The place is very modern. There arent massive crowds, the employees are very nice, and its an enjoyable atmosphere. I had foolishly left my car lights on. So I returned to a dead battery. Security came out and fixed me up in under a minute! These guys were on top of it! Great experience!

Overall great time. Snaps a delicious. Stayed in a petite suite with soaking tub, floor to ceiling windows facing the strip in the distance. Great view. Some minor repairs are need in that room but everything worked. I would stay in one of those rooms again, only next time I hope to see the sixteenth floor...

Everything was amazing. The only thing I didnt like was the resort fee that is paid when you check out. As I type this Im still waiting for my $100 deposit to be put back onto my debit card. But overall the casino is nice the restaurant is amazing and its open 24/7 also the casino changes colors throughout the day and night.

Staff was awesome and so helpful. I had an issue check in due to my card and they were so understanding and was able to give me knowledge to call and drop my reservation to see if my card would work and it did. The next day when my bank and settle so issue and they was able to go back to my original dates of check-out. The staff was understanding and just a pleasant with my issue. I would absolutely stay here again and look to plane my next trip to see a show.

Stayed here twice. Nice, clean, modern and close free parking. Good for those who prefer to stay off strip. The Strip is only 10 minutes away and Fremont Street about 15 minutes. I’ve also won a decent amount of money on their slots so that’s a plus. Overall I would stay here again.

Good pricing. Great location. Big rooms. Clean. Restaurant and gift store had very good pricing compared to on the strip. Free, easy parking. I would definitely stay here again. Cant really think of any negatives other than would like a coffee maker in the room...but two free coffee vouchers for downstairs was adequate. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is way off the strip. It has lots of covered and open free parking. Small gambling area. Only one restaurant inside. Rooms were bigger than expected. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The room has a small refrigerator with no hairdryer. Carpets in the casino area were dirty. The entire place smelt like an ashtray.

This place has a nice room setup. It was spacious, a nice bathroom. However, for the price of the place having such bad service was disappointing. When I checked in I asked for an extra blanket because my daughter sleeps colder. The desk lady called housekeeping right away and told them to put an extra blanket in our room. We got to the room and no blanket. We left for a few hours and came back and still no blanket. My wife called and asked again and also for the proper number of towels and it took another hour before they brought the blanket and seemed confused why we needed two more towels on top of the two that were in the room for four people. The downstairs help was great but the house keeping service was very bad.

Nice spacious rooms for the value. Very quiet off strip location. Huge windows with nice views of the city on either side. Orlando at check-in is awesome, very helpful and professional. Nice sparkling pool, huge bathtubs to soak in...the list goes on. Will stay again when in Vegas.

Nothing unique. However, I had a good time. Patrons and staff were amazing. Security made you feel protected, they watch over the parking lot vigorously. Very pleased!

This place is terrible and does not care about guests. Will push you out of their casino if you are not consistently spending money. Way better casinos and hotels to spend your money at. Had a bad problem at the restaurant Snaps located inside the casino where the waitress thought a Shirley Temple contained alcohol, it became a problem then they charged us someone elses meals and never reimbursed us. Great.

Nice building and room. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom. I stayed at 11th floor. The view from the room was breathtaking. The only thing that I would recommend to this hotel, is a in-room coffee maker would be appreciated.

Wasnt impressed with the room or Snaps. They attempted to overcharge me for my meal, then I get charged for food that I never received then they want to give me attitude when I ask them or wheres my fries you guys charged me for them. And I asked for my steak medium rare not rare

Had Late Dinner . Friend had Pork Fried Rice was Very Good the portion was really size and took home the leftovers. I had Breakfast Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs. Love the Chicken Fried Steak on the Gravy you need to tone down the Black Pepper. To much specially if People cant eat the pepper and they can add hot sauce to it. Service was good. Alma the Food Server was very Nice and got everything that we asked for.

Free parking is always great. This is a nice off strip hotel with a nice distant view of the strip. We had a standard room that featured a tub and minifridge. The floor to ceiling windows are great.

It was a great experience. I did not expect such a beautiful and clean room for so little amount... ($73...with all fees and tax included). The only con I could mention here, is that it is about 23mn away from the Las Vegas Blvd where all the major casinos are located. I will go there again whenever I am in Vegas, especially if others cant bit this price.

