Cute little hike for beginners! Nice quiet lake views. Ive driven past it for 20 years and never knew it was there! Worth a visit..maybe. Unless youre used to much more strenuous hikes. Uneven ground but full tree cover..
This is a small beautiful little 40 acre preserve along the shores of Lake Annie. There are two shady trails, one at .74 miles long and the other at .37 miles. There is a picnic table and a bench along each of the trails. The longer trail has nice views of Lake Annie. On our trip we saw several endangered plants, a hawk and a turkey. There is no sign you can see from the road and you turn into what looks like a private drive. The parking area is on the right after you turn in. The second trail is by the second gate from the road.
Dont have trails over grown
