Good place to live, I live here and you have a few good people and a few bad people which is normal because wherever you go you will have negativeness around with a lot of positiveness. They do have a few homes for sale. If you looking for peace and tranquility, this is a good place to be its gated so its safe.

It is sad for others to know that a place where it is for the elderly, which is supposed to be to be in more tranquility, the first that are hostile people is the park administration, my mother has been living in that parking lot for 5 years and I have never received so much hostity and bad treatment as with this administration and I come back and say sad for other gentlemen rec. what for that age we all go, not everything is money in this life as this administrator thinks

My husband and I went to look at 2 units at Sterling on 6/2/2020. We had an appointment scheduled to see the units that we had scheduled the previous day. Upon arrival at the d property a woman came out with a index card asking my husband to fill the form out ( he assumed it was just preliminary information for us to tour the park). She began to grill him about whether he was flipping the unit, renting it or what his intentions were. He explained we are snow birds who decided to relocate. After he completed the card she asked for a copy of his drivers license, this raised a red flag to me, I was in the car, (I am disabled). My husband gave her his license she proceeded back into the office. After a bit my husband went to the office asking what was taking so long. The woman responded the units we were interested in had already been “spoken for or they did not have titles for”. Keep in mind we called the day before made this appointment for these units we saw online!So my husband in turn asked for the card with his information and the copy of his drivers license back. She refused and shut the door in his face. I had to get out of the card walk up and asked to speak with the property manager Gina Ann (spelling) who informed me that they would not be returning neither the index card or the copy of the license, she said “ it was their policy”. I explained the entire situation she basically called me a liar and said we didn’t speak with anyone, (yet we had that 2pm appointment). I told her I would be filing a complaint she said go ahead and told me where to call the property management company, and shut the door in my face. Consider yourselves very lucky I did not contact the local police department. You are a disgrace to management customer service industry in general. I wouldn’t buy a piece of gum from you people. But I don’t think you even sell it seeing your sales people have very little teeth in their mouthSo I call this so called property company and get a kid who sounds like he answered from his bedroomwith battle games playing in the background. I asked if I reached the corporate office, He tells me yes this is corporate. I explain the entire situation. He proceeds to tell me he will take my contact information and have someone from corporate call me back. What on earth is going on?!? Seriously how are you in business? This place is shady, shoddy and gains confidential information from perspective buyers through unscrupulous practices. Both this facility and the property management company have been reported to the BBB and the Attorney General’s office. As I type this review the units that supposedly are no longer available and that (and that we lied about) are still listed!! A little legal advice, you cannot take someone’s confidential information under false pretenses.BEWARE if you are looking to buy go elsewhere! Rude people, rude management and no way to reach anyone at the property management headquarters... don’t believe me? Google rhp properties -

I live here now, a quiet senior park for the most part. Its gated for security and reasonable lot rent for the moment. People and staff are resourceful, pleasant and friendly. Amenities are limited but a pool would actually cost the residents more $$$ Happy with my current residency and the mgt.

Since ms.jeanann has arrived as manager, she has done more for this park than dennis and casey Murphy and karla combined ...kudos ms jeanann ms.sonya kudos to the maintenance guys for a awesome job as well

New managers name is Jean-Anne. Has worked for company for 8 yrs. Is very nice,friendly,proffesional... There is no pool here. Should get one--it doesnt need to be Olympic size, just a small backyard size would be great for social interaction and easy exersise. Homeowners could do many fundraisers for building it. Then raise rent 5-10 dollars a month for upkeep ??? Just an idea.

I actually live in the Sterling Mobile Home Park. Excellent Park with friendly people.The management works hard to keep the residents happy, and place a good place to live.

This is a toss up. I love it here. It peaceful and quiet. Management is not great. HEY UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Met Jeananne she is very kind sweet lady. I’m glad she’s here we just wanted someone to listen and not be so hateful mean and rude. And to get things done in a timely fashion. Thank God and Jeananne you are doing a great job thank you again

Dont waste your time. The residents are pleasant, but the staff are rude! They couldnt pay me to live there and Im sleeping in my car.

Showing its age but clean and affordable.

It says pet friendly so untrue. I have an emotional support dog licensed and registered and I’m told it’s a no dog park. The manager is not so friendly.

Rent increase yearly... forget the alligators under the bridge...watch out for rude and aggressive mgr....oh and try getting ahold of corporate....

No pool or amenities for your money homes are run down and the roads are holes needs work