So, Ive stayed in over 20 different casinos/hotels in Vegas over the last 10 years.....I got to say, this is by far the best place Ive ever stayed in Vegas. Its such a quite part of town, yet so close to all the Las Vegas Blvd action. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful and she had me checked in within 5 mins. The room is very clean and spacious and the best part of all, I didnt have to break the bank to get a room here on the weekend. I will definitely be staying here again. Great job Eastside Cannery!!

This rating is for the hotel, for a stay in May 2018; we did not utilize the casino.We needed a reasonably priced place near McCarran for a flight out the next day. It took us a little under 20 minutes to get to the airport. Easy drive; didnt need to get on the freeway.We booked a regular room, but received a courtesy upgrade to a suite. Staff were polite and helpful. The suite was fantastic - clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet with a lovely jetted tub. I would recommend this as a place to stay. There is an outdoor pool, and restaurants in the casino if you want to eat on site.

I was impressed with the size of the rooms and the amenities. We booked a room for 3 days for a getaway staycation. The room was spacious, clean well kept. There was even a mini fridge in the room. The restaurant downstairs has very good food. They are a bit short on cocktail waitresses so it might be advisable to BYOB. We had fun playing the slots. The staff were awesome. Understand that it isnt some strip hotel so if that is what you are looking for, maybe not for you, but the price was very reasonable and we had a great time. We will go back.

Eastside Cannery Casino-Hotel is now a part of the Boyd group. I went there more before the buy out. It is very close to Sams Town Hotel-Casino. I know people that like the Eastside restaurants. I have eaten there and had good service and at a fair price. If you arnt a customer now but want to give it a try keep an open mind and maybe get a new favorite place to eat and gamble. Large paved parking lot with many handicapped spaces.

Nice hotel and the casino has been very generous. I added the 5th star, the staff and facilities really do deserve it. Very nice people work here and its a very comfortable hotel to stay at.

As a 007 fan I went here was because I thought the sign read Eastside Connery. That misunderstanding aside, its a pleasant, medium sized establishment with a nice staff and a good selection of video slots. Might not leave you shaken and stirred, but its worth a visit!

Love love LOVED This Casino and hotel!! We stayed the weekend on the 11th floor. Room was beautiful!! Big Beautiful bathtub! Huge shower and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The casino was also fun. Only one complaint... They need more waitresses giving out drinks. I was down there for hours playing and was only asked one time for a drink.

Had to stay here after showing up in Vegas without reservations, everywhere on the strip was full so we ended up here. I love the parking and convenience there. Very clean and updated place compared to other hotel/casinos on or around Boulder hwy. Checking in is quick with no fuss. Would stay here again.

Our rooms were acceptable. The parking lot was trolled by homeless and people asking for handouts. The front desk was the least engaging people Ive ever met. You pay a resort fee and get nothing in return for that. We were not offered valet parking, we were not offered a bellhop (if thats what theyre called today) and we were not even offered a cart to help get our possessions to the room. The only staff members that were friendly and engaging were the security guards that stood at the elevators.

City View was amazing particularly for the NYE fireworks. As far as a Non Smoking room, thats a bit of a stretch. Until you get to your room, all you are exposed to is smoke. Once inside, the room is spacious and clean but the bathroom vents drag the smoke smell back in. For a person who has been a non smoker all his life, this was a frustrating part of the visit.

Nice hotel off the LV Strip! Would have liked a coffee pot inside the room but we made do with free coffee on the 3rd floor. Front desk staff was very nice!

A great sunrise view from the top floor, room 1401. I wish they would upgrade the TV to accept HDMI inputs. The TV in this room was pretty old. Nice that theres a fridge in the room. Housekeeping was very good. I like the burger, fries, and shake deal during the week for $6.99.

It was all cool. I enjoyed the city view a lot. Had a side view of the mountains as well.

This place was amazing! Recommended by a friend before my trip I was a little skeptical staying that far off strip but it was worth it!! Very local kinda hotel/casino. The staff was amazing, I wish I was coherent enough to remember everyones names but Gloria the slot attendant and Orlando at the front desk had extraordinary impacts on my trip!! Security was posted right at the elevators so no one could come up without a room key, which is great. Had a great talk with one of the convenience store ladies (again, wish I knew her name for credit) and she let us know all about the things to do in town and how to stay safe. The neighborhood isnt bad but it did seem to get a little iffy as night went on :)Will be staying here again in the future for the hospitality and great value on the room.

