Cute little store. Free orange juice samples. Souvenirs are a little expensive but they have candies with affordable prices. They have a little museum with historic pics and florida animals plus an educational movie theater at the back, where you can learn how their orange juice bussiness started and what they do. Great for kids
Very nice little information center for the company and history. Had some free samples of various products and a little store with jams and jellies and soaps and apparel. Has a 15 minute video that runs every 30 minutes that was good too about the process of making the orange juice. If youve never been its worth a stop in, even if it isnt necessarily something you are itching to do.
I liked the place a lot and gave it 5 stars for being geared towards adults. A lot of reviews before mine said it is a little dry for children and it was, although they liked the movie even though it was dry as well and all media in the place is little old. Kids loved the juice samples a lot . give the place a try they have a lot of interesting things to teach you about their orange juice.
Great store, lots of citrus products. Cool video of the industry. This is the only place to get Floridas Natural Fruit Splash
Great Florida gem! Very informative and easy to understand films with some great artifacts from the Florida citrus and tourist industry. Awesome gift shop, free citrus juice samples, and the staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. You wont be disappointed and now we are Florida Natural consumers for life! We love the way they run their business.
—A great attraction to check out. You can find out all about the citrus industry from the very beginning of the grow process all the way to your glass of ice cold orange juice. Yum! This stop proved to be educational, interesting and they have the best Florida citrus gifts for those in search of a piece of Florida to take home with you. And, while you’re there, sample the premium Florida’s Natural OJ, grapefruit Juice, Cranberry-Grapefruit and Lemonade. Oh by the way....this little attraction is free; except, for those items you purchase in the gift shop to take home. Don’t forget to watch the movie.
Great stop to break from a long drive - beautiful setting when the skies are clear, with a nice orange themed gift shop.
So happy to see what they have done with all the Growers and Groves I am from Miami and its like a breath of fresh air coming up here people are so nice my favorite juice. Just tried to Blackberry lemonade oh my goodness came out this week make sure you watch the 14-minute film
A great place to stop and stretch, not a destination to drive to. A 14 minute video tells the story, some small static displays and and a gift shop await you. Large RV parking is possible, but the designated spots are short.
We got to try 6 different orange juice products. We even got to buy a big container of juice that is no where else in Florida Grapefruit with cranberries. There is several things to do while you are there. Staff was nice and full of information.
We enjoyed learning about the Orange Juice industry. Ive cold orange juice for free was a plus!
Had a blast learning and testing free juice.
After anticipating grapefruit juice... No luck. Not in cans any longer. But found other interesting items.
Informative. Delicious juice samples. Nice little gift shop. Staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have refrigerated and canned juice products for sale. My husband raves about the orange popcorn
The grove house is a nice place to visit for free! There is a small theater in the back that runs about a 15 minute movie about the history of the company and it is very interesting. There is also a section with more short movies on the company, artifacts to see, and information about oranges. The store is really nice and there are a lot of orange related items to purchase.
Free juice and good info! Gift shop prices too high
Great variety of in the gift shop. Visitor movies were a bit dated.
We had a great time here, by luck there was a Grower at the visitor center that we got to visit with.
Got to take the kids here and we had a nice visit. Very enjoyable and nest to learn about the culture of the company and how it has remained so successful over the years.
Enjoy very much usually visit once or twice a week. Orange popcorn yum!
While this place is quintessential and was completely empty of patrons when we arrived, there was no tour as advertisements suggested. There was a brief video in a really neat theater about who they were and what they did. A few displayes with button activated monologues. The center appeared to have a small grove of trees, ranging in maturity. Despit asking about a tour, no one even made an attempt to walk us arounds the grounds to show us their process. The video did that, but nothing hands on. If you are looking for an interactive, educational experience, this is probably not for you. There is a cute giftshop that had a good sale though. Samples of a few juices also.
The associate working this morning was very rude. To the point we will not come back
Lots of info, and a little drink of juice. Cant beat it. Wish there were tours of the plant.
Great for adults, not so much for kids. At least free. How about some free oj samples? Lots of videos to watch, but they were dry, my 9 year was bored in 60 seconds. Wife liked gift shop. What about a factory tour? Its located across the street! This could be so much more...
Learned that it is better to drink Orange Juice straight from oranges, not from frozen concentrates, because OJ has own liquid while with Frozen Juices, you have to add the water!
Who knew about this place! Not a large facility, but clearly a diamond in the rough. If you find yourself in the area, drop by and check out this local favorite!
My 7 year old and I loved this place! We were at Legoland for homeschool day prior and this was the highlight of our day. Learning about how 1000 growers in a coop remain committed to orange crops was such a joy. The videos helped my son realize just how challenging farming can be and how it requires resilience. He was thoroughly amazed by the videos, the movie, the trees and of course the free juice.
The air smells like youve stuck your nose into a carton of orange juice....i drank a quart of oj in those little cups...staff was great...the movie is an infomercial but the displays are excellent....now i know that a Cracker house is named after the deliberate cracks in the floor...
Super cool experience! The orange flavored popcorn is delicious. Love how this company operates.
Free stop to learn a bit about the citrus industry. They have a gift shop, movie theatre with a film detailing the history and corporate values of Florida’s Natural, a small museum, and a tiny sample station. I was hoping it would be more like Sun Harvest in Ft Myers where you can sample and purchase a variety of citrus fruit and fresh squeezed juice.
Nice place to stop during travels gifts, history and clean bathrooms
My favorite item or food are the orange popcorn and fruit juices.
