of the Strip and close to many things. Plus the resort was fantastic. Awesome room, great service, great employees. I liked the fact the you dont have to walk a huge distance (through the casino) to get to the elevators. The Still (Sports bar inside the Mirage) has great wings and pub type food. Im a craft beer guy and loved the fact they had Anchor Steam on draft.
One of the cleanest and best hotels i ever stayed in.. I will be coming back again
Always an amazing time! Room was ready early always a plus. Beds were super comfortable. Overall a great place!!
Gorgeous hotel...but they didnt give us the room we booked. Probably wont go back to.the mirage
Not sure if the Mirage is really on peoples list of must see spots in Las Vegas. With the Bilagio water show stealing the show so often, its easy to forget the thunderous heat of the Volcanic fire show put on over at the Mirage. The flaming torches surrounding the dragon adorned rock of smoking doom launch flames in succession high into the air as beating drums fill the air with booming beats. Well worth stopping to watch, unfortunately, its only happening at the top of each hour at night, but worth the stop all the same.
Great place to stay. Fast and friendly staff. You can book and check in on line. You get digital keys and they work great.
Many hand washing stations throughout casino.. before you start taking photos of the flowers know that they are, well, a mirage!
Staff was non-existent. Most shops were closed and the tables were way favoring the house. COV-id yea, for some of these reasons. The main entrance is one of my favorites here in Vegas
Still one of the best hotels to stay at in the strip...from the pool to the volcano to the dolphin and Tiger habitat its just an all around great hotel!
Everything is closed prices are absurd and rude employees!!
Great location on the Vegas Strip, right where all the action is and easy walking distance to so many other attractions.. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Great display of water features, gardens, aquarium, etc to enjoy, including an active Volcano Display in the evening.. We found the Buffet a bit of a Cafeteria type setting and the Pizza Restaurant a little on the expensive side. Amazing and entertaining shows here.. All in all a great Hotel, for our first time in Vegas.. Definitely stayed in the right location..
This casino is a part of MGM, so you can use your card for points here. Overall my trip here was okay, as during the day it was not crowded, as it progressed into the night, it did have a lot of gaming patronsNormal food, such as a hamburger is quite expensive for $16 and fries or a drink, do Not come with your meal. Understand this is Vegas, so do not expect to pay less in any of the casinos.
The Mirage is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Las Vegas. From checking in to checking out. The process was so simple, especially with the MGM App. The pool was amazing and surprisingly cold for 100 degree weather. The room service and restaurants exceeded my expectations. And the servers were always coming around asking me for drinks whether if I was at the tables or slot machines. I would definitely come back and enjoy this experience again.
The shower had mold, the room was dirty from the night before, the second night was even more eye opening when the counter staff mishandled my private information. I asked for a shift manager to correct the situation he also incorrectly handled my private information. 200$ deposit over a hundred dollars to stay the night was not worth the hassle.
Super clean, great staff. Doing their best to operate under Covid rules. Loved the pool, service and drinks. Well be back
Stayed here on our honeymoon, had a great time with some very nice staff. They didn’t have a resort king room available (as booked) but the check-in assistant just got us a king room with a strip view instead. My only criticism is with one of the security guards, I was playing craps and having a beer, he came over to hassle me about having my mask down for too long in between drinking. I lost about $50 due to being distracted and not changing up my bets which really annoyed me, there were people all around me smoking and drinking with no masks on, I guess I was just the target at that point.
Rooms are nice. We had a volcano view room. Nice view of the strip also. Very clean upon arrival.
I sooooooo WANTED to love this place... BUT they have cut back services so far that if you want simple amenities like food at night (ie 11pm) room service your out of luck. A handful of places open for a VERY few hours each day. PLUS In spite of being sanitized window in a 25th floor, strip view room was filthy, shower and tub in desperate need of a serious scrubbing AND caulk. Can say bedding was clean as well as public areas, and most of the staff friendly so adding a star for that.
Attended a show here back in March 2019. Left Vegas the day was shut down on March 17th, due to the pandemic. Very sad day for the world. It is worthwhile to even just walk around inside the casino to see the beauty and sights. Absolutely wonderful. Hope to be back someday again in the future.
Pretty cool place to visit. I loved the plants and waterfalls.
Pretty much a farce of information from the beginning. The pictures you see online are not the real room. When we got to the room the air barely worked and the bathroom light kept going out. We had to hit a reset switch to use the light. We were using NO items in the bathroom. We had a credit of $20 for food to use everyday but they make it incredibly hard to use. We will look elsewhere for next vacation.
Hotel overall is nice and convenient. The room was not in great shape. They didnt have the 2 King rooms we booked and had nothing available to upgrade . They gave us handicap Kings which were not in great shape. They needed TLC.
