I was interested in purchasing while visiting, awesome place although if Im paying 750 for a lot payment cant imagine how strict they are.

We rented Feb - Mar. and loved it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was having a problem walking and one of the residents offered us her golf cart. The office staff was super, JoAnn did everything she could to make us comfortable, even though she was ill part of the time. I would love to go back.

Rented things were good. Gave a 30 day notice. Pressure washed the place. Cleaned it from top to bottom. Moved refused to give deposit back. I give them an F-.

Do not trust this place or management. They will keep your deposit after you give 30 day notice of moving. They sign leases without renter consent. And implement them without notice of any kind. And rent was always paid 2 weeks in advance for a year and a half. (And it was deep cleaned and carpets shampooed at our expense to make sure of full refund....Legal action had to be taken....buyers and renters beware

Park is above average. The biggest problem is that it is overpriced and rents go up every year. One can rent a nice apartment for less than the lot rent. They even make the tenants devide the cost of the parks property taxes every year when it comes through on top of the rent. The park requires that tenants pays for all maintenance on their lots.

Its a safe comfortable place to live.

You dont want to live here. They raise there lot rent every year by 20.00 dollars or more and charge you for addition service called pass-through. That is for the emergency vehicles that you already pay taxes on. I think there lot rent is more than 750.00 now.

Tranquil Mobil Home Park. Owners are all very nice, cooperative, and helpful. Great place to live. Pool, fishing, shuffleboard, library and many other attractions around the park or our wonderfull clubhouse

My mom has lived here for going on a year now, maybe a little over a year. All the neighbors seem kind and honest, maybe s tad nosey but hey, it is 55+. Kind of expected. The amenities are nice!!

Great community for seniors!

To many clicks and only chatize some people and not others. We pay property tax and we dont own the property, but we have to maintain the property. Even if you own your home they charge an extra $100 a month rent on the property for a sick relative to live with you. Really you own YOUR HOME, SO WHY ARE YOU CHARGED MORE TO TAKE CARE OF A SICK ADULT IN YOUR HOME THIS PLASE IS A FARSE.

Very nice place to retire

Nice place but way too expensive!!! They keep going up on everybodys lot rent every year and it goes up 25 dollars. Its at 625 now which is ridiculous in comparison to other mobile home parks! People are on a fixed income!!! The people there are great but the staff is always prying in everyones business. Let people live!!! Its the last years of their life!! Done residents there are like this too but for the most part everyones friendly. Bring lot rent down before you get a class action lawsuit!!!

The residents at Highland Village are good as gold but the Office Staff is rude and will try to trick you out of a dollar and there always in your business. Lot rent is way over price $600 and up and get nothing for it. Your paying for pass through tax, emergency service and water and thats all. You get no lawn service or any thing that improves your property, sad.