Nice location on Boulder highway away from the craziness of the strip. Striking exterior, especially at night! Parking was convenient and check-in was quick and pleasant. Guest room was really big, clean and comfortable. I had an end room on the 11th floor, so it had two walls of windows - great view of the city!! A coffee maker would have been nice, but everything else in the room was great. Rather small casino, though thats not really important to me. Very limited dining options. I didnt like my dinner meal very much - Chicken Mai Fun, I think it was - portion was huge but the flavor was off. Service was fine. TJ, the casino manager, greeted me personally and was very friendly. Yes, this property, just like all the others in Vegas, or so it seems, has a fairly low advertised rate, but the resort charge of about $20 is added on. Still, a very good value and I would return.

Check in was fast. Room was clean and modern. They had a fridge, but no microwave. No problems staying here. Much less $$ than hotels on the strip, but still a large casino.

The room was spacious and had the most wonderful view of Las Vegas. Beds were really comfortable as well as the pillows, which is so important to me because it is hard for me to fall asleep.The bathroom tub is very comfortable as well as the sink area is spacious enough to have your makeup and your hair gadgets.Also, the fact that they have security before you can go up to the room make me feel at ease. Although it is far from the strip, felt very safe and the open parking lot.The only things I did not like were the small.fridge and the smell of cigarette that permeated all the way to the 13th floor where I was. The good thing, I guess, is that check-in is right off of the entrance so, I did not have to breathe that for too long.

Upgraded me to Penthouse Suite without me saying a word! Loved the jacuzzi tub. Just what I needed after the long drive to Vegas.

There was a bed bug in the suite and the manager said they would give us a full refund which they never did and after contacting orbitz regarding the refund, the management refused to issue the full refund. The price was good, but I do not understand what you get for the resort fee (I would not classify this hotel as a resort myself).Check-in at 11 PM was quick and painless.The room was clean and comfortable, but it definitely had a strong air-freshener scent for the first day.Room was cleaned daily. I was surprised the sheets were replaced every day, as the placard said if it was not placed on the bed, the sheets would not be changed to save on water and detergent (guess housekeeping doesnt care about water in the desert).The casino itself is not very loud and busy, which is one reason I chose to stay here.The 24/7 restaurant, Snaps, was okay. I had a mediocre French Dip with unsatisfying french fries.I also recommend signing up for a CAN card to play with. I managed to get $10 of free slot play and a $5 food voucher.Overall, decent place to stay off the strip.

I loved this hotel. You can find anything better for the price in Vegas and if you have a rental or a car, I would stay here before anywhere on the strip. Clean rooms, great slots, fitness center, pool and wifi. Inexpensively good food in the restaurant. Its a much better room than Circus Circus, the luxor or the plaza.

The room was clean and theres a pretty view of the valley. The room rates are excellent. The bar with live music was a nice touch. I went to Sams Town to watch a movie and see their light show. If youre looking for somewhere to sleep, dont need the strip and dont mind being on Boulder highway this hotel and casino is a good choice.

It had been awhile since I decided to try my luck at East Side Cannery. Luckily I went and had a magnificent time! It started off with me having trouble printing out Kiosk advertisements. As a gambler, its important to get the Comps that youve earned. I turned my service light on and was politely greeted by Mr. T.J. Stephenson hes actually a manager that is constantly walking the floor and making sure all guest are happy. Although this wasnt technically his (service) call he made sure that I promptly got the Comps that were due to me. As I played & walked around I noticed they have several different machines that can not be found in other Las Vegas casinos; I appreciated the variety of slots. I even won a few dollars. Before calling it a night I decided to try out their restaurant Snaps. It was great going to a place in the wee hours of the night and able to purchase something, other than breakfast foods. I chose the Fried chicken meal. Believe me when I tell you.. Their Fried Chicken is the best on this side of the Mississippi! As a local I have an abundant of casinos to choose from. Eastside Cannery is a hidden gem that should not be overlooked. It was an excellent night / morning. Thanks

The rooms are fantastic. Security is great and 24/7. Consequently its quiet. The pool is great and very few people there surprisingly. If you want a strip like hotel without the party tourists, free parking, and have a car this is great. If you dont have a car, Flamingo bus stops right outside ($2) or walk to Sams Town (owns Eastside ) free bus to Harrahs.