Enjoyed learning about the company and sampling orange juice.
My wife and I stopped in for a visit and see what Floridas Natural Grove House Visited Center had to offer. Well it is very clean, well organized, and fully stocked with a wide arrangement of orange and citrus items, to include orange glazed popcorn! The reason for only four stars is that I was a bit surprised with their high prices being the factory plant is located across the road.
Fun to look around at historical farming tools and how things have changed. Video, no actual tour of facility. Store is fun to look through but no Forida Natural made products except juice, shirts and hats.
Its small, its super cute and full of interesting facts!
Very interesting nice and clean place..Their products are costly..
I love this place! It is the best place to get orange juice!
Great information on local history of citrus
Got to buy the orange popcorn..just sayin
Amazing experience. If you are traveling on Central Florida, you have to stop here. It gives You a general picture about Floridas Groves
It was educational and smelled so good
Free samples of a few drinks and snacks. Nice assortment of Florida goodness. Very clean rest rooms. Everybody needs to watch the movie and tour the nestalgia area once. Nice history lesson of Florida citrus farming.
A great little stop on our vacation! Friendly staff and we learned a lot about the company.
An extremely interesting combination of museum/theatre/retail store owned and operated by Floridas Natural Growers. Detailed history of the citrus juice industry including husbandry, resource management and conservation. Dont miss the complimentary juice samples. Worth visiting.
Worth a stop if you want to know how orange juice is made. Has parking for RVs. Clean rest rooms.
Our family had the best experience visiting here. We all really enjoyed the video tour, free samples, citrus museum displays and walking around the on-site orange groves. The staff could not have been more nice or more welcoming - wed highly recommend taking this interesting tour.
Me and daughter stoped in, our first time there.Staff was really sweet and we learned a lot of cool factsGreat little place, we didnt get a tour, that day but we did watch a short movie.I ask my daughter if she wanted a orange juice, so she picked lemonade...lolOver all cute place .
Very friendly staff. Interesting video on how Florida Natural is made from oranges grown from a farmers co-OP of orange groves. I now only drink Florida Natural oj.
Very informative movie and nice people. I wish they had more of the juices/products to sample, and they really need to have even more orange-based treats. They were out of the orange-flavored popcorn for the video...
Lots of good info about orange juice.
After getting there and looking forward to the visit, found gate semi-shut and sign posted that it is closed for the summer. Very disappointed.
A fun way to experience the history of the area and the oranges that built this great town. Learn all about whole process from the agriculture to the juice, and get free samples too.
Very patient staff with our preschoolers. If you go through the groves outside watch for ants
A great free Florida tourist stop and they still have free orange juice. Lots of history.
Very interesting and informative. Good 14 minute video showing history of Florida orange juice industry in Polk County. Nice gift shop and information area.
Expected more of a tour like in the Bacardi Factory in Cataño, PR... but still was a good experience amd the staff is very attentive and courteous.
I really like this place, samples & so much more. Check it out.
We enjoy taking visiting friends and family here. But we also stop by now and than just ourselves. There is a movie about Florida Natural orange juice company. Where Grove owners own the juice plant. Plus there is free juices to try!
Nice welcome center where you can interact with and watch the story of Florida orange juice. The factory is just across the street.
A great learning center about Florida Natural, citrus industry and Polk County in general. Ive brought my Girl Scout troop several years now and have learned something new each time. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating to our needs and activities. Oh and did I mention, free! They have so many other events throughout the year that are open to the public that are free too! Call ahead or get their list ahead of time to see what activities are available.
Short and nice for kids
Great service and friendly staff! If you are in the area, its definitely worth the time to see.
Great intro to the company and processing of the orange juice and how they maintain the groves
Educational gift shop about all things Florida citrus. The kids were a little board with the short movie about the company, but really enjoyed the museum and gift shop parts.
Neat place to visit. Liked the free juice.
Great place to check out how orange juice is made and taste some free samples of all of their juices and pick up some souvenirs... the ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful and I even got to pick a fresh orange right off the tree outside! Shhhh Bok Tower Gardens is close by as well...
Fun visit. The staff was so sweet.
Interesting and have samples
Love this place! The facility and the staff are exceptional!
They have lots of neat products associated with the Florida Citrus IndustryYou can sample great citrus juices. There also available for purchase. Lots of Historical items about the Fla Citrus Industry. Must see place in central Fla.
Great products and friendly staff. We always visit when we are in Florida.
Very interesting, and very knowledgeable staff
Very cool store, awesome exhibit, unique Lake Wales items, yummy juices from Florida Natural, great gift items....very nice staff.
Very Nice place. Very interesting movie.
Small but interesting. Lots of history, but dont plan to spend a long time here. About the growing, not so much the processing angle, although it is across the street from a processing plant.
More than just juice here. I enjoyed the movie and interactive displays.
It is a little bit small one floor center, but well organize to give and idea about the citrus farm. I enjoyed it through the Central Florida Farm Tour.
Took grandkids there. Nice and its quick and free.
The people here were lovely and the small film that had were very informative and fun. The samples were wonderful and the staff answered any questions we asked.
We have always wanted to stop by, but we came in the summer when it was closed. Came this year in Nov. It was very interesting, we enjoyed the presentation about the orange juice and the staff are so nice. They also have a good giftshop. Really enjoyed it.
Very nice people, very nice short visit, the video in the theater was nice.
Thought it was very educational. Glad that we stopped.
Great to see the past how things were done .to the present..staff friendly n helpful
