On myway out of town because I live in Arizona stopped in to get gas in the soda and put $20 in the machine I got it you $150 cash doubt wouldnt print tickets and hand pay the lady did not even want to call a technician when she did call Ive been waiting and still am currently waiting over 2 hours for a handpay of only $150 Port horrible experience never will I return to any terribles in the USA again

Ive been waiting for 2 1/2 hours for you to come pay me a measly $700 jackpot. Why would you do that to someone who risks their hard earned money trying to support your business?

I do love their establishments, but everytime I win a little money they take my number and make me wait a day to Come back for it (as little as $5), contrary to their broken ticket in ticket out system, not so top notch....
