What a beautiful place! Residents obviously take pride in keeping up their community.

As a Handyman I have completed several Handyman Service in the park, I found that the people living there are very pleasant.

The office staff are both friendly and helpful. The recreation area/clubhouse very clean and welcoming.

Very nice Mobile Home Park..Its always neat to see these beauitful mountain views to north just a short distance away during the day. At night the views are amazing too.

Nice, quiet place. They made an exception to their guest policy so I could escape the Ridgecrest earthquakes for a day or two.

My grandma lives here. Its a pretty peaceful spot for senior living. I think you have to be at least 55 years old to buy or rent. Its always very clean and well maintained. There are some pretty hardcore rules about what you can have in your yard, where you can park, curfew, ect.

Very clean, well-maintained. Mostly elderly retirees. High death rate. :(

Beautifully kept, great security, great amenities, I have a family member who lives here and it makes me feel so much better knowing she is looked out for. All the neighbors are great, plenty of overflow parking, everyones yards are beautiful its so awesome to see everyone individual styles.

Its a great place for seniors. It is very large and quite. There are also 2 pools. The location and the city cant be beat. Its close to the freeway, grocery stores, restaurants, movies and bus lines.

Just used the meeting room. They have 2 centers and larger one has a smaller room off to the side. Someone who lives in the park must make the reservation friendly staff.

Good park, but on a timetable. Dont buy here. They will be selling the property in 2028.

What a joke only a few signs on a few corner streets to say what block or unit numbers are on that street its like a maze crazy mess good luck when you enter there...on a positive side nice clean park
