Very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood.

My mother lives in this friendly, clean park. There is always lots to do and a safe place to do it -- or a quiet place to live affordably in LaVerne. Since young relatives cant move in, its mainly 60 - 80 year olds here. I might move here and rent my house after I retire.

Management have no people skills. Very moody.

Nice retirement community, not very knowledgeable on the experience there.

Neighbors are terrific but the general attitude towards children is pretty negative. There are ridiculous rules against children using the pool during hours when nobody else is even using it. The management has favorites and picks on others at will. Money is spent on needless expenses such as clubhouse decorations and remodels that seem to serve a limited purpose. Permission is required to do remodeling of your own home and management has to approve your color choices, etc. There are a ton of rules and it is not unusual to receive a friendly letter telling you to garden or paint or clean or not walk your dog, or a host of other things!

I drove in this park and was very impressed how the community is being maintained.Very, Very clean. The clubhouse and pool area are beautiful. I talked to someone that was in charge of the social club and he said that this is the best place to live. The comment that I read about this park must be someone not very happy and does not like rules.
