Its a gated mobile home community on the golf course, has a beautiful pool, even its own car wash for the residence here. A club house. And bbq area should they want to hold a family party or have a get together for the neighbouring community here. They are all privately owned homes. So there is rental fees for the spaces as well as a homeowners association. But the rental space fee for this area are exceptionally fair. The homeowners association is obviously worth the cost. As its really a beautiful place and includes an onsite security officer that patrols, as well keeps some of the older residence feeling safer.

It looks like a well-maintained senior park. Some homes look like their yard is overgrown but for the most part, its a clean and well-maintained park.

Really terrific community. Rent controlled, pet friendly, beautiful heated pool and exercise room. Quiet, many kind, friendly people living here. Free use of small clubhouse for parties and special events. The same clubhouse also serves as a delightfully well stocked library. Tree lined grassy areas are all very well maintained. This is a senior community, which is why it is so peaceful. The location is within easy walking distance to all manner of shops and stores. And also because the rent is the lowest you can find anywhere in Southern California, properties are rarely on the market. So if you are looking, keep a close eye out, and if something becomes available....LEAP!!!!!A DEFINITE 5 OUT OF 5 STARS for the wonderful La Verne Mobile Country Club.

For seniors. RENT CONTROLLED! LOWEST RENT in the area. Increases equal to CPI. Quiet, free use of small clubhouse for your events, great heated pool, exercise room, car wash. Super location to shopping and freeways. Pet-friendly. Easy access to bus, walk to shopping, safe, nice people.