Clean rooms well put together and comfortable atmosphere. Room service and food were very delicious and was brought to room in timely fashion. Casino as always was lively with friendly staff. Kept the drinks coming and staff as well as security were friendly, helpful and not overbearing like they tend to be at some casinos in the area. Always have a great time and pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant food was delicious and inexpensive. The Manager T.J. was nice. Gave my son dinner and dessert on the house for his Birthday. Would definitely stay again. Can take shuttle at Sams Town to Downtown Freemont Street. And the local bus Route 202 right to the strip. From the hotel.

Ive been in Vegas a couple of times before and to me, Vegas was a place for cheap hotels and food. I had the perception that the business model roughly was that hotels had an interest in people getting to the casinos, and therefore the rates were cheap. I dont appreciate the resort fees, I think if anything, those should be included in the initial price for a room. Those fees make the final price misleading and take a very significant percentage of what you end up paying for. Apart from that the room was nice and clean.

Stayed here for 5 days. Room was okay. Bathroom did not have even the basic toiletries. There were dispensers hanging for soup, shampoo and shower gel which were probably the lowest quality available in the market. Window glass was dirty and so was the carpet and the uncarpeted floor. Even a Days Inn has better standards than this hotel. It is located in Henderson area, is almost 12 minutes drive from airport and approximately 23 minutes drive from The Strip. They have an average small casino. The restaurant inside the hotel had pretty average taste and service. Will never recommend for stay or a visit.

I LOVED this place!. The service was excellent. The room was comfortable, quite, cute, and cozy all in one. Room was affordable and worth every dime. The only thing I did not like was not enough towels. I prefer a wash cloth for my face and another for my body. Other than that we will be back again and again.

It was our first time at the Eastside Cannery . We ate at the restaurant that was open 24/7 the food was amazingly flavorful awesome portions and the staff were very friendly. I especially like when the server said good luck to us as we left tp go try out the machines. Her saying good luck as I went to go try out the machines give us good luck.

A great place to stay especially for events held @LVVC like CES..room is clean & WiFi is good...restaurants downstairs has eastern food, but prepare for surprised! The s was Asian Chicken Salad with Salmon...

Was able to park the large trailer and know it would be secure. Access to and from the hotel was easy, and staff very friendly. Room was clean and quiet.

We had a visiting friend from Europe and have purposely chosen this particular Hotel for it’s proximity to the area we wanted to explore. As usual, you get always what you pay for. It was quite cheaper than other Hotels and they asked for less additional Resort fee, which was around 20$ per accommodation, per night. The ambiance of the Hotel is not appealing at all, basically it was old and worn, so do not expect anything luxurious or beautiful. The surrounding area has nothing to do with the world famous metropole of Las Vegas. Very few restaurants with mediocre menu are scattered in a 2 miles radius. A Shuttle bus service was offered at no extra charge from the neighboring Hotel/Casino Sams Town (I believe they belong to the same corporation) which is located just up the street (a short driving or a 10-15 minute walking distance). If you are going to stay on the Strip you would rather book a Hotel close by otherwise most likely you will suffer. Whatever you decide, good luck!

I attended East side Cannery for a birthday party. The food at Snapps wad really good. Would recommend.

The entire hotel smells of smoking even in non-smoking areas like Hotel Lobby on each floor and Reception area and even in non- smoking rooms. It is very uncomfortable for non-smokers to spend several hours and days. However within the room once the AC is switched on the smoke smell is greatly reduced.

People are so nice. I take my dad there to relax.The security let me know. He is in good hands dont worry. I thank each and everyone for that concern.

Room were wonderful love the view I was disappointed that the AC in the room was not working and when I told the staff at the front desk she gave me the impression that she didn’t care that I had a bad night

Clean and reasonable. Weve stayed here 2 years in a row. Neighborhood is a bit shaky which is partly why I gave it 4 stars but the facility is nice. Also there are no coffee makers in the room. The first year there was free coffee in the fitness center, but this year you had to go to the restaurant and buy coffee. A hassle for anyone who really wants coffee first thing in the morning. The dining options are not the best, but the wait staff has been there a long time and they are good.They did add an Asian option and an event center in the last year. All in all we will stay here again.

Its on the North East Side of town about 15+ minutes from the strip. The Eastside Buiding appears new from the architecture. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The staff is friendly. A nice place to stay.

A great smaller casino off the strip that offers a wonderful gaming experience. Never too crowded and the floor staff are very friendly. Have not stayed at the property, but do enjoy their casino.

Breakfast was okay. The hash browns would be nice if it were fresh. The eggs were done perfectly expect a little to much oil. The bacon and toast were pretty tasty. The price was reasonable. Overall, I would rate a three.

