Its a lovely and friendly Senior Park. It has geat management and is well taken care of. Many, many years of happy memories.

Great Senior Mobile Home Community! The manager, Walt, is a very caring individual that does his best to make everyone feel welcomed. The community is clean and well maintained.

Looked like a great place from what Ive seen but got kicked out because they thought I was a soliciter and all I was trying to find a member from our local congregation... didnt even let me explain that we were just visiting...

Why I give them is one point because theyre not telling people that that place is being bought in they would have to sell their homes in 10 years its turning into something else I dont know what it was but a little danger there so heads up
