I live there with my hubby!! Very quit nice place. Pretty cheap. Dont have to worry about anyone breaking into your place. Its like a neighbor hood watch going on. I would recommend it for anyone trying to come up in life and with or without children. Landlord is very sweet. And the maintenance man is awesome. They work as a team and if you have any problems they will solve them with no extra charge to you.

Ive lived here for almost a year, its real quiet and the rent is very reasonable even though the trailers are very old and often in need of repair, but they usually fix things pretty quickly.

Great maintaining, good cooperation from staff, places kept well and very clean. Also good management in landscaping
