Clean. Family park. Too many homes.I almost had a heart attack when I heard space rent.OMG

We have lived here 11 years, nice place to live, great neighbors, not to worried about crime because all neighbors keep an eye out for each other. The two people in the office are nice, helpful and keep the MH Park clean and orderly. The two maintenance workers are hard at work fixing things all day long. These four employees that take care of our park are great!!!!

I have lived here 16 years and have seen nice people come and go. Its a really nice place to live. They have alot of rules but its all worth it to keep the place nice. Friendly and hard working staff.

This place has always been a nice, clean and pleasant place to live and visit. (Especially the Carpenters plot. Its beautiful)

Rents are high...too high and getting higher as we speak. Too much for a mobile park.

Maintenance man is a unruly and abusive

They have an AMAZING playground, pool, and jacuzzi

Friendly neighborhood. Everyone says hi as they pass by. There isnt any dangerous or suspicious people roaming around as far as I can tell. My friend lives here and it has a warm and inviting vibe...but it does seem to be a lil expensive.

I was looking around to see what they got in if it was a clean place to live and you know rates and things and I was quite disappointed the only thing I could say was Ive never seen mobile home park setup like that it was like not straight lines or circles they were like zig zag and Corners that stick out so course I didnt stay around I got out of there no interest