Aside from the masks being annoying The Mirage was great! Excellent food, drinks, slots, and staff! Went there for a conference recently and I guess we were the first since this masks stuff all started. Had a blast conference was great and staff made sure everyone stayed safe. Definitely recommend staying here at The Mirage in Las Vegas best hotel and casino!
Amazing villas. Rooms are large and beautiful, well kept, and full of amenities. Very professional and accommodating staff.
Although I stayed in the Linq we went thru the Mirsge. Very welcoming and kind employees showed you a great time.
Had a wonderful stay at The Mirage this past week. Stayed in a Staywell room with a strip/volcano view. From.the customer service to the cleanliness of the hotel and pool area. We look forward to returning here again.
Ate at the Heritage. Ordered the Alaskan King crab legs. Very tasty and well worth it. Must try. Wagu Steak was the tender ever and lobster was seasoned perfectly. Nice and clean.
Had so much fun! We won a good amount of money and there was lots of fun picture props for us. As you can see.
Their buffet was out of this world, if you can imagine it... it’s available there! From wine to pizza, beer galore! Our room was wonderful looking over the strip as well! Bird photos aren’t far from there as well!
This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. We came here specifically for Siegfried and Roys Garden but wished we would have booked this hotel. The staff were really nice and had no problem helping us. They didnt do the let me point you to another person cause I dont feel like helping you stunt that we have dealt with at other places. The foliage everywhere was beautiful and very well taken care of. We loved the dolphin show. Loved how close up you could get to them. They offer a hands on experience which we witnessed a family participating in and if you have the extra $$$ then Id say do it! We did a hands on dolphin experience at SeaWorld and this was so much better! After watching the wonderful dolphin training session we headed into the Lion and Tiger portion of this. We were warned that the cats sleep up to 16 hrs a day so they may be sleeping. They were ALL awake! This was a beautiful experience. Also a must see!
Room was always clean and tidy. Located on a smoke free floor, close to ice and vending machine. Room service was quick and food was great. Staff was friendly and hotel lobby clean. All machines were clean and gambling areas were free of debris. Outside show was great! Loved the lights and the volcano eruption.
The Mirage was the first 5 star hotel & casino in the Las Vegas strip and it still BSC the same level of service and amenities today. Its a gorgeous property that has excellent amenities and undeniable allure. The restaurants are all fantastic and the service is also 5 star. I also like the retail shops especially Paradiso and Karma & Luck. I definitely recommend staying or visiting this property while in Vegas!
The Mirage in Las Vegas is one of the finest place Ive stayed inI was treated with Respect and Dignity. Great customer service. Am a MIfe Reward member
Amazing. Clean. Great rooms. Great views. Private elevator was nice. Nothing bad to say at all.
Always a great experiance hereAmazing helpful staffDid have a a rude drink server but manager was so professional and was ready to handle the situationThis place showed us that they will let Nothing stop their guests from having a great time...Hopefully see you soon Mirage
Stayed last week for our 26th wedding anniversary.First of all, we prepaid for a shuttle to and from the airport to hotel. Upon arrival was told there was no shuttle, so we had to take a cab for 35$.When we arrived, Cameron at check-in was fabulous. He upgraded us to a room on the top floor with a Volcano view. He also gave us a heads up on the weight sensitive fridge, which I think is B.S.When entering our room we could instantly see it was filthy. Not vacuumed, table was sticky, fingerprints and smudges all over bathroom mirror and window. We had a fabulous view, what we could see though the smudges anyway. With no fridge, we used one of the bathroom sinks as a cooler. Only 1 ice machine for the whole floor. Needless to say it was always empty and making ice.Toilet in room barely flushed, but it did flush, so we didnt worry about it. At 10:50 PM on our first night a maintenance man knocked on our door to inquire about our slow toilet, saying he had got the call 18(!) hours previously and was there to fix it. Since it was almost 11 PM, I turned him away. We were already in bed, having had a long day. With getting up early to catch our flight, the hours in the air, getting settled in Vegas, etc., we were exhausted. We decided to go to bed early to get well rested so we could start the next day early and rested. I was very perturbed to have maintenance wanting to fix our toilet at almost 11 PM. Especially since he had known about it for 18(!) hours. Next morning toilet wouldnt flush at all, so I called front desk. Left room shortly thereafter for a couple hours and toilet was working fine when we returned.Called room service for a pot of coffee on our first morning. We got a bag of coffee in a box for 25$. With no microwave in the whole hotel to use we had a bag of coffee that would have gone to waste if I hadnt taken the bag of coffee out of the box and put it in the sink and filled sink with hot water out of the tap to heat the coffee up.( tap water was extremely hot!)The Mirage staff was fabulous. The hotel, not so much.Unfortunatly, we would NOT stay at the Mirage again and would NOT recommend it to any of our friends or to the readers of my weekly travel newspaper column.
