I lived there for a year and liked it. They have a park with playground equipment inside the park for the kids! Sally the manager is a very nice lady! Club house is nice. Pool is kept clean. I believe they have three different laundry areas...one with a clothes line if you want to hang your clothes. They even have shower facilities.NOTE: Valley Rancho is located NEXT TO Kings Way Gardens not IN Kings Way Gardens.

A great place to live. So much going on at the clubhouse and its all Community Interactive.

Just from views it looks nice.More good reviews than bad.Will go check it out 2morro.