Its good for the price, a small drive to the strip. There is no cost for parking your car and just a little tiny walk to one of the famous vegas signs. Its the green lit up building so its easy to find. In fact when you fly ️ in you should see it!

The surrounding area appears to be unsafe. The hotel, restaurant and casino are nice. They do not have a shuttle to “the strip” or Fremont St.

Very comfy and clean room. The bathtub was awesome. The casino was fun,if a bit quieter than those on the strip. 24 hour cafe has great service and food. The pool was dirty and very cold...and the bar did not have anything I asked for...I was impressed with the room and cafe,the rest was a bit lacking.

Stayed one night just passing through Las Vegas. The price was excellent on a Thursday night. The staff was friendly and helpful, Especially the security. For a casino we were pleasantly surprised how smoke free smelling the rooms are. We will visit again

Went into snaps restaurant to grab a good cheap breakfast and got a great deal. 3.99 for 2 eggs 2 bacon or sausage hashbrowns and toast.drinks were 2.49 each .service was awesome and fast the whole staff was very friendly. I would reccomend this place to anyone.

Horrible service in the Snaps cafe. The foreign waitress brought me a different burger than I ordered. I asked about it and she took it back saying I check it and brought back the same burger with different toppings on the side. Dried out with wrong cheese and didnt even apologize or take responsibility of her mistake.Now we remember why we stopped eating there. Poor food options and bad quality food with horrible service.Do not go eat there. There is good reason its empty. They screwed up my wifes sandwich too. Who overcooked pastrami?? Undercooked french fries and spoiled smelling mustard.Go eat elsewhere, even fast food is better from the McDonalds at Walmart across the street.

The property is very clean, practically spotless. Id love to give them a higher score, but there are a few knitpicky things that wont let me.The biggest thing is they limit you to only three connections to the wifi. THREE! If you are there on business you probably have a phone, a computer, and a tablet. If your spouse is with you, or kids, youre stuck. I find this practice unacceptable in todays wireless world.I couldnt find a plug to charge my phone next to the bed and had to plug it in across the room. Not a big deal, but unnecessary. Overall, there werent enough plugs in the room.The only amenities in the room were a liquid soap dispenser next to the sink and unlabeled soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Last time I saw those was in a fleabag motel on a backroad in Alabama 20 years ago.The room was large and well laid out. Staff was courteous. Views were nice. I really want to rate the Cannery higher based on all that. But charging a resort fee for fleabag amenities just wont let me.Its a shame to visit a beautiful, clean resort so well done but held back by a few attempts to nickel and dime their guests.

Our stay was great. We were mostly there for the martial arts tournament but our room was nice and the staff were very accommodating.

Great Stay. Eastside Cannery Staff, you guys work like a well oiled machine. Everything was in place and working. We were pleasantly surprised. Started looking for things that were out of place. Didnt find anything. Really Great Job, 5 STAR.

Good location about 15 minutes from the Strip. Bedrooms are spacious, clean and well keep it. Check out at 12 pm, which is very convenient.

It was clean. Nice people. The reason it got a 4 star was because the bar was very slow getting drinks.

Nice hotel rooms, beds are comfortable, floors are clean, would stay again. The part of the hotel that I did not like was the $19 per night resort fee. If it was not for this fee, I would have given five stars!

Havent been to the east side cannery in a while . when my inlaws lived in town we would come here often. They loved it here ! Well today we came for a wedding and it was great. Breath taking view, easy parking like I remember, and just beautifuly put together and hosted .

We got my Mom a room here for her 73rd Birthday her and my Dad kinda like it here, they had fun and that’s all that matters

Well when we first got here it was easy to find and not over packed we found decent parking and when checking in I’m glad it was literally 5 minutes and I didn’t have to wait over 20-30 minutes to check in. Staff was beyond friendly and gave us clear directions on how to get to our room. When entering our room everything was clean and beds were comfy although I’d say it would be nice to have more than two towels when we’re a family of four staying I called house keeping and nobody brought up more which sucked.The food was decently affordable and tasted amazing. I also like that our room didn’t smell like smoke. We definitely will be staying here again

Food over priced and so bad we couldnt finish eating it. Snaps cafe. Servers unfriendly and testy. Will not go there again. Casino felt cold and not a place I would gamble. No buffet. No wonder the place was empty. Lunch time and all food areas dead.