Shower head pelted my skin and can’t adjust pressure or adjust head down, a/c didn’t work and they only had one engineer for the whole hotel and no help to offer like a fan or switching rooms. When I asked what they could do to help the situation they cancelled the resort fee (not worth sweating my face off at night), no fridge to use except about an 8 inch medicine fridge you have to request, no microwave, no f’ing outlets close to the bed to plug my phone in. USB ports were across the room and didn’t even work. Front desk packed with guest check-ins, I felt like cattle being shuffled through check-in. 4 star hotel? Never staying here again. Front desk was nice at least, just not helpful.
The rooms were slightly dated, sheets were very soft and comfortable. Cleaning staff were very attentive. The issue with the key cards only working for your specific floor in the elevator was annoying. Having friends staying on other floors made it almost impossible to meet up with unless both parties went to the lobby then back up to the desired floor. Most restaurants were closed inside the casino were closed during my stay. My biggest issue had to do with gambling. I won a jackpot on a slot machine large enough to where I couldn’t print the ticket off and redeem it at the cashier. No problem right? Wrong. I sat for 1 hour and 51 mins until a representative came over. After multiple requests to waitresses, security guards, AND a trip to the cashiers cage (I had a friend watch my machine). The employee read the machine wrong and attempted to pay me less than what my winnings actually were which delayed me another 20 mins. The employee then proceeded to punch the machine when their key card wouldn’t work on it. I asked to speak to a manager and was greeted by a man in a suit who basically said, “hey just file a complaint”. He was apologetic and said that they’re short staffed and that the casino wouldn’t hire more help. Granted this was a Wednesday night, it was empty inside the casino. At no time did anyone from the casino offer anything for my troubles. Hell, the only person to even mention it was the non casino contracted security guard, which was promptly met with a NO from the employee. Granted I wasn’t looking for anything extravagant, but a gesture would’ve been the right thing to do. Would I stay here again? Probably not.
Everything about our stay was awesome. The front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in early and checked out in timely fashion. They also helped by recommending places to eat in the resort. To our surprise they informed us a portion of the pool was open which we took advantage of. Staff in the stores and restaurants treated us better then other casinos not under the MGM name. Bought some Mirage Merchandise to represent our new favorite Casino and we are already planning our next stay!
Tropical theme. Great smelling hotel. I absolutely love this hotel and would stay here more than any hotel on the strip.
Awesome! Excellent location, beautiful Oasis, birds chirping, palm trees. Lobby is beautiful... Pool area, they did an excellent job on the song list! Old, new, upbeat, relaxing... February 68°. Entire hotel and staff are awesome! So relaxing and just great. Only negative, Id like a bigger bathtub.
Walk into other hotels and you can smell the difference. The mirage smells amazing. The atmosphere is very nice and calming.
One of the many amazing hotels in Las Vegas. Had an amazing time over there. Best service. The housekeeping was really nice. There is a Casino over there as well. The price is a little high for a room, but the ambience and the comfort is totally worth it. The for of also really nice. There are a lot of options available over here. I will recommend it to you all !
Solid 4 star. Pool is nice, fitness center has free weights, machines and a cable station and nice locker area. Casino is nice. Rooms are good. Ours was a hike from the elevators. Bed comfy, ac icey. The rooms probably should get an update in the near future but nothing too bad right now. Didnt eat there, so no opinion there. WIFI is good. Location on the strip is good as it gets, youre walking distance to all the major casinos.
Great hotel on the North section of the Vegas strip. Rooms are reasonable for the nightly cost, and amenities are above average. The pool area is excellent with lots of seating and a great aesthetic.Excellent service from staff overall and quality of food in the restaurants within the hotel was both high and consistent. The main slight against his hotel is that with the exception of Treasure Island and the Venetian, it is the northernmost major hotel on the strip, meaning that most other strip based attractions are a fair walk away. As someone who walks often and loves the heat this is not a challenge, but I could see it being frustrating to some.
Beautiful hotel! It’s spectacular too. I won’t say it’s my favorite of all the hotels at the strip but we were surprised by the amount of flowers, plants and fountains we saw inside!
For an old hotel it really is nice side. The outside could use a little updating. we saw a show Boyz II men which was really good here I would recommend that especially for nostalgic reasons. unfortunately this hotel has nothing as far as happy hours or any deals on food or anything like that.
The dolphin and tiger exhibit was amazing! Simply WOW.
Wonderful experience. I grabbed a bite to eat from STILL. Amazing food and service. Kudos to Executive Chef Marquita. Try her french fries Quitas Fries.
Everytime I come to the Mirage it is awesome love it!
Vegas is such an awesome place and always popping any time of day even with all this madness going on right now
Room dated carpet piled up and headboard had a tear in it.Refrigerator was full of high priced hotel stuff no place for anything of your own didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a while. Tile coming off the bathroom wall the wall safe not usable desk said they would send someone and they never showed. I have stayed at the mirage several times and this will be my last.
Nice clean hotel. AC was not that great. Housekeeping will steal your items so keep them safe.
