Really enjoyed our time with the kids. Multiple types of equipment to play on and will be returning.

Nice, quiet park. Very clean, the old fire truck is so cool to see and play on. New play equipment as well. My kids and I love this park!!

Overall, this is a great park. Ive been taking my child there since he was two and hes 12 now. Only thing is the riff-raff that congregate by the water fountain. As my mother and son walked past them, one of them began sneezing and coughing (obviously fake) to try and get a reaction out of them. No reaction given except God Bless You and they went on about their business. These are grown men....why are they congregating at a childrens park?

This park has became a Mardi Gras tradition for my kids. They always have a great time.

Had an amazing birthday party Saturday!! The park was perfect for our get together. It would be nice if there was a way to actually reserve the Pavilion though. Even if we had to pay for it. Everyone seems to want to have an event there but its only first come first serve. This location is very clean and close to downtown.

Great park for birthday parties, lots of room, shade, and new play equipment. Even has an old refurbished fire engine

This is a great park to take ur kids or grandkids. Use to take my grandkids here when I lived in Lake Charles La.

I hate wood chips. Other than that, this is a great park. We love the mama/baby swings

This is one of those special parks. The kind with extra cool equipment, good variety of obstacles, and even an old fire truck has been turned into play equipment! Great place for a party or picnic, easy to find, mostly clean and playground is FENCED IN! HALLELUJAH haha you know the feels parents.

I live in Metairie. The only park is lafreniere. Sometime is get so crowded on the play ground. Lock park is very well made. Thêre alot of parks in Lake charles.

It has, for me, the best playground but needs some maintenance. Some people had celebrate birthdays with enough space without make uncomfortable others.

Nice firetruck for the kids to play on, pavilion for parties. Used to be my favorite park, unfortunately the last few times Ive been Ive seen some things going on that I dont necessarily need my kids around.

The park is well kept. Clean and equipment BUT the city will nit remove the racist Graffiti! !!!

Good park for the kids never had an issue here. Some times people like to play loud explicit music but besides thats its a good place for the kids to play when you dont want to go to the larger on by the lake.

I love the fact that they have swings at this park that have a baby seat on on end and a seat for an older child on the other end.

Its a park. It has a nice little playground. There are bathrooms on the premises. Birthday parties can be held here. Theres a walking path. Of course it is outside, so the temperature is what the weather is. Nobody can control that part.

New equipment. Excellent slides, small rock walls, and an old fire truck to play on. My 1 and 4 year old boys have a blast!

Our go to place for Mardi Gras but it can get a bit rowdy and crowded. Overall kids love it but should be supervised.

I bring my grandkids here, we usuallt have a picnic first, and then they play, its a good size where I can see them snd is fenced in but one way out, so im very comfortable being there and csn see them at sll times.

They need lighting in the park at night
